On the other hand, the probability that the fluid flows to the detection assembly at the same time is improved, so that the detection sensitivity of the detection assembly is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the detection assembly 4 in the embodiment of the present invention is disposed in the liquid passing channel 21, it should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit where the detection assembly 4 is specifically located in the liquid passing channel 21, and the detection assembly 4 may be disposed at the top, middle or bottom of the detection channel, as long as the detection assembly 4 is located in the liquid passing channel 21. In addition, the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific type of the detection assembly 4, and no matter what the arrangement manner of the detection assembly 4 is, the detection assembly 4 only needs to detect whether the fluid passes through the fluid passage 21. For example, the detection mode of the detection assembly 4 in the embodiment of the present invention may detect under a set condition, for example, the detection assembly 4 is activated during the process that the washing apparatus controls the detergent container 3 to dispense the liquid into the liquid passing channel 21. Under the condition that the liquid detergent container 3 contains the liquid such as the liquid detergent, the softener, the disinfectant, the perfume and the like, the liquid in the detergent container 3 flows into the liquid passing channel 21, and the detection assembly 4 positioned in the liquid passing channel 21 can detect that the liquid passes through the liquid passing channel 21, so that the detection assembly 4 can judge that the liquid detergent container 3 contains the liquid such as the liquid detergent, the softener, the disinfectant, the perfume and the like. In case the detection assembly 4 detects that there is no fluid flowing through the liquid passage 21, the detection assembly 4 can determine that there is no fluid such as laundry detergent, softener, disinfectant, perfume, etc. in the detergent container 3, that is, the detergent container 3 is in an empty bottle state, and the detection assembly 4 can determine that the detergent container 3 needs to be replaced or needs to be supplemented with fluid. The method is beneficial to improving the understanding degree of the user on the capacity of the detergent container in the washing equipment, and is convenient for the user to replace the detergent container 3 or supplement fluid in time, thereby improving the experience of the user and the cleanliness of clothes of the washing equipment.
The embodiment of the invention provides a detergent putting device which comprises a distributor box, a detergent box and a detection assembly. The distributor box is provided with at least one accommodating groove for accommodating a detergent container, a water mixing groove is arranged at the bottom of the detergent box, a liquid passing channel communicated with the water mixing groove is arranged at the rear end of the detergent box, the detergent container is connected with the liquid passing channel, and a detection assembly is arranged in the liquid passing channel to detect whether detergent flows to the liquid passing channel or not. According to the embodiment of the invention, the detection device is arranged in the liquid passing channel, compared with the mode that the detection device is arranged in the detergent container, the detection device does not need to be constantly contacted with the fluid in the detergent container, the fluid is contacted with the detection device only under the condition that the fluid in the detergent container flows to the liquid passing channel, and the detection device can detect that the fluid is remained in the detergent container; the fluid flowing through the detection device can flow to the water mixing tank communicated with the bottom of the liquid passing channel along the liquid passing channel under the action of gravity, so that the fluid cannot stay on the detection device, the detection of the fluid by the detection device for the next time is facilitated, the detection sensitivity of the detection device is improved, and the problem that the detection device has poor fluid induction in a detergent container in a detergent putting device is solved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the probing assembly 4 includes at least one set of probes and a controller. At least one group of probes indicates that the probing assembly 4 may be provided with one group of probes, or may be provided with two or more groups of probes, where each group of probes includes two probes 40. Two probes 40 in the same group of probes are arranged in the liquid passing channel 21 at intervals, and each group of probes is connected with the first end wall 221, but the embodiment of the invention does not limit the connection form of the probes and the first end wall 221, for example, the probes 40 can be detachably connected with the first end wall 221 by a thread manner, and the probes 40 can be permanently fixed with the first end wall 221 by a welding manner. Whatever the manner of connecting the probe 40 and the first end wall 221, the probe 40 can be kept stationary relative to the first end wall 221, so that the probe 40 can stably protrude into the liquid passing channel 21, that is, the probe 40 is protrudingly disposed between the first end wall 221 and the connecting piece 23. The distance between the two probes 40 in the same group of probes is greater than the first set value and less than the second set value, that is, the two probes 40 in the same group of probes are spaced apart from each other, but the distance between the two probes is not too large. For example, the distance between the two probes is greater than 0mm and 20mm or less. Fluid flowing through the fluid channel can flow as far as possible to both probes, reducing the risk of fluid flowing only to one probe and not to the other.