Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the high-strength inflatable swimming pool comprises an inflatable swimming pool body 1, wherein the inflatable swimming pool body 1 comprises a pool bottom 3, the edge of the pool bottom 3 is provided with an upward folded pool wall folding piece 4, a plurality of air bag units 5 are respectively and uniformly arranged at the edge top of the pool wall folding piece 4 along the edge of the pool wall folding piece 4, the air bag units 5 are folded downwards after being folded towards one side of the center of the pool bottom 3 and are sealed and fixed with the top surface of the pool bottom 3 and the pool wall folding piece 4 to form inflatable cavity units 6, two adjacent inflatable cavity units 6 are communicated with each other through connecting pipes 17, one inflatable cavity unit 6 extends out of the pool wall folding piece 4 through an inflation nozzle 20, the inflated inflatable cavity units 6 enable the pool wall folding piece 4 and the air bag units 5 to form an annular inflatable side wall 2, bottom supporting pieces are respectively and fixedly connected with the lower parts between the two adjacent inflatable cavity units 6, the annular supporting piece 7 is fixedly connected between the top edge of the bottom 3 and the annular inflatable side wall 2 in the inflatable swimming pool body 1 in a sealing manner, the lower part of the side wall of one side of the annular supporting piece 7 positioned in the inflatable swimming pool body 1 is respectively provided with the one-way water inlet pipe 18, the one-way water outlet pipe 22 and the one-way air blowing pipe 31 which are communicated with the outer side of the annular inflatable side wall 2, the one-way water outlet pipe 22 is positioned below the one-way water inlet pipe 18, the one-way air blowing pipe 31 is arranged on one side of the one-way water inlet pipe 18, the annular supporting piece 7 is positioned at the bottom of the side wall of the inflatable swimming pool body 1, an arc-shaped air bag 24 is arranged along the edge of the bottom 3 connected with the pool wall, both ends of the arc-shaped air bag 24 are communicated with the vertical air bag 32 fixedly connected with the bottom of the pool wall, the one-way air blowing pipe 31 is communicated with the vertical air bag 32, the part of the arc-shaped air bag 24 extending out of the vertical air bag 32 is uniformly provided with a plurality of massage air nozzles A21 along the extending direction of the arc-shaped air bag 24.
The tank bottom 3 and the annular inflatable side wall 2 are made of warp knitting weft-inserted cloth, the surfaces of which are sequentially coated with a bottom film, a PE airtight film and a nano silver antibacterial film, the weft of the warp knitting weft-inserted cloth is yarn blended by polyester and glass fibers, and the radial line of the warp knitting weft-inserted cloth is yarn blended by polyester, polyethylene and carbon fibers.
The top surface and the opposite lateral wall of the inflation cavity unit 6 are both airbag units 5, the two sides of the airbag units 5 are respectively provided with a side turning sheet 12 turned towards one side of the tank wall turning sheet 4, and the bonding sheet 16 at the bottom edge of the airbag units 5, the bonding sheet 16 at the bottom edge of the side turning sheet 12 and the bonding sheet 16 facing the edge of the tank wall turning sheet 4 are respectively turned inwards towards the inflation cavity unit 6 and are respectively stuck and sealed and fixed with the corresponding position of the tank bottom 3, the corresponding position of the tank wall turning sheet 4 and the corresponding position of the bottom surface of the airbag units 5 at the top of the inflation cavity unit 6.
The unidirectional water inlet pipe 18 and the unidirectional water outlet pipe 22 are respectively communicated with the outer side of the annular inflatable side wall 2 through a water pipe connecting pipe penetrating through the annular inflatable side wall 2, and the water pipe connecting pipe penetrates through one of the inflatable cavity units 6.
The outer side wall of the pool wall turnover sheet 4 and the inner side wall of the annular supporting sheet 7 corresponding to the positions of the one-way water inlet pipe 18, the one-way water outlet pipe 22 and the one-way air blowing pipe 31 are respectively stuck and fixed with a sealing base layer 33, pipe orifices of the one-way water inlet pipe 18, the one-way water outlet pipe 22 and the one-way air blowing pipe 31 are respectively stuck and fixed with the sealing base layer 33 through annular sealing patches 34, and the vertical air bag 32 is fixedly connected with the sealing base layer 33.
