Description

Anti-aging composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-aging composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Vitamin a, the chemical name of which is retinol, is the earliest vitamin found. There are two kinds of vitamin A. One is retinol, which is the original form of vitamin a (present only in animal foods); the other is carotene, which is converted into vitamin A pre-formed material in vivo and can be taken in from plant and animal food; the vitamin A has 3 dosage units including USP unit, IU unit, RE unit, etc.
At present, retinoids are emerging materials for removing acne and resisting wrinkle in recent years, including retinol, retinoic acid, retinal, retinol ester and the like, and the retinoids can improve abnormal keratinization and sebum excretion of epithelial cells and are clinically used as drugs for removing acne and resisting wrinkle. Although retinol is an essential active substance for the human body and is converted into retinoic acid in vivo, retinol is poor in stability, easily oxidized, and has irritation to the skin; although retinoic acid has good stability, it is highly irritating and can only be used as a prescription; although retinal is more effective than retinol, retinal itself is less stable; retinol ester, although less irritating to the skin, has low activity. If the prior retinoids are added into skin care products, the requirement of people cannot be met. Thus, there is still room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to enable the anti-wrinkle raw material to have high stability and no irritation to the skin, the application provides an anti-aging composition and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the present application provides an anti-aging composition, which adopts the following technical scheme:
an anti-aging composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
80-90% of isosorbide dimethyl ether;
8-11% of hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester;
glycolipid 0.5-2%;
2-5% of olive fruit oil.
By adopting the technical scheme, the hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester is a retinol derivative, can be directly combined with cell Retinoic Acid Receptors (RARs), has the functions of regulating metabolism of epidermis and stratum corneum, can resist aging, reduce seborrhea, fade epidermal pigments, prevent skin aging, prevent acne, whiten skin and lighten spots and the like; and, the irritation to the skin is very small.
Isosorbide dimethyl ether (DMI) is a colorless transparent liquid, is used as a solvent of hydroxy pinacoline retinoic acid ester, is beneficial to increasing the transfer of the hydroxy pinacoline retinoic acid ester on the surface layer of the skin, has the functions of helping osmosis, promoting skin absorption and having small irritation to the skin; moreover, the dimethyl isosorbide can reduce the viscosity of the system and is used as a viscosity control agent. Meanwhile, the dimethyl isosorbide can reduce the concentration of hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester so as to achieve the best anti-aging effect.
Glycolipids belong to lipid compounds, which are widely present in various organisms, and glycolipids in nature can be classified into two major groups according to the kinds of alcohol groups in their components: glyceroglycolipids and glycosphingolipids. The glycolipid is a water-soluble lipid substance, has a structure similar to that of a substance forming the horny layer of the skin, can quickly permeate into the skin and combine with water in the horny layer to form a net structure, locks water and has a good moisturizing effect. Under the action of glycolipid, the hydroxy pinatone retinoic acid ester can penetrate into skin more quickly, so that a faster anti-wrinkle effect is achieved.
The olive fruit oil is a natural skin-moistening oil, has fragrant and elegant fragrance, can deeply nourish the skin, and has excellent ductility on the skin. The glycolipid belongs to an amphiphilic substance (namely, hydrophilic and lipophilic), and can wrap the olive fruit oil in a network structure, so that the olive fruit oil is better dispersed in the system.
According to the application, the hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester, the isosorbide dimethyl ether, the glycolipid and the olive fruit oil are matched in a synergistic mode, so that the anti-aging composition has high stability and low irritation to skin, and the anti-aging composition can meet the requirements of people when being added into a skin care product.
Preferably, the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
84.5 to 85.5 percent of isosorbide dimethyl ether;
9.5 to 10.5 percent of hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester;
glycolipid 0.5-1.5%;
olive fruit oil 3.5-4.5%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-aging composition is better, and the irritation of the anti-aging composition to skin is further reduced.
