The invention has novel design and simple operation, through the arrangement of the transmission component and the like, when the convex part is inserted into the groove, the fastening bolt is rotated, the fastening bolt can drive the bolt end cover to rotate until the bolt end cover is in pressing connection with the fixed seat, meanwhile, the transmission component can drive the clamping block to extend out of the sliding groove and be clamped with the fixed seat through the rotation of the fastening bolt, and the movable seat and the fixed seat can be tightly locked simultaneously through the two locking structures, so that the operation is simple and the locking effect is good.