The annular supporting piece 7 fixedly connects all the air bag units 5 of the inflatable cavity units 6 positioned on the opposite sides of the pool wall turnover piece 4.
The top of the annular inflatable side wall 2 is also sealed, coated and fixedly connected with a matched annular strip 9, the annular strip 9 fixedly connects the tops of all inflatable cavity units 6, and the inner side edge and the outer side edge of the annular strip 9 respectively extend downwards to the upper part of the pool wall turnover sheet 4 and the upper part of the air bag unit 5 positioned on the opposite sides of the pool wall turnover sheet 4.
The annular strip 9 is correspondingly positioned on the inner side edge of the annular inflatable side wall 2 and extends downwards to be attached to the top edge of the annular supporting piece 7.
The annular strip 9 is fixed one circle along the top of the annular inflatable side wall 2, and one end of the annular strip 9 is covered, sealed and fixedly connected to the top surface of the other end of the annular strip 9 to form a connecting protrusion 11.
The bottom support comprises a plurality of supporting unit elements 29 which are sequentially and fixedly connected with each other, each supporting unit element 29 comprises a bottom plate unit 13, a radial supporting vertical plate 8 is arranged in the middle of the top of each bottom plate unit 13, a pressure-relieving vertical plate 14 is respectively arranged at the outer side end and the inner side end of each radial supporting vertical plate 8, the pressure-relieving vertical plates 14 are perpendicular to the radial supporting vertical plates 8, the radial supporting vertical plates 8 are correspondingly positioned between two adjacent inflated inflation cavity units 6, the pressure-relieving vertical plates 14 are correspondingly positioned between two adjacent inflated cavity units 6 and are connected with the positions of the pool wall turnover sheets 4 and the positions of the air bag units 5 on the opposite sides of the pool wall turnover sheets 4, connecting cuttings 16 are arranged in the middle of one side edge of each bottom plate unit 13, and connecting sockets matched with the connecting cuttings 16 are arranged in the middle of the other side edge of each bottom plate unit.
The outer side edge of the bottom plate unit 13 is bent upwards to form an arc-shaped supporting vertical plate 15.
The bottom surface of bottom of the pool 3, the border coaxial fixedly connected with annular bottom package piece 27 that is located in the inflatable swimming pool body 1, the coaxial heart fixedly connected with annular outside package piece 10 in outside lower part of annular inflation lateral wall 2, the inboard border of annular bottom package piece 27 is sealed fixed with bottom of the pool 3, the outside border of annular bottom package piece 27 turns over upwards to the outside top border after annular bottom package piece 27 turns over the bottom border of annular outside package piece 10 through zip fastener 28 tensioning fixed connection, annular bottom package piece 27 is with bottom support piece cladding fixed connection.
The inflatable cavity unit 6 is internally and fixedly connected with horizontal lacing wires 30, two ends of the horizontal lacing wires 30 are respectively fixed with the outer side end surface and the inner side end surface of the inflatable cavity unit 6 corresponding to the annular inflatable side wall 2, and a plurality of horizontal lacing wires 30 are uniformly distributed from top to bottom.
The center of the top surface of the pool bottom 3 in the inflatable swimming pool body 1 is coaxially and fixedly connected with an elastic cushion layer 35, the top of the elastic cushion layer 35 is covered and fixedly connected with a sealing waterproof layer A36, the bottom edge of the sealing waterproof layer A36 is fixedly connected with the top surface of the pool bottom 3 in a sealing way, and the middle of the bottom surface of the sealing waterproof layer A36 is fixedly connected with the elastic cushion layer 35 in a sealing way.
The one-way water inlet pipe 18 is positioned above the annular outer packing 10 and above the radial support riser 8, and the one-way water outlet pipe 22 is positioned above the annular outer packing 10 and below the radial support riser 8.
The inflatable cavity unit 6 is internally and fixedly connected with horizontal lacing wires 30, two ends of the horizontal lacing wires 30 are respectively fixed with the outer side end surface and the inner side end surface of the inflatable cavity unit 6 corresponding to the annular inflatable side wall 2, and a plurality of horizontal lacing wires 30 are uniformly distributed from top to bottom.