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the controller is connected to each probe 40, two probes 40 in each group of probes form a loop with the controller, different loops are formed between different groups of probes, and the loops can be independent of each other. The embodiment of the present invention determines whether or not liquid is introduced into the liquid passing passage 21 from the detergent container by detecting the conductivity of each set of the probes 40. Specifically, two probes in each group of probes form a loop with the controller, and under the condition that no fluid flows through the liquid passing channel 21, the medium between the two probes in the same group of probes is air, so that the resistance between the two probes is large, and the conductivity is low; when the fluid in the detergent container flows into the liquid passing channel 21, the fluid flows through two probes in the same group of probes, the medium between the two probes is changed from air to fluid, so that the resistance between the two probes is reduced, the conductivity is increased, and the controller judges whether the fluid flows through the liquid passing channel by detecting the change of the conductive signal between the probes in the same group. For example, in the process of controlling the fluid in the detergent container to flow to the liquid passing channel by the washing equipment, if the controller detects that the conductivity in the probes in the same group is increased, the detergent container can be judged to have the fluid; if the controller detects that the conductivity in the same group of probes does not change greatly from the conductivity when the washing equipment does not control the fluid in the detergent container to flow to the liquid passing channel, the controller can judge that no fluid exists in the detergent container, and can send out an empty bottle signal to the control panel to remind a user of timely replenishing the fluid to the detergent container or timely replacing a new detergent container.
Note that, as shown in fig. 2, in the case where a plurality of housing grooves 10 are provided in the dispenser box 1 to house a plurality of detergent containers 3, a plurality of sets of probes, the number of which is equal to the number of detergent containers 3, may be provided, and the remaining amount of fluid in each detergent container can be individually detected by each set of probes.
In the embodiment of the invention, the detection device is arranged into the probes and the controller, each group of probes comprises two spaced probes, the probes protrude between the connecting piece and the first end wall, fluid can flow through the two probes under the condition that the fluid flows from the detergent container to the liquid passing channel, the electric conductivity of a loop formed by the two probes and the controller is increased, and the electric conductivity of the loop formed by the two probes and the controller is lower under the condition that no fluid flows to the liquid passing channel, so that whether the fluid remains in each detergent container can be judged by judging the electric conductivity. The contact area between the probe and the fluid is small, so that the influence of the fluid remaining on the surface of the probe on the next detection is reduced, and the sensitivity of the detection device is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the detergent dispensing device 100 further comprises a dispensing pump 5. The dosing pump 5 is used for pumping the fluid in the detergent container into the liquid passing channel 21, and the fluid flows into the water mixing tank 20 at the bottom of the box body 22 through the liquid passing channel 21. As shown in fig. 1, the first end wall 221 has two opposite sides in the front-back direction, wherein the front side of the first end wall 221 is the liquid passing channel 21, and the dispensing pump 5 is arranged on the side of the first end wall 221 far away from the connecting piece 23, that is, the dispensing pump 5 is arranged on the back side of the first end wall 221. In the embodiment of the present invention, the dispensing pump 5 is disposed at the rear side of the first end wall 221, so that the fluid in the detergent container can be sucked, and the space occupied in the box 22 can be reduced, thereby increasing the fluid storage space and reducing the interference on fluid conduction.
