In an implementation manner of this embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 7, a through hole 34 is formed on the base 30, and the plug-in body 354 passes through the mounting region and the through hole 34, extends out of the base 30, and is fixed on a surface of the base 30 facing away from the laser unit. The fixing means may be directly attached to the back surface of the base 30. The plug 354 of the embodiment is bent after passing through the through holes of the flexible wearing substrate 10 and the base 30, and presses the base 30 and the flexible wearing substrate 10 towards the main body 25, so that the laser massage component 20 is assembled on the flexible wearing substrate 10.
In another embodiment, the base 30 is further provided with a receiving hole 37 adjacent to the through hole, and the portion of the plug 354 extending out of the base 30 is bent and then inserted into the receiving hole 37 and connected to the flexible conductor 15 of the massage area. When the electric connection portion 35 is bent and retracted into the accommodating hole 37, sealing treatment is performed, so that the safety of the laser unit is guaranteed. The provision of the receiving hole makes the connection of the laser flange to the base 30 reliable and does not affect wearing due to the protrusion of the electrical connection portion 35. In this embodiment, the width of the flexible conductor 15 is greater than the width of the end of the plug 354 contacting the power supply, so that the electrical connection portion 35 and the flexible conductor 15 can have a sufficient contact area to obtain electrical connection stability.
In an embodiment of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 9 and 10, unlike the case where the plug body 354 is directly electrically connected to the power supply body, the flexible conductor 15 is disposed on a side of the flexible wearing substrate 10 facing the base, the base 30 is disposed with a conductive portion 36, the flexible conductor 15 is pressed by the base 30 to be electrically connected to the conductive portion 36, and the plug body 354 is fixed to the base 30 and electrically connected to the conductive portion 36, so that the electrical connection portion 35 is electrically connected to the flexible conductor 15.
In particular, the conductor 36 comprises a contact surface facing the laser unit and electrically connected to the flexible conductor 15. Specifically, the conductor 36 is embedded in the base 30, and exposes the surface 301 and the bottom surface 302 of the base 30. The conductor 36 is located between the base 30 and the mounting area, and after the base 30 and the main body 25 are fixed to clamp the mounting area, the contact surface directly contacts with the lead-in end of the power supply body, so as to realize electrical connection.
In this embodiment, the contact surface protrudes from the surface 301 of the base 30 facing the laser unit, and the contact surface abuts against the flexible conductor 15 to electrically connect the conductor 36 and the flexible conductor 15. The contact surface may press against the flexible electrical conductor 15 to achieve a stable contact electrical connection.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 11, a through hole 361 is formed in the conductive body 36, and the plug 354 passes through the through hole 361, extends out of the base 30, and is hermetically connected to the hole. The portion of the plug 354 protruding from the base 30 is fixed to the surface of the conductor 36 exposed from the bottom surface of the base 30 or to the bottom surface of the base 30. In one embodiment, the conductive body 36 further has a receiving hole 362 adjacent to the through hole 361, and the portion of the plug 354 extending out of the base 30 is bent and retracted into the receiving hole 362. Both the through hole and the receiving hole 362 are sealed.
In one embodiment, the electrical connection portion 35 is a conductive layer exposed from the surface of the main body portion 25 facing the base 30, the conductive layer is electrically connected to the laser unit, and the conductive layer is electrically connected to the flexible conductor 15 by being in contact therewith. The area of the flexible wearing substrate 15 between the base 30 and the main body 25 is the mounting area, the mounting area is provided with an opening, the flexible conductor 15 is arranged on one side of the flexible wearing substrate 10 facing the base and at least partially located in the opening, and the conductive layer is in contact with and electrically connected with the flexible conductor 15 through the opening. Specifically, the laser unit includes a circuit board 60 and a laser head 50 electrically connected to the circuit board, and the electrical connection portion 35 is a copper-plated conductive layer on the circuit board 60. The flexible wearing substrate 10 is clamped between the base 30 and the main body 25, and the flexible conductor is in contact with and electrically connected to the circuit board 60.