Preferably, the preparation method of the olive fruit oil comprises the following steps:
inoculating the Candida utilis subjected to the secondary culture to a fermentation tank by using the inoculation amount of 8-10%, adding olive fruits to the fermentation tank, and fermenting at 25-30 ℃ for 30-35h; heating to 65-70 deg.C to inactivate Candida, centrifuging to obtain oil phase, and vacuum dewatering to obtain olive fruit oil.
By adopting the technical scheme, the olive fruit oil prepared by the method has higher activity, so that squalene rich in olive oil and fatty acid required by a human body can be quickly absorbed by the skin, and the elasticity and luster of the skin are effectively kept; meanwhile, the vitamin E, the vitamin K, the vitamin A, the vitamin D and the like contained in the olive fruit oil and the phenolic antioxidant substances have the effects of eliminating skin wrinkles, delaying senility, preventing skin chap and resisting ultraviolet rays. And, the irritation of hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid ester to the skin is further reduced because olive fruit oil produces a substance against the irritation of hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid ester during fermentation, thereby reducing the irritation of hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid ester to the skin.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing an anti-aging composition, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for preparing an anti-aging composition, comprising the following steps:
s1: respectively weighing isosorbide dimethyl ether and hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester according to the formula, sequentially adding into a stirrer, heating to 65-70 ℃, and uniformly mixing to obtain a premixed solution;
s2: cooling to 40-45 deg.C, adding glycolipid and olive fruit oil into the stirrer at a stirring rate of 250-350r/min, stirring, and filtering to obtain antiaging composition.
By adopting the technical scheme, the anti-aging composition prepared by the method has high stability, and the glycolipid mainly comprises alcohol, fat and sugar, so that a system consisting of the glycolipid, the olive oil, the isosorbide dimethyl ether and the hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester belongs to an anhydrous emulsifying system, the stability of an anhydrous emulsion is poorer than that of an aqueous emulsion, and the anti-aging composition prepared by the method has high stability, and the phenomenon of demulsification is not easy to occur in the high-speed stirring process of the anhydrous emulsion, so that the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-aging composition is not easy to influence.
Preferably, the mixer includes the base and installs the churn on the base, the one end that the base was kept away from to the churn is equipped with the feed inlet and is used for the lid to close churn open-ended kettle cover, be equipped with the stirring rake on the kettle cover and be used for ordering about stirring rake pivoted motor, the stirring rake is including being fixed in the (mixing) shaft on the motor, the lateral wall of (mixing) shaft is equipped with a plurality of horizontal stirring leaves and a plurality of vertical stirring leaf, horizontal stirring leaf includes a plurality of blades, the one end that the (mixing) shaft was kept away from to the blade is equipped with a plurality of bristles, the one end that the (mixing) shaft was kept away from to the bristle is with the inside wall butt of churn.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when hydroxyl pinacolone retinoic acid ester powder gets into the churn from the feed inlet in, because partial powder adheres easily on the inside wall of churn, the setting of brush hair can be brushed the powder that adheres on the churn inside wall and fall to in the isosorbide dimethyl ether solution to this makes isosorbide dimethyl ether and hydroxyl pinacolone retinoic acid ester powder mix ground more evenly.
Preferably, a plurality of circular rings are arranged on the blade and are uniformly distributed along the horizontal direction of the blade.
By adopting the technical scheme, the impact area of the anhydrous emulsion and the blades is reduced, and the impact force generated by the collision of the anhydrous emulsion and the blades during high-speed rotation is favorably reduced, so that the anhydrous emulsion is not easy to break emulsion, and the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-aging composition is not easy to be influenced. In addition, in the process of high-speed stirring, the original motion track of the powder falling from the brush bristles through the plurality of circular rings can be changed, and the powder moves from one end close to the inner side wall of the stirring cylinder to the direction close to the stirring shaft, so that the powder can be fully and uniformly mixed in the horizontal direction.