The dispensing pump 5 in the embodiment of the present invention has at least one suction channel, that is, only one suction channel may be disposed inside the dispensing pump 5, and two or more suction channels may also be disposed inside the dispensing pump 5, in the case that a plurality of suction channels are disposed inside the dispensing pump 5, the plurality of suction channels are independent from each other and do not interfere with each other, and the number of suction channels is the same as the number of holding grooves disposed in the dispenser box 1, that is, the number of suction channels is the same as the number of detergent containers disposed. Each suction channel is used for sucking up the fluid in one detergent container. As shown in fig. 1, each suction channel has a liquid inlet 51 and a liquid outlet 52, the liquid inlet 51 is communicated with the detergent container, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the liquid inlet 51 is directly or indirectly communicated with the detergent container, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the liquid inlet 51 is communicated with the connecting member 23, and the connecting member 23 is further communicated with the detergent container, that is, the liquid inlet 51 is indirectly communicated with the detergent container through the connecting member 23. The liquid outlet 52 is connected to the liquid passage 21, a negative pressure is generated inside the dosing pump 5, so that a pressure difference is formed between the liquid inlet 51 of the dosing pump 5 and the inside of the detergent container, the pressure inside the detergent container is greater than the pressure of the suction passage in the dosing pump 5, so that the fluid in the detergent container flows from the liquid inlet 51 to the suction passage in the dosing pump 5, and the fluid in the suction passage is guided from the liquid outlet 52 to the liquid passing passage 21 by the dosing pump 5.
As shown in fig. 4, at least one probe of each set of probes 40 is disposed proximate to the exit orifice 52. Wherein each set of probes comprises a first probe 401 and a second probe 402. The first probe 401 and the second probe 402 are disposed at an interval, the first probe 401 is close to the liquid outlet 52 relative to the second probe 402, it should be noted that, in the case of disposing multiple sets of probes, the number of sets of probes corresponds to the number of liquid outlets, one liquid outlet corresponds to one set of probes, and the first probe 401 in the set of probes is close to the liquid outlet relative to the second probe 402.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the putting pump is arranged in the detergent putting device, so that the speed of the fluid in the detergent container flowing into the liquid passing channel is increased, the efficiency of putting the liquid into the washing equipment by the detergent putting device is improved, and the washing efficiency of the washing equipment is improved. Wherein, first probe in the same group of probes is close to the liquid outlet relative to the second probe, is favorable to first probe can direct contact to the liquid that the liquid outlet was derived to whether the liquid outlet has the liquid outflow from the detergent container of detection that can be accurate. The detection sensitivity and accuracy of the detection device are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the two probes 40 in each set of probes 40 are staggered. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, two sets of probes are provided, namely a first set of probes 41 and a second set of probes 42, each set of probes is used for detecting whether a fluid flows out of one fluid outlet 52, and each set of probes is provided with a first probe 401 and a second probe 402. It should be noted that the staggered representation in the embodiment of the present invention means that the first probe 401 and the second probe 402 in the same group of probes do not overlap in both the vertical direction and the left-right direction. That is, the first probe 401 and the second probe 402 are spaced in both the up-down direction and the left-right direction. That is, a connecting line between the cross-sections of the first probe 401 and the second probe 402 forms a predetermined angle with the vertical direction, and it can be understood that the connecting line is disposed obliquely with respect to the vertical direction. In the case that the fluid in the detergent container flows out from the liquid outlet 52, the fluid flows to the first probe 401 near the liquid outlet 52, and the fluid flows downwards towards both sides of the first probe 401 under the guidance of the first probe 401, so that, by arranging the second probe and the first probe in a staggered manner, the second probe is more easily contacted with the fluid under the influence of the first probe than by arranging the first probe and the second probe at intervals in the vertical direction, thereby being beneficial to improving the sensitivity and accuracy of detection of the detection assembly.