The scheme provides a water pan of an air conditioner. The air conditioner comprises, but is not limited to, wall hanging machines, cabinet machines, window machines, wall penetrating machines, multi-split air conditioner and the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a water pan according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a drain pipe 2 is arranged at the lower part of the water receiving disc 1, and water in the water receiving disc 1 can be discharged from the drain pipe 2; a water level monitoring device is arranged in the water receiving disc 1. The water level monitoring device is used for sending a dirty blocking signal when the water level in the water receiving disc reaches a preset water level h0 so as to prompt the drain pipe to be dirty blocked. When the drain pipe of the water receiving disc is dirty and blocked, condensed water cannot be discharged, the water level in the water receiving disc continuously rises, and the water level monitoring device monitors that the water level in the water receiving disc reaches a preset water level and sends out dirty and blocked signals. h1 is the low water level.
In one embodiment, the water level monitoring device comprises a float 3 and a proximity switch 4. The float 3 can suspend on the water surface and rise along with the rise of the water level; the proximity switch 4 is arranged at the top of the water receiving disc 1, and when the water level in the water receiving disc 1 is higher than a preset water level, the floater 3 is in contact with the proximity switch 4, so that a circuit can be connected, and a dirty blocking signal is sent. Specifically, a simple circuit connected in series with the proximity switch is used for generating a dirty blockage signal, the on state indicates that the early warning water level (preset water level) is reached, and the off state indicates that the early warning water level is not reached. The dirty blocking signal is a signal that the circuit is on. The limiting mode of the floater comprises the following steps: any one of injection molding piece limit, frame limit and fine line limit.
When the drain pipe 2 of the water receiving disc 1 is dirty and blocked, and condensed water cannot be drained, the water level in the water receiving disc continuously rises, the float 3 rises along with the water level, and when the water level in the water receiving disc is higher than a preset water level h0, the float contacts with the proximity switch, a circuit is connected, and a dirty and blocked signal is sent. The proximity switch is arranged at the top of the water receiving disc, and the height of the proximity switch is higher than the preset water level, so that when the float rises along with the water level in the water receiving disc and reaches the preset water level, the float can be contacted with the proximity switch, thereby enabling a circuit to be connected and sending a dirty blocking signal.