Preferably, one end of the longitudinal stirring blade, which is far away from the stirring shaft, is obliquely arranged towards the bottom of the stirring barrel.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme for the powder of churn bottom can upwards roll along the vertical stirring leaf of slope, makes the powder misce bene of churn bottom more fast with this, is favorable to improving stirring efficiency.
Preferably, a plurality of longitudinal stirring blades are staggered and uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the stirring shaft.

Experiment 3 anti-wrinkle Effect test
The experiment respectively detects the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-aging emulsions prepared in the application examples 1 to 8 and the comparative application examples 1 to 6 and the blank control group, and the change condition of the elasticity value of the applied part is measured by a skin elasticity tester (Cutomer dual MPA 580), and each subject is measured by the same technician every time.
The test population: 150 wrinkled persons with the average age of 35-45 years old. Among them, 70 men and 80 women had no damage to skin health, and 10 subjects were used for each application example and comparative application example, and the results were averaged.
(1) Respectively taking the anti-aging emulsions prepared in the application examples 1-8, the comparative application examples 1-6 and the blank control group;
(2) Selecting the left and right cheekbones of the face of a subject, the left and right cheeks at the intersection of the nose tip and the pupil, and the left and right sides at the intersection of the temple and the mouth corner as test areas;
(3) The cosmetic is applied twice in the morning and at night every day, the picture before application is taken as a control, and the subject cannot be applied with any other cosmetics during the experiment;
(4) The subjects counted the rate of change in skin elasticity before and after the use 28 days after the continuous use of the anti-aging lotions prepared in application examples 1 to 8 and comparative application examples 1 to 6, as well as the blank control group.
The results of experiments 2 and 3 are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4
Figure 928875DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
According to the comparison of comparative application examples 1 to 4 in table 4 with the data of application example 4, the comparative application examples 1 to 4, in which one of hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid ester, isosorbide dimethyl ether, glycolipid and olive fruit oil was replaced, produced skin irritation, while the anti-aging composition prepared from hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid ester, isosorbide dimethyl ether, glycolipid and olive fruit oil was added to the emulsion without any irritation to the skin. In addition, the skin elasticity change rate of application example 4 is significantly higher than that of comparative application examples 1 to 4, which shows that the anti-aging composition prepared from hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester, isosorbide dimethyl ether, glycolipid and olive fruit oil has a good anti-wrinkle effect.
According to the comparison between the application example 7 and the application example 4 in table 4, the rigid material (stainless steel) is adopted in the stirring paddle in the application example 7, the skin elasticity change rate is 37%, the elastic material (rubber) is adopted in the stirring paddle in the application example 4, the skin elasticity change rate is 50%, and the skin elasticity change rate is increased by 13%, which indicates that the elastic material is adopted in the stirring paddle, so that the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-aging composition is improved, because the liquid can continuously flap on the stirring paddle in the stirring process, and the stirring paddle has a buffering effect, the phenomenon of emulsion breaking is not easy to occur in the anhydrous emulsion, and the system is more stable, so that the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-aging composition is not easily influenced.
According to the comparison between the application example 8 and the application example 4 in the table 4, the helical stirring blade is adopted in the stirring blade in the application example 8, the skin elasticity change rate is 33%, while the transverse stirring blade and the longitudinal stirring blade are arranged on the blade of the stirring blade in the application example 4, the skin elasticity change rate is 50%, and the skin elasticity change rate is increased by 17%, which means that the transverse stirring blade and the longitudinal stirring blade are arranged on the blade of the stirring blade, so that the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-aging composition is improved, because the impact area of the anhydrous emulsion and the blade can be reduced in the stirring process by the transverse stirring blade and the longitudinal stirring blade, the impact force generated by the collision of the anhydrous emulsion and the blade during the high-speed rotation of the anhydrous emulsion is reduced, the demulsification phenomenon of the anhydrous emulsion is not easy to occur, and the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-aging composition is not easy to be influenced.
According to the comparative application examples 5-6 in table 4, the anti-aging composition content is outside the range of the application, and the better anti-wrinkle effect can not be achieved.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
