In the present embodiment, the ratio between C1 and C2 is 0.154, more specifically, C1=50.37mm, C2=326.01mm. In other embodiments, the ratio between C1 and C2 may be 0.15, 0.25, 0.3.
In this embodiment, the fixing substrate 201 is provided with a limit post 2011, and when the backrest connecting block 11 is in a sitting posture, the second connecting member 24 abuts against the limit post 2011. The limiting post 2011 is used for limiting the second connecting member 24 when sitting to keep sitting. In this embodiment, the hinge point of the seventh connecting member 22 and the seat frame 21 is 138mm away from the hinge point of the seventh connecting member 22 and the rotary driving plate 202, and in other embodiments, the distance may be other values between 130 mm and 150mm, and may be specifically set as required.

In summary, in the adjusting device for a seat unit in this embodiment, when in use, the fixed base plate 201 is fixedly connected to the frame 4 of the seat unit, and the frame 4 is placed on the ground, i.e. the fixed base plate 201 is stationary relative to the ground during adjustment of the seat unit. As shown in fig. 7, in the process of adjusting the seating unit from the extended position to the lying position, the second connecting member 24 rotates counterclockwise around the fourth hinge hole 241 to the lying position, and the first connecting member 23, the end of the seat frame 21 close to the backrest portion 1 and the end of the rotation driving plate 202 close to the backrest portion 1 are all lowered in height relative to the fixed base plate 201; meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, the second connecting element 24 is used for adjusting the seat unit from the extending posture to the lying posture, in the process, the second connecting element 24 rotates clockwise around the four hinge holes 241 to the lying posture, here, the second connecting element 24 is used as a driving element, the second connecting element 24 drives the third connecting element 25 to move towards the foot placing part 3, the third connecting element 25 drives the fifth connecting element 27 to rotate anticlockwise around the hinge point of the fifth connecting element 27 and the fourth connecting element 26 through the fourth connecting element 26, so that the end of the rotary driving plate 202 close to the foot placing part 3 rises relative to the fixed base plate 201 in height, the included angle between the upper surface of the seat frame 21 and the ground is generally increased, and the horizontal line of the lower leg of the user can be higher than the heart position to achieve the zero gravity state.

In other embodiments, the angle variation is selected in a range of not less than 25 °, further 25 ° to 90 °, preferably in a range of 50 °, 55 °, 60 °. Further, one end of the eighth connecting member 14 is hinged to the fixing base plate 201, and the other end is hinged to one end of the backrest limiting rod 13 away from the backrest connecting block 11. In the process of adjusting the stretching posture to the lying posture, the central point of the ninth connecting piece 15 moves downwards by a distance of 30 mm-100 mm. In this embodiment, the center point downward movement distance of the ninth connecting member 15 is 70mm, and in other preferred embodiments, the center point downward movement distance of the ninth connecting member 15 is 30mm, 60mm, or 80mm. In this embodiment, the first and second adjustment phases are driven by the same drive source. Wherein, the driving source is connected with the backrest connecting component 10, and the output end of the driving source is connected with the foot placing connecting component 30. The driving source is a linear motor, the linear motor is provided with an output shaft, and the output shaft is connected with the pin-placing connecting assembly 30. In the movement process, the output shaft of the linear motor pushes the foot placing connecting assembly 30, the foot placing connecting assembly 30 is hinged with the middle transmission assembly 20, therefore, the foot placing connecting assembly 30 rotates relative to the middle transmission assembly 20, after the foot placing connecting assembly 30 rotates to a certain fixed position, the foot placing connecting assembly 30 transmits a reaction force to the linear motor, under the driving of the reaction force, the foot placing connecting assembly 30 and the backrest connecting assembly 10 synchronously move, and finally the lying posture state is adjusted.
Example 2
This embodiment is an improvement of embodiment 1, and repeated descriptions are omitted here.
The first and second adjustment phases are driven by the same drive source. Wherein, the driving source is connected with the backrest connecting component 10, and the output end of the driving source is connected with the foot placing connecting component 30. The driving source is a cylinder, the cylinder comprises a piston rod, and the piston rod is connected with the foot placing connecting assembly 30. In the process of movement, a piston rod of the air cylinder pushes the foot placing connecting assembly 30, the foot placing connecting assembly 30 is hinged with the middle transmission assembly 20, therefore, the foot placing connecting assembly 30 rotates relative to the middle transmission assembly 20, after the middle transmission assembly rotates to a certain fixed position, the foot placing connecting assembly 30 transmits a reaction force to the air cylinder, under the driving of the reaction force, the foot placing connecting assembly 30 and the backrest connecting assembly 10 synchronously move, and finally the lying posture state is adjusted. Compared with a linear motor, the air cylinder is adjusted more rapidly and directly, rapid change of the seat posture can be achieved, the linear motor is more stable, and the air cylinder and the linear motor have the advantages.
Example 3
This embodiment is an improvement of embodiment 1, and repeated contents are not described herein again.
An elastic buffer device is arranged between the backrest limit block 12 and the backrest limit rod 13. In particular, the elastic buffer means is a spring. In other embodiments, the elastic device may be a sponge or the like that is elastic and capable of absorbing shock. The elastic buffer device is arranged to help the sofa reduce the impact of the head in the descending process, and the limiting block and the backrest limiting rod 13 do not have too much rattling when in the final state.
Example 4
This embodiment also has buffer, but has the difference with embodiment 3, and this embodiment sets up on the basis of embodiment 1, and back coupling assembling 10 still includes back stopper 12 and back gag lever post 13, and back connecting block 11 is articulated with back stopper 12, and back connecting block 11 and back stopper 12 are equipped with moment spring in the articulated department. The moment spring is preferably a leaf spring. The buffer device is arranged at the hinged position of the two parts, so that the impact of the seat on the human body in the adjusting process and the noise generated by collision in the limiting process can be reduced. In other possible embodiments, a buffer device can be arranged between other key rotating parts.
All the embodiments described above provide seating units which are home sofas or leisure chairs or theatre seats or hospital seats or vehicle seats.
The technical means disclosed in the invention scheme are not limited to the technical means disclosed in the above embodiments, but also include the technical scheme formed by any combination of the above technical features. It should be noted that modifications and adaptations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention and are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (18)