In this embodiment, the main body portion includes a mask, the mask includes a receiving space, the laser unit is received in the receiving space, and a light-transmitting portion corresponding to the receiving space is provided on a side of the mask facing away from the base. One side of the accommodating space, which faces the base, is provided with an accommodating opening, and the laser unit is accommodated in the accommodating space through the accommodating opening. The accommodating port is sealed by glue pouring; or the containing port is sealed by a cover plate; or the containing opening is covered by a cover plate, and the cover plate and the edge of the containing opening are sealed through bonding.
Specifically referring to fig. 6 and 8, in the present embodiment, the main body portion 25 includes a mask 40, the laser unit includes a circuit board 60 and a laser head 50, the mask 40 includes a receiving space 42, and the circuit board 60, the laser head 50 and the connecting piece 35 are received in the receiving space 42. The mask 40 has a light-transmitting portion (not shown) provided on a side thereof facing away from the base 30 and corresponding to the housing space 42. The number of laser heads 50 is more than or equal to 2, and the number of connecting pieces 35 is the same as the number of laser heads 50 and corresponds to the number of laser heads 50. The electrical connection portion is located around an outer side of the laser unit. The accommodating space 42 has an accommodating opening on one side facing the base 30, and the circuit board 60 and the laser head 50 of the laser unit are accommodated in the accommodating space 42 through the accommodating opening. In this embodiment, the receiving opening is sealed by potting. The plug 354 may be secured to the base through the receiving opening.
The face mask 40 comprises a mounting edge, a mounting wall surrounding the surface of the base 30 is convexly arranged on the periphery of the base 30, the mounting area is stacked on the surface 301 of the base 30, the face mask 40 is arranged on the base 30, the mounting edge 43 is opposite to the mounting wall 32, the mounting edge 43 and the mounting wall 32 are in interference sleeve joint, and the periphery of the mounting area is clamped by the mounting edge 43 and the mounting wall 32.
Specifically, the mask 40 is a hollow mask with an opening at one end, and has a light-transmitting surface for emitting laser light. The mask 40 includes a peripheral wall 41, and one end of the peripheral wall 41 encloses the opening, which communicates with the storage space 42. The connecting section 352 of the electrical connection portion 35 is fixedly connected to the peripheral wall 41, the extending section 353 and a part of the plug-in body 354 are located in the receiving space 42, another part of the plug-in body 354 protrudes from the opening, and the mounting edge 43 is a part of the peripheral wall surrounding the opening.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the face mask 40 is buckled on the surface of the base 30, and the mounting edge 43 is located inside the mounting wall 32, that is, the area of the surface of the base 30 surrounded by the mounting wall 32 of the base 30 in the same direction is larger than the area of the face mask 40. The edge of the mounting region of the flexible wearing substrate 10 is clamped between the mounting edge 43 and the mounting wall 32, and the part between the face mask 40 and the base 30 is not pulled by the external part, so that the stability of the electrical connection between the power supply body and the electrical connection part 35 is ensured.
In one embodiment, the laser unit includes circuit board and laser head, circuit board and laser head and the connecting piece, the lateral wall in accommodation space is equipped with first step and second step, first step and second step are along the length direction of face guard is arranged, the laser head card is held on the first step, the circuit board card is held the second step. Specifically, the side wall of the accommodating space 42 is provided with a first step 45 and a second step 44, the first step 45 and the second step 44 are arranged along the length direction of the mask 40, the laser head 50 is held on the first step 45, the circuit board 60 is held on the second step 44, and the circuit board 60 is electrically connected with the laser head 50 and the electrical connection part 35. Specifically, the extension of the electrical connection portion 35 extends along the outer periphery of the laser head 50, and the circuit board 60 is electrically connected to the connection section 352 of the electrical connection portion 35. The circuit board 60 is adjacent to the open end.