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the direction of the connecting line of the two probes (see the direction shown by the dashed line in fig. 4) forms a first angle θ with the vertical direction (see the direction shown by the dashed line in fig. 4). The connecting line of the two probes indicates a connecting line of the center points of the cross sections of the two probes. Under the less condition of the sectional area of probe, under the too big condition of the contained angle of the connecting wire direction of two probes and vertical direction, the degree of difficulty that first probe and second probe were flowed through to the liquid outlet is great, under the too little condition of the direction of the connecting wire of two probes and vertical direction's contained angle, the liquid that the liquid outlet flowed out is influenced and difficult the flowing to the second probe by the water conservancy diversion of first probe. In the embodiment of the invention, the first included angle theta is greater than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees, and the first included angle theta is limited in a certain range, so that the probability that the fluid flowing out of the liquid outlet flows to the first probe and the second probe is favorably improved, and the sensitivity and the accuracy of the detection assembly are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a first probe 401 of the same group of probes is located close to the liquid outlet 52 relative to a second probe 402, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, two groups of probes are provided, that is, a first group of probes 41 and a second group of probes 42, the dispenser box is provided with two detergent containers, and the dispensing pump is provided with two liquid outlets 52, that is, a first liquid outlet 521 and a second liquid outlet 522, wherein the first group of probes 41 is used for detecting the fluid flowing out from the first liquid outlet 521, the second group of probes 42 is used for detecting the fluid flowing out from the second liquid outlet 522, correspondingly, the first probe 401 of the first group of probes 41 is located close to the first liquid outlet 521 relative to the second probe 402, and the second probe 402 is located close to the center of the water mixing tank 20 relative to the first probe 401 in the horizontal direction (referring to the left and right directions shown in fig. 4), wherein the center of the water mixing tank 20 represents a geometric center of the water mixing tank 20, that is, the second probe 402 of the first group of probes 41 is located close to the inside of the water mixing tank 20 relative to the first probe 401. A first probe 401 of the second set of probes 42 is positioned adjacent to the second exit orifice 522 relative to the second probe 402. And the first probe 401 in the second group of probes 42 is close to the edge of the water mixing tank 20 in the left-right direction relative to the second probe 402, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the positional relationship between the first probe 401 and the second probe 402 in the left-right direction is related to the positional relationship between the liquid outlets in the left-right direction, and the positional relationship between the first probe, the second probe and the center of the water mixing tank can satisfy the requirement of guiding the fluid to flow toward the center of the water mixing tank instead of guiding the fluid to flow toward the edge of the water mixing tank. According to the embodiment of the invention, the second probe in the same group of probes is opposite to the first probe, so that the fluid can be guided to flow towards the center direction of the water mixing tank, the risk of fluid residues in the liquid passing channel can be reduced, and the utilization rate of the fluid such as detergent can be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the detergent dispensing device further comprises a flow guiding rib 6. The diversion rib 6 protrudes out of the first end wall 221, and the diversion rib 6 is arranged in the liquid passing channel 21, wherein the diversion rib 6 can be connected with the first end wall 221, and the diversion rib can also be connected with the connecting piece 23 (shown in fig. 1), as long as the diversion rib 6 can conduct the detergent led out of the liquid outlet 52. The flow guiding rib 6 in the embodiment of the present invention may be formed integrally with the first end wall 221 or the connecting member 23 by injection molding, or may be fixedly connected by a mounting member. In the embodiment of the invention, the flow guide ribs are arranged, protrude out of the liquid passing channel 21, and the flow guide ribs 6 at least extend from the vicinity of the liquid outlet 52 to the vicinity of the probes, so that the fluid is guided to the two probes 40 as much as possible, and the detection sensitivity of the detection assembly in the liquid passing channel to the fluid led out from the liquid outlet is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the air guide rib 6 includes a first extension 61. An included angle between the extending direction of the first extending portion 61 and the extending direction of the connection line (the chain line shown in fig. 4) between the first probe 401 and the second probe 402 is less than 10 degrees, it should be noted that the extending direction of the air guide rib 6 indicates a maximum dimension direction of the air guide rib 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the extending direction of the air guide rib 6 and the connection line between the first probe 401 and the second probe 402 is less than 10 degrees, it indicates that the extending direction of the air guide rib 6 is approximately parallel to the inclined direction of the first probe 401 and the second probe 402, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the projection of the first extending portion 61 in the horizontal direction (the left-right direction shown in fig. 4) at least overlaps with the liquid outlet 52, the first probe 401 and the second probe 402. Alternatively, the projection of the first extending portion 61 in the horizontal direction (the left-right direction shown in fig. 4) overlaps at least the first fixing member 241, the first probe 401, and the second probe 402, and/or the projection of the first extending portion 61 in the horizontal direction (the left-right direction shown in fig. 4) overlaps at least the second fixing member 242, the first probe 401, and the second probe 402. That is to say, under the condition that the fluid flows out from the fluid outlet 52, the fluid flows to the surface of the flow guiding rib 6 under the action of gravity, and the fluid flows along the surface of the extending direction of the flow guiding rib 6, because the distance