Because the conventional gasket 300 in fig. 1 is generally a nonwoven fabric gasket with a hole in the center, for a high-pressure system, when the unidirectional dry filter is started under a high-pressure condition, a refrigerant can enter the unidirectional dry filter to generate a larger impact force on the center of the filter element 200, and the long-time impact can weaken the binding force between molecular sieve particles in the filter element 200, so that the filtering effect of the unidirectional dry filter is poor. The unidirectional drying filter of this embodiment further includes a first filter sheet 4, where the first filter sheet 4 is sandwiched between the filter element 2 and the limiting member 3, and at least a portion of the first filter sheet 4 is disposed opposite to the communicating hole 330, and the first filter sheet is a rectangular filter sheet.
The first filter 4 in this embodiment replaces the existing gasket 300, because the center of the first filter 4 is not provided with an opening, the refrigerant can not directly wash the surface of the filter core 2, when the pressure of the refrigerant is higher, the added first filter 4 can reduce the washing of the refrigerant to the filter core 2, improving the filtering effect of the unidirectional dry filter, in addition, the first filter 4 can also filter the refrigerant, and further improving the filtering effect of the unidirectional dry filter.
The filter element 2 of this embodiment is provided with the cooperation plane that corresponds with spacing ring piece 31, and the cooperation plane can laminate through first filter piece 4 with spacing ring piece 31 to make be the face contact between filter element 2 and the spacing ring piece 31.
As shown in fig. 2, the limit flange 32 is disposed along the circumference of the limit ring piece 31, specifically, the limit flange 32 of this embodiment is formed by four arc flanges, the four arc flanges are uniformly distributed at intervals along the circumference of the limit ring piece 31, each arc flange is attached to the inner wall of the housing 11 so as to limit the limiting piece 3 to shake relative to the housing 11, if the limiting piece 3 is not attached to the inner wall of the housing 11, when the housing 11 shakes, the limiting piece 3 shifts relative to the housing 11 and the filter element 2, the spring 5 shifts relative to the filter element 2 along with the limiting piece 3, and finally the pretightening force applied to the filter element 2 at different positions of the same horizontal plane is different, so that the performance of the filter element 2 is affected. In other embodiments, the limiting flange 32 may be a circular flange, which is distributed along the circumference of the limiting ring piece 31, and abuts against the inner wall of the housing 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the mating plane of the present embodiment includes a ring surface 201, the spring 5 generates a pretightening force on the ring surface 201 of the filter element 2 through the limiting ring piece 31 of the limiting piece 3, and the limiting ring piece 31 and the ring surface 201 of the present embodiment are in surface contact through the first filter piece 4, so that the limiting ring piece 31 and the first filter piece 4 are in surface contact. The curved surface protrusion 21 of the filter element 2 and the curved surface limiting piece 33 of the limiting piece 3 can enable at least part of the first filter disc 4 to be firmly clamped between the curved surface protrusion 21 and the curved surface limiting piece 33, so that the function of further positioning the filter element 2 is achieved.

As shown in fig. 2, the first filter sheet of the present embodiment is sandwiched between the spacing ring sheet 31 and the ring surface 201, the four connecting sheets 34 are all disposed on the spacing ring sheet 31, and each connecting sheet 34 extends outward along the radial direction of the spacing ring sheet 31, the spacing flange 32 is fixedly disposed on the connecting sheet 34, and the spacing ring sheet 31, the spacing flange 32, the curved spacing sheet 33 and the connecting sheet 34 in the present embodiment are integrally formed into the spacing member 3. In other embodiments, the limiting ring piece 31, the limiting flange 32, the curved limiting piece 33 and the connecting piece 34 may be provided separately, specifically according to actual needs.
