一种柔性印刷电路板和显示触控装置。柔性印刷电路板包括绑定端子区(431)、第一电路区(432)和第二电路区(433)；绑定端子区(431)包括多个端子，第一电路区(432)包括驱动电路(410)、多条第一信号线(401)、多条第二信号线(402)和多条第三信号线(403)，第二电路区(433)包括外连接口；多条第一信号线(401)、多条第二信号线(402)和多条第三信号线(403)的第一端分别与绑定端子区(431)的多个端子对应连接，多条第一信号线(401)和多条第二信号线(402)的第二端分别与驱动电路(410)连接，多条第三信号线(403)的第二端与连接器(420)连接；多条第一信号线(401)和多条第二信号线(402)在柔性印刷电路板(400)平面上的正投影与多条第三信号线(403)在柔性印刷电路板(400)平面上的正投影没有重叠区域。