between the flow guiding rib 6 and the first probe and the second probe is smaller than the set value, in the process that the fluid flows along the surface of the flow guiding rib 6, the fluid respectively passes through the first probe 401 and the second probe 402, so as to realize the conduction of the first probe 401 and the second probe 402, thereby improving the conductivity of the loop formed by the group of probes and the controller, and indicating that the fluid such as the detergent remains in the detergent container corresponding to the fluid outlet. According to the embodiment of the invention, the extending direction of the first extending part in the flow guide rib and the direction of the connecting line of the first probe and the second probe are smaller than the set angle, so that the fluid can pass through the first probe and the second probe in the process of flowing along the flow guide rib, the probability that the fluid passes through the first probe and the second probe is improved, and the sensitivity and the accuracy of the detection assembly for detecting the fluid are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a side of the first end wall 221 adjacent to the water mixing tank 20 is provided with a plurality of protruding third extensions 63, each third extension 63 is disposed around one of the liquid inlets 51 to form a liquid suction chamber 631, and the liquid suction chamber 631 communicates the liquid inlet 51 with the detergent container 3. Each liquid suction cavity 631 can be further provided with a thimble 632 therein, the thimble 632 can be inserted into the detergent container 3, the thimble 632 is used for guiding the detergent or the softener in the detergent container 3 into the liquid suction cavity 631, and then the detergent flows into the suction channel of the dispensing pump 5 through the liquid inlet 51, and the detergent flows into the liquid passing channel 21 from the liquid outlet 52 of the dispensing pump 5. In the embodiment of the invention, the liquid suction channel is formed in the third extending part by arranging the third extending part, so that the liquid inlet of the feeding pump and the thimbles of the detergent sucking container can be arranged in a staggered manner, and the distance between the two thimbles can be set to be larger under the condition that the distance between the two liquid outlets 52 and the two liquid inlets 51 is smaller, thereby improving the flexibility of the arrangement of the thimbles, further improving the flexibility of the washing and container installation, and being beneficial to reducing the assembly difficulty of the detergent feeding device. The assembly difficulty of the detergent putting device is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, the first suction channel of the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a first liquid inlet 511, the second suction channel is provided with a second liquid inlet 512, and the first liquid inlet 511 and the second liquid inlet 512 are respectively used for introducing a detergent into the dosing pump.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the flow guiding rib 6 includes a first flow guiding rib 601 and a second flow guiding rib 602, where the first flow guiding rib 601 is used for guiding the liquid discharged from the first liquid outlet 521 to the first group of probes 41, and the second flow guiding rib 602 is used for guiding the liquid discharged from the second liquid outlet 522 to the second group of probes 42; the third extending portion 63 surrounding the first liquid inlet 511 forms part of the second flow guiding rib 602, that is, the third extending portion 63 surrounding the first liquid inlet 511 overlaps the second flow guiding rib 602, and of course, the second flow guiding rib 602 may continue to extend except for being formed by the third extending portion 63, so that the second flow guiding rib 602 can guide the liquid to pass through each probe in the second group of probes 42. According to the embodiment of the invention, the second flow guide ribs and the third extending parts are partially overlapped, so that the structure is simplified, the cost is reduced, and the conduction efficiency of the liquid passing channel is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the air guide rib 6 further comprises a second extension 62. The second extending portion 62 is connected to one end of the first extending portion 61 close to the liquid outlet 52, and an included angle between an extending direction of the second extending portion 62 and a vertical direction is less than 10 degrees, where the extending direction of the second extending portion 62 indicates a maximum dimension direction of the second extending portion 62, and the vertical direction indicates an up-down direction in fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, by making an included angle between the extending direction of the second extending portion 62 and the vertical direction less than 10 degrees, that is, the second extending portion extends substantially along the vertical direction, one end of the second extending portion is close to the liquid outlet, and the other end of the second extending portion is connected to the first extending portion 61, in a case that the fluid is guided out from the liquid outlet, the fluid directly flows down along the second extending portion 62, and the fluid flows along the second extending portion 62 to the first extending portion 61, so that the fluid passes through the first probe 401 and the second probe 402 close to the first extending portion 61. According to the embodiment of the invention, the second extending part is arranged, so that the fluid flowing out of the liquid outlet is guided to the first extending part to flow through the two probes, the risk that the fluid flows to other directions after flowing out of the liquid outlet is reduced, the fluid is guided, and the detection accuracy of the detection assembly is improved.