1. An adjusting device for a seat unit is used for realizing the switching of the seat unit among a sitting posture, an extending posture and a lying posture, and is characterized by comprising a backrest connecting component (10), an intermediate transmission component (20) and a foot placing connecting component (30) which are sequentially connected;
the backrest connecting component (10) at least comprises a backrest connecting block (11);
the intermediate transmission assembly (20) at least comprises a seat frame (21) and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the seat frame (21);
the adjusting mechanism comprises a first connecting piece (23), a first hinge hole (231), a second hinge hole (232) and a third hinge hole (233) are sequentially arranged on the first connecting piece (23), the distance between the first hinge hole (231) and the third hinge hole (233) is A1, the distance between the second hinge hole (232) and the third hinge hole (233) is A2, and the ratio of the A2 to the A1 is not more than 0.5;
the adjusting mechanism further comprises a fixed base plate (201) and a rotary driving plate (202) which are oppositely arranged, and two seventh connecting pieces (22) arranged between the fixed base plate (201) and the rotary driving plate (202); the rotary driving plate (202) is sequentially provided with a nine hinge hole (2021), a ten hinge hole (2022) and an eleven hinge hole (2023), wherein:
the hinge hole eleven (2023) is distributed close to the foot placing connecting assembly (30), the hinge hole nine (2021) is distributed close to the backrest connecting assembly (10), and the two seventh connecting pieces (22) are correspondingly hinged to the hinge hole eleven (2022) and the hinge hole eleven (2023) one by one;
the first hinge hole (231) and the ninth hinge hole (2021) are coaxial;
the distance between the hinge hole nine (2021) and the hinge hole ten (2022) is C1, the distance between the hinge hole nine (2021) and the hinge hole eleven (2023) is C2, and the ratio of C1 to C2 is not more than 0.35;
when the backrest connecting block (11) is adjusted between the stretching posture and the lying posture, the variation of an included angle between the side edge of the backrest connecting block (11) and the horizontal plane is not less than 25 degrees.
2. The adjusting device for a seat unit according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting mechanism further comprises a second connecting member (24) hinged to the first connecting member (23), and the second connecting member (24) is provided with a fourth hinge hole (241), a fifth hinge hole (242) and a sixth hinge hole (243) in sequence, wherein:
the fifth hinge hole (242) is coaxial with the third hinge hole (233);
the distance between the hinge hole four (241) and the hinge hole six (243) is B1, the distance between the hinge hole five (242) and the hinge hole six (243) is B2, and the ratio of B2 to B1 is not more than 0.5.