In one embodiment, the laser head 50 includes a laser circuit board, and the laser circuit board is provided with a conductive pin for electrically connecting with the circuit board 60. The third step is still in addition between first step and the second step, laser circuit board card is held on the third step, guarantees laser head 50 circuit connection stability. The sealing mode of the laser head can be a glue pouring mode. Or a sealing plate is added in the mask to seal the laser head. Or the circuit board and the mask can be packaged by glue.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting section 352 of the connecting body 351 includes a main section and an elastic section 3521 extending from an end of the main section and bending to be opposite to the main section, and the elastic section 3521 is held by and electrically connected to a side of the circuit board 60. The circuit board 60 is provided with a slot 61 at a side edge thereof, and the elastic section 3521 is held in the slot 61 and can be electrically connected, and a specific connection manner is not limited.
The electrical connection portion 30 includes a connection body 351, a connection section of the connection body 351 is fixedly connected with the mask 40, and the insertion body 354 extends out of the mask 40.
In one embodiment, the end of the face shield 40 facing the base 30 is provided with a slot (not shown), the connecting section 352 is installed in the slot, the elastic section 3521 elastically supports against the slot to fix the connecting section 352 and the face shield 40, the extension section 353 is located in the receiving space 42, and the plug-in body 354 partially extends out of the receiving space 42. The electrical connection portion 35 is fixed by the face cover 40, and when the face cover 40 presses the base 30 and the flexible wearing substrate 10, the force of the insertion body 354 penetrating the flexible wearing substrate 10 is realized by the face cover 40, so that the mounting effect can be ensured. The end of the connecting section 352 facing away from the face shield 40 is used to press the massage area against the surface of the base 30 to stabilize the electrical connection of the flexible conductor 15 to the conductor 36 or plug.

Claims (36)

1. A wearable massage apparatus, characterized in that it comprises: a flexible wearing substrate which is used for wearing on a human body, a flexible conductor is arranged on the flexible wearing substrate, the flexible conductor comprises an electric connection part,

2. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the flexible electrical conductor portion is located at the mounting region, clamped by the body portion and the base.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the electrical connection portion comprises a connection body mounted to the body portion and an insertion body connected to the connection body, a region of the flexible wearable base mounted between the base and the body portion is a mounting region, the insertion body extends out of the body portion, and the insertion body passes through the mounting region and through the base to be fixed to the base.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 3, wherein the flexible electrical conductor is disposed on a side of the flexible wearing base facing the base, the base is provided with an electrical conduction portion, the flexible electrical conductor is pressed by the base to be electrically connected with the electrical conduction portion, and the plug is fixed to the base and electrically connected with the electrical conduction portion, thereby electrically connecting the electrical connection portion with the flexible electrical conductor.
5. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 3, wherein the insertion body is inserted into the flexible electrical conductor, thereby electrically connecting the electrical connection portion with the flexible electrical conductor.
6. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 3, wherein the plug body passes through the mounting region and forms a plug hole, the plug hole being covered by the body portion.
7. Wearable massage apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the socket is covered by the base and the flexible wearing substrate at the periphery of the socket is clamped by the body part and the base.
8. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 3, wherein the connection body comprises a connection section and an arc-shaped extension section, one end of the extension section is connected with the connection section, the other end of the extension section is connected with the plug body, the connection section is used for being electrically connected with the laser unit, the plug body is arranged opposite to the connection section, and the extension direction of the connection body intersects with the extension direction of the extension section.
9. Wearable massage apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the plug-in body is sheet-like with a pointed end at the end remote from the connection body.
10. Wearable massage apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the plug-in is located around the outside of the laser unit.
11. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the electrical connections are two, wherein the laser unit comprises a first pole and a second pole, and wherein the two electrical connections electrically connect the first pole and the second pole, respectively.
12. The wearable massage apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the base is provided with a through hole, and the plug body passes through the mounting region and the through hole, extends out of the base, and is fixed on a surface of the base facing away from the laser unit.
13. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 12, wherein the base further comprises a receiving hole adjacent to the through hole, and the portion of the plug extending out of the base is bent to be inserted into the receiving hole and connected to the flexible electrical conductor of the massage area.
14. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 13, wherein the width of the flexible electrical conductor is greater than the width of the end of the insertion body in contact with the flexible electrical conductor.
15. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 4, wherein the conductive portion comprises a contact surface that protrudes from a surface of the base facing the laser unit, the contact surface abutting the flexible electrical conductor to electrically connect the electrical conductor with the flexible electrical conductor.