The first suction passage is for drawing the detergent in the detergent container 3 placed in the first holding tank 101 and discharging into the water mixing tank 20; the second suction passage is used for sucking the detergent in the detergent container 3 placed in the second holding tank 102 and discharging the detergent into the water mixing tank 20; the probe assembly 4 is provided with a first set of probes 41 and a second set of probes 42, a first probe 401 of the first set of probes 41 being adjacent to the first outlet opening 521 of the first pumping channel and a first probe 401 of the second set of probes 42 being adjacent to the second outlet opening 522 of the second pumping channel.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the distance between the fixing element 24 disposed below the liquid outlet 52 and the liquid outlet 52 is smaller than a predetermined value, that is, the fixing element 24 is disposed close to the liquid outlet 52, which can improve the stability of the connection between the connecting element and the box body on the one hand, and the liquid guided out from the liquid outlet can be directly and rapidly guided by the fixing element on the other hand, thereby improving the flow splitting effect of the fluid.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the distance between the stationary member 24 and the liquid outlet 52 is less than 10mm. The distance between the fixing member 24 and the liquid outlet 52 is the distance from the center of the cross-sectional area of the liquid outlet 52 to the center of the cross-sectional area of the fixing member 24, or the distance between the fixing member 24 and the liquid outlet 52 can also be the minimum distance between the outer contour of the cross-section of the fixing member 24 and the outer contour of the cross-section of the liquid outlet 52. The center line represents a line connecting the center of the cross section of the fixing member 24 and the center of the cross section of the liquid outlet 52, and the cross section is in the direction of the paper in fig. 4. The vertical direction indicates the up-down direction in fig. 4. According to the embodiment of the invention, the included angle between the central lines of the fixing piece and the liquid outlet and the vertical direction is smaller than 15 degrees, so that the fixing piece is not completely positioned under the liquid outlet, but the fixing piece can also play a role in guiding the liquid led out from the liquid outlet, and the liquid led out from the liquid outlet is favorably guided towards the direction of the fixing piece, which is offset relative to the liquid outlet.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the fixing member 24 includes a first fixing member 241 and a second fixing member 242, the first fixing member 241 is disposed below the first liquid outlet 521, and the second fixing member 242 is disposed below the second liquid outlet 522, as shown in fig. 4, the first group of probes 41 is close to the center of the water mixing tank 20 relative to the first fixing member 241 in the left-right direction, and/or the second group of probes 42 is close to the center of the water mixing tank 20 relative to the second fixing member 242 in the left-right direction. For example, the first group probe pins 41 are positioned at the lower right of the first fixing member 241, and the second group probe pins 42 are positioned at the lower right of the second fixing member 242. Of course, in other embodiments, the second group of probes 42 may be disposed at the lower left of the second fixing member 242, the first group of probes 41 may be disposed at the lower left of the first fixing member 241, an included angle between the center line of the first liquid outlet 521 and the first fixing member 241 and the vertical direction is smaller than 15 degrees, which is beneficial to guiding the liquid guided by the first liquid outlet 521 toward the direction in which the first fixing member 241 is inclined, and an included angle between the center line of the second liquid outlet 522 and the second fixing member 242 and the vertical direction is smaller than 15 degrees, which is beneficial to guiding the fluid guided by the second liquid outlet 522 toward the direction in which the second fixing member 242 is inclined.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the first outlet opening 521 is far away from the center of the water mixing tank 20 relative to the second outlet opening 522, and the first fixing element 241 is close to the center of the water mixing tank 20 relative to the first outlet opening 521 in the left-right direction, where the center of the water mixing tank 20 represents the geometric center of the water mixing tank 20, that is, the first fixing element 241 is close to the inside of the water mixing tank 20 in the left-right direction relative to the first outlet opening 521, and the second fixing element 242 is close to the inside of the water mixing tank 20 in the left-right direction relative to the second outlet opening 522, so that the fluid led out from the first outlet opening 521 is more easily guided toward the center of the water mixing tank 20 by the first fixing element 241, and the fluid led out from the second outlet opening 522 is more easily guided toward the center of the water mixing tank 20 by the second fixing element 242. