Abstract
The invention discloses a ground suction type sheet metal drawing machine which comprises a supporting upright post, a manual winch, a fixed base, an air inlet valve, an air pipe, a vacuum generator, suckers and trundles, wherein the supporting upright post is arranged above the fixed base, the vacuum generator is arranged on the upper plane of the fixed base, the suckers are arranged on the lower plane of the fixed base, an air suction pipe of the vacuum generator is inserted into the suckers through a hole site of the fixed base, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure after being connected with compressed air, air in the suckers is pumped away, the suckers in a vacuum state can enable equipment to be firmly fixed on the ground, through holes with the same interval are formed in the two sides of the supporting upright post from top to bottom, the manual winch selects a proper height according to a maintenance position, the manual winch is fixed on the supporting upright post through the through holes, a traction hook at the front end of the manual winch is connected with a drawing medium which is planted on a vehicle to be maintained, a handle is shaken to drive the drawing machine to generate continuous and stable pulling force, and drawing is carried out according to actual conditions until a sheet metal part is repaired.

Technical Field

Background
The sheet metal maintenance of the damaged vehicle mainly comprises two parts of vehicle body repair and sheet metal part repair. No matter the vehicle body is repaired or the sheet metal part is repaired, the stretching operation of the sunken or bent part cannot be avoided. The stretching operation of vehicle body repair is completed by a crossbeam calibrator, and the repair operation is complex and takes long time.