The adjusting device for a seat unit according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting mechanism further comprises a third connecting member (25) hinged to the second connecting member (24), and a hinge hole seven (251) and a hinge hole eight (252) are disposed on the third connecting member (25), wherein:
the hinge hole seven (251) and the hinge hole six (243) are coaxial;
the distance between hinge hole seven (251) and hinge hole eight (252) is no greater than 230mm.
4. An adjustment device for a seating unit according to claim 3, characterized in that the first, second and third connections (23, 24, 25), as well as the fourth, fifth and sixth connections (26, 27, 28) are provided between the stationary base plate (201) and the rotary drive plate (202);
the first connecting piece (23) is hinged to the rotary driving plate (202) through the first hinge hole (231);
the second connecting piece (24) is hinged to the fixed base plate (201) through the hinge hole four (241);
one end of the sixth connecting piece (28) is hinged to the second hinge hole (232), and the other end of the sixth connecting piece is hinged to one end of the fourth connecting piece (26);
the other end of the fourth connecting piece (26) is hinged to the fixed base plate (201);
one end of the fifth connecting piece (27) is hinged between two ends of the fourth connecting piece (26), and the other end is hinged to the rotary driving plate (202);
the third connecting piece (25) is hinged between two ends of the sixth connecting piece (28) through the hinge hole eight (252).
5. An adjustment device for a seat unit according to any of claims 2-4, characterized in that the footrest connection assembly (30) comprises a footrest connection block (31);
a rear mounting hole (2012) is formed in the fixed base plate (201), and a horizontal plane where the center of the rear mounting hole (2012) is located is defined as a reference plane;
when the backrest connecting block (11) is in a sitting position, the height between the lowest point of the foot placing connecting block (31) and the reference surface is H1, and H1 is not more than 100mm;
when the backrest connecting block is in a lying posture, the height from the highest point of the foot placing connecting block (31) to the reference plane is H2, and H2 is not more than 600mm.
6. An adjusting device for a seating unit according to claim 5, characterized in that the rising distance of the footrest connecting block (31) during the adjustment of the stretching position to the lying position is not more than 300mm.
7. An adjustment device for a seating unit according to claim 5, characterized in that the distance between the highest point of the backrest connecting block (11) and the reference plane is not more than 400mm in the sitting position and not more than 320mm in the lying position.
8. The adjusting device for the seat unit according to claim 7, wherein the backrest connecting assembly (10) further comprises a backrest limiting block (12), a backrest limiting rod (13) and a ninth connecting member (15), the backrest connecting block (11) is hinged to the backrest limiting block (12), one end of the ninth connecting member (15) is hinged between two end points of the backrest connecting block (11), the other end of the ninth connecting member is hinged to the backrest limiting rod (13), a limiting protrusion (131) is arranged on the backrest limiting rod (13), a limiting surface (121) matched with the limiting protrusion (131) is arranged on the backrest limiting block (12), and in the process of adjusting the stretching posture to the lying posture, the central point of the ninth connecting member (15) moves downwards by a distance of 30-100 mm.
9. An adjustment device for a seating unit according to claim 8, characterized in that an elastic damping device is provided between the backrest limiting block (12) and the backrest limiting rod (13).
10. An adjustment device for a seating unit according to claim 9, wherein the resilient cushioning means is a foam pad and/or a spring.

An adjustment device for a seating unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the amount of change of the angle between the side edge of the seat frame (21) and the horizontal plane when the seat frame (21) is adjusted between the extended position and the recumbent position is not less than 5 °.

An adjustment device for a seating unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjustment of the seating unit from the sitting position to the extended position is a first adjustment phase, the adjustment of the seating unit from the extended position to the lying position is a second adjustment phase, the first and second adjustment phases being driven by the same drive source.
13. An adjustment device for a seat unit according to claim 12, characterized in that the drive source is connected to the backrest connection unit (10) or the intermediate transmission unit (20), the output of which is connected to the footrest connection unit (30).
14. An adjustment device for a seating unit according to claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the drive source is a linear motor having an output shaft which is connected to the footrest connecting assembly (30).
15. An adjustment device for a seating unit according to claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the drive source is a cylinder with a piston rod connected to the footrest connection assembly (30).
16. The adjustment device for a seat unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the first link (23) comprises an extension a (234), an extension b (236) and a first transition c (235) connected in series, the extension a (234) and the extension b (236) being parallel, wherein:
the second hinge hole (232) and the third hinge hole (233) are disposed in the extension portion a (234), and the first hinge hole (231) is disposed in the extension portion b (236).
17. The adjustment device for a seating unit according to claim 2, wherein the second link (24) comprises an extension d (244), an extension e (246) and a second transition f (245) connected in series, the extension d (244) and the extension e (246) being parallel, wherein:
the hinge hole five (242) and the hinge hole six (243) are provided to the extension d (244), and the hinge hole four (241) is provided to the extension e (246).
18. A seating unit comprising a backrest part (1), a seat part (2), a footrest part (3) and an adjustment device for a seating unit according to any one of claims 1-17, wherein:
the backrest connecting block (11) is used for connecting the backrest part (1);
the seat frame (21) is used for connecting the seat part (2);
when the user lies, the height difference between the highest point of the foot placing part (3) and the highest point of the backrest part (1) is not more than 400mm.