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the positional relationship between the first fixing element 241 and the second fixing element 242 in the left-right direction is related to the positional relationship between the first liquid outlet and the second liquid outlet in the left-right direction, and the positional relationship between the first fixing element and the first liquid outlet may be sufficient to guide the fluid to flow toward the center of the water mixing tank instead of the edge of the water mixing tank. And the fluid flowing towards the center of the water mixing tank can more easily flow to the first probe and the second probe in the same group of probes simultaneously, so that the risk of fluid remaining in the liquid passing channel is reduced, and the utilization rate of the fluid such as detergent is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the first fixing part 241 overlaps with a projection of the first liquid outlet 521 in the left-right direction, the fluid discharged from the first liquid outlet 521 moves vertically downward under the action of gravity, and the first fixing part 241 overlapping in the left-right direction can at least guide the fluid discharged from the first liquid outlet 521. The projections of the second fixing member 242 and the second liquid outlet 522 in the left-right direction are partially overlapped, the fluid guided out from the second liquid outlet 522 vertically moves downwards under the action of gravity, and the second fixing member 242 overlapped in the left-right direction at least can guide the fluid guided out from the second liquid outlet 522.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the top of the box body 22 is provided with at least one flushing port 222 communicated with the liquid passing channel 21, the flushing port 222 is communicated with external water flow, after the liquid outlet 52 introduces the fluid such as detergent into the liquid passing channel 21, the flushing port 222 introduces clean water into the liquid passing channel 21, the clean water can flush the probe 40 located in the liquid passing channel 21 on one hand, so as to flush away the fluid such as detergent on the surface of the probe 40, so as to facilitate effective detection of subsequent probes, thereby improving the detection sensitivity of the detection assembly; on the other hand, the water flow entering the liquid passing channel 21 will continue to flow into the water mixing tank 20 under the action of gravity, and the clean water is mixed with fluid such as detergent to dilute the detergent, thereby improving the washing effect of the clothes.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the flush ports 222 are provided in the same number of sets as the probes 40. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, two sets of probes 40 are provided, and the flushing ports include a first flushing port 2221 and a second flushing port 2222, where the first flushing port 2221 is used for flushing the first set of probes 41, and the second flushing port 2222 is used for flushing the second set of probes 42, where the projection of the air guide rib 6 in the left-right direction at least overlaps with the flushing port 222, for example, the projection of the first flushing port 2221 at least overlaps with the projection of the air guide rib 6 in the left-right direction near the first set of probes 41, and the projection of the second flushing port 2222 at least overlaps with the projection of the air guide rib 6 in the left-right direction near the second set of probes 42. Thereby being beneficial to the clean water led out by the flushing port to flush the probe close to the diversion rib so as to realize the cleaning of residual detergent and other fluids on the surface of the probe.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the detergent dispensing device further includes a water conduit 7. The water mixing tank 20 is used for mixing clean water and fluid such as detergent, so as to dilute and mix the fluid such as detergent, and introduce the fluid into a washing cavity of the washing device through the water drainage channel 25. Wherein, the water conduit 7 has a water inlet channel 71 communicating with the water outlet channel 25 inside, the water inlet channel 71 is used for guiding clean water to the water outlet channel 25 and impacting the fluid in the water outlet channel 25 to flush the fluid with detergent into the washing chamber. As shown in fig. 6, at least a part of the cross-sectional area of the water inlet channel 71 decreases along a first direction (a left-right direction shown in fig. 6) in which one end of the water guide pipe 7 away from the water outlet channel 25 faces the other end of the water guide pipe 7, and the first direction in the embodiment shown in fig. 6 is a left-right direction parallel to a horizontal direction of the detergent dispensing device 100 in a normal use state. The cross section of the water inlet passage 71 is perpendicular to the first direction, and in the case that the cross section of the water inlet passage 71 has a centrosymmetric structure, the trend of the change of the cross section of the water inlet passage 71 in the first direction