The center of the top surface of the pool bottom 3 in the inflatable swimming pool body 1 is coaxially and fixedly connected with an elastic cushion layer 35, the top of the elastic cushion layer 35 is covered and fixedly connected with a sealing waterproof layer A36, the bottom edge of the sealing waterproof layer A36 is fixedly connected with the top surface of the pool bottom 3 in a sealing way, and the middle of the bottom surface of the sealing waterproof layer A36 is fixedly connected with the elastic cushion layer 35 in a sealing way.
The connecting pipe 17 is located at the upper portion of the side tuck flap 12.
The arc-shaped air bag 24 is a hose.
The material of the connecting pipe 17 is the same as that of the annular inflatable side wall 2.
The top surface fixedly connected with of bottom of the pool 3 with the bottom of the pool foundation bed course 37 of bottom of the pool 3 matching, annular bracing piece 7 and sealed waterproof layer A36 all fixedly connected with the top surface of bottom of the pool foundation bed course 37.
The edge of the sealing waterproof layer A36 extends to be attached to the bottom edge of the annular supporting sheet 7.
The bottom base cushion layer 37 is internally fixed with a vent pipe 38, one end of the vent pipe 38 extends to the position corresponding to the vertical air bag 32, upwards extends out of the bottom base cushion layer 37 and upwards passes through the annular supporting piece 7 to be communicated with the vertical air bag 32, the other end of the vent pipe 38 extends to the position of the elastic cushion layer 35, upwards extends out of the bottom base cushion layer 37 and upwards passes through the elastic cushion layer 35 to be communicated with the space between the elastic cushion layer 35 and the sealing waterproof layer A36, and the position of the sealing waterproof layer A36 corresponding to the elastic cushion layer 35 is uniformly provided with a massage air nozzle B39.
A mesh cloth layer 40 is fixedly arranged between the elastic cushion 35 and the sealing waterproof layer A36.
The top surface of the elastic cushion 35 is also fixedly connected with a sealing waterproof film B (not shown in the drawing of the specification).
When the inflatable side wall is needed to be used, the inflatable side wall 2 is pre-inflated through the inflation nozzle 20, so that the inflatable side wall 2 is approximately shaped; then, the supporting vertical plates 8 are respectively inserted between two adjacent inflatable cavity units 6 from the bottom upwards, and the bottom plate units 13 are spliced to form a bottom supporting piece of an annular structure matched with the bottom of the annular inflatable side wall 2, so that the annular inflatable side wall 2 can maintain the shape and structure of the inflatable swimming pool body 1 as much as possible in the inflation process in the process of continuously inflating the annular inflatable side wall 2, and other personnel are not required to arrange the shape of the inflatable swimming pool body 1 in the inflation process; when the annular inflatable side wall 2 is inflated to be basically formed and just before being filled, the annular bottom wrapping sheet 27 is extended outwards to the outer side of the annular inflatable side wall 2 and turned upwards, so that the annular bottom wrapping sheet 27 wraps the bottom supporting piece, and then the bottom edge of the annular outer wrapping sheet 10 and the top edge of the outer side of the annular bottom wrapping sheet 27 are fixed through the zipper 28; finally, the annular inflatable side wall 2 is fully inflated and molded continuously; then water is injected into the inflatable swimming pool body 1 through the one-way water inlet pipe 18; after the water injection is completed, the water circulation in the inflatable swimming pool body 1 can be realized through the connection of the one-way water outlet pipe 22 and the one-way water inlet pipe 18 with the water circulation device, and the effect of air injection of the massage air tap A21 to the water in the inflatable swimming pool body 1 and further air bubble massage in the pool can be realized through the connection of the one-way air blowing pipe 31 and the air blowing device.
When the use of the swimming pool is finished and the swimming pool needs to be stored in a turnover way, the water in the swimming pool body 1 is directly discharged, and then the air in the annular inflatable side wall 2 is discharged; then the annular tube bottom wrapping sheet 27 is separated from the annular outer wrapping sheet 10 by the zipper 28, the bottom support is separated from the annular inflated sidewall 2, and the bottom support is disassembled into the support unit elements 29; and then continuously discharging the air in the annular inflatable side wall 2, and finally flattening and folding the annular inflatable side wall 2 with the air discharged.