16. Wearable massage apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the conductive portion is provided with a through hole through which the plug-in body protrudes out of the base.
17. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 16, wherein the conductive portion further comprises a receiving hole adjacent to the through hole, and the portion of the plug extending out of the base is bent to be received in the receiving hole.
18. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 16, wherein the portion of the plug extending beyond the base is secured to a surface of the electrical conductor exposed from the bottom surface of the base or to the bottom surface of the base.
19. Wearable massage device according to claim 13 or 17, wherein the plug-in body is sealingly connected with the through hole and the receiving hole.
20. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the electrical connection portion is a conductive layer exposed from a surface of the main body portion facing the base, the conductive layer is electrically connected to the laser unit, and the conductive layer is electrically connected to the flexible electrical conductor by being in contact therewith.
21. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 20, wherein the area of the flexible wearable base located between the base and the main body is a mounting area, the mounting area is provided with an opening, the flexible conductive body is disposed on a side of the flexible wearable base facing the base and at least partially located in the opening, and the conductive layer is in contact with and electrically connected to the flexible conductive body through the opening.
22. Wearable massage apparatus according to claim 20, wherein the laser unit comprises a circuit board and a laser head electrically connected to the circuit board, the electrical connection being a copper-plated conductive layer on the circuit board.
23. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the body portion comprises a mask, the mask comprises a receiving space, the laser unit is received in the receiving space, and a side of the mask facing away from the base has a light-transmissive portion corresponding to the receiving space.
24. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 23, wherein the mask includes a mounting rim, wherein the periphery of the base is convexly provided with a mounting wall surrounding a surface of the base, wherein the mounting region is laminated to the surface of the base, wherein the mask is mounted to the base, wherein the mounting rim is opposite the mounting wall, and wherein the periphery of the mounting region is sandwiched between the mounting rim and the mounting wall.
25. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 24, wherein the mask is attached to the base, and wherein the mounting edge and the mounting wall are in interference fit to clamp the periphery of the mounting region of the flexible wearable base.
26. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 22, wherein a side of the receiving space facing the base has a receiving opening through which the laser unit is received in the receiving space.
27. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 26, wherein the receiving port is sealed by potting; or the containing port is sealed by a cover plate; or the containing opening is covered by a cover plate, and the cover plate and the edge of the containing opening are sealed through bonding.
28. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 22, wherein the laser unit comprises a circuit board and a laser head, the circuit board and the laser head and the connector, the side wall of the receiving space is provided with a first step and a second step, the first step and the second step are arranged along a length direction of the mask, the laser head is clamped on the first step, and the circuit board is clamped on the second step.
29. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 23, wherein the electrical connection comprises a connecting body attached to the body portion and an insert connected to the connecting body, the connecting body is fixedly connected to the mask, and the insert extends out of the mask.
30. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 29, wherein the connection section of the connection body comprises a main section and an elastic section extending from an end of the main section and bending back to be opposite to the main section, and the elastic section is clamped and electrically connected with a side edge of the circuit board.
31. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 30, wherein an end of the connecting segment facing away from the mask is for pressing a massage area against a surface of the base.
32. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 23, wherein the number of the laser heads is equal to or greater than 2, and the number of the electrical connections is the same as the number of the laser heads and corresponds to one another.
33. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 2, wherein the flexible wearing substrate comprises a plurality of the mounting areas, each mounting area having the laser massage element mounted thereon, the plurality of laser massage elements being connected in series by the flexible electrical conductor.

The wearable massage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the flexible electrical conductor comprises a conductive braid and a flexible base film, the conductive braid is thermally pressed on the flexible base film, the flexible base film is adhesively fixed with the flexible wearing substrate, and the side of the conductive braid facing away from the flexible base film forms the electrical connection portion.
35. Wearable massage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the flexible wearing substrate is made of cloth; the flexible conductor body comprises a plurality of conductive threads which are fixed on the flexible wearing substrate in a weaving, embroidering or sewing mode, and the outer surface of the flexible conductor forms the electric connection part.
36. Wearable massage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the flexible wearing substrate is a garment or cloth.