can be represented by the dimension L of the water inlet passage in the up-down direction in the cross section shown in fig. 6, and as shown in fig. 6, the dimension L on the left side of the water inlet passage 71 is larger than the dimension L on the right side of the water inlet passage. According to the principle of fluid mechanics, the cross-sectional dimension of the water inlet channel 71 along the first direction is reduced, the pressure of the water flowing through the water inlet channel 71 is reduced, the water flow speed is increased, so that the pressure of the water at the outlet of the water inlet channel 71 is smaller than the pressure of the lower water opening 252 of the lower water channel 25, and under the action of the pressure difference, the water at the lower water opening 252 of the lower water channel 25 flows towards the outlet of the water inlet channel 71, so that the fluid in the water mixing tank 20 is sucked into the lower water channel 25, and is guided out of the detergent dispensing device 100 from the first water outlet 251 along with the water guided by the water inlet channel 71, that is, guided into the washing cavity of the washing equipment.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the water guide pipe is arranged in the sewer, the cross section area of the water inlet channel in the water guide pipe is reduced towards one end close to the sewer along the first direction, so that the water pressure led into the sewer from the water inlet channel is smaller, negative pressure is formed in the sewer, the fluid in the water mixing tank is quickly sucked into the sewer, the fluid in the water mixing tank and the water flow in the water inlet channel are quickly mixed and diluted, and the fluid is quickly led out from the first water outlet of the sewer, so that the speed of putting the detergent into the washing equipment by the detergent putting device is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the inlet channel 71 includes a large diameter portion 711 and a small diameter portion 712. The large diameter part 711 extends from a first end 7111 far away from the sewer channel 25 to a second end 7112 close to the sewer channel 25, that is, the water inlet channel 71 extends in the left-right direction in fig. 6, and the cross-sectional area of the large diameter part 711 decreases gradually from the first end 7111 to the second end 7112, where it should be noted that the decreasing gradually means that the cross-sectional area of the large diameter part 711 decreases gradually according to a set change value along the first direction, so that the large diameter part changes in a regular trend. According to the embodiment of the invention, the cross sectional area of the large-diameter part is gradually reduced from left to right, the direction of the water flow entering the water inlet channel 71 is from left to right, namely, the flowing direction of the water flow is consistent with the direction of the reduction of the cross sectional area of the large-diameter part, so that the flow speed of the water flow in the water inlet channel is gradually increased, the water pressure is gradually reduced, the parameters of the water flow are in a continuous variation trend, the vibration and the noise generated to the detergent feeding device are reduced, and the use comfort of the detergent feeding device is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the small diameter portion 712 is connected to the second end 7112 of the large diameter portion 711 and extends into the drainage channel 25, wherein the cross-sectional area of the small diameter portion 712 is a first constant value. That is, the cross-sectional area of the small-diameter portion 712 does not change from left to right, and the degree of change in velocity and the degree of change in water pressure are small while the water flows through the small-diameter portion. The small diameter part 712 guides the water flow guided by the large diameter part 711 into the lower water channel 25, and forms a water flow with a lower water pressure in the lower water channel, so that the fluid in the water mixing tank 20 is quickly sucked into the lower water channel 25 from the drain port 252, and the water flow is mixed with the fluid such as detergent and flushed from the first water outlet 251 to the outside of the detergent dispensing device 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the inlet channel 71 further includes a flow guide 713. The flow guide portion 713 extends in a first direction (left-right direction shown in fig. 6), and the flow guide portion 713 connects a first end 7111 of the large diameter portion 711 (left end of the large diameter portion 711), and a cross-sectional area of the flow guide portion 713 has a second constant value which is greater than the first constant value. That is, the cross-sectional area of the flow guide portion 713 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the small diameter portion 712, and the cross-sectional area of the flow guide portion 713 is equal to the cross-sectional area of the first end 7111 of the large diameter portion 711 and the cross-sectional area of the small diameter portion 712 is equal to the cross-sectional area of the second end 7112 of the large diameter portion 711.
