As shown in fig. 3, a switch assembly 20 is arranged on the top surface of the storage box 1 near the end, and the switch assembly 20 comprises a rolling door opening switch 30, a rolling door closing switch 31, a desk lifting switch 32 and a desk descending switch 33; the rolling shutter door opening switch 30 and the rolling shutter door closing switch 31 are electrically connected with the rolling shutter door driving motor 21, and control the driving motor 21 to rotate forward or reversely to realize the opening and closing of the rolling shutter door 2; the desk lifting switch 32 and the desk lowering switch 33 are electrically connected with the desk lifting motor assembly 7, and control the desk lifting motor assembly 7 to rotate forward or reversely, so that the lifting movable rail 5 can lift or descend along the lifting fixed rail 4.
The first position switch 28 and the second position switch 29 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rolling door framework 34, when the rolling door 2 is in a closed state, the first position switch 28 is triggered, the first position switch 28 continuously sends signals to a controller, the controller can be an independent controller or an organic vehicle such as an IVI or a VIU, when the rolling door 2 is in an open-to-bottom state, the second position switch 29 is triggered, the second position switch 29 continuously sends signals to the controller, and when the rolling door 2 is in a middle position, neither the first position switch 28 nor the second position switch 29 continuously sends signals.
The desk lifting motor assembly 7 and the rolling shutter door motor assembly 21 are provided with anti-blocking and anti-rotation protection functions, and the motor can automatically stop moving when encountering obstacles in the moving process, so that the feasibility of the invention is improved, and the use safety is also improved.
As shown in fig. 9, after the shutter door opening switch 30 is pressed, the controller first determines the state of the shutter door driving motor 21, and when the shutter door driving motor 21 is in reverse rotation, it means that the shutter door is in the process of closing, that is, the shutter door opening switch 30 is pressed during the shutter door process, the shutter door driving motor 21 executes a stop command, and when the shutter door opening switch 30 is pressed, the stop switch is equivalent to the stop switch action, so that the shutter door operation switch may not be provided with the stop switch in this case, so as to reduce the cost.
If the rolling shutter door driving motor 21 is in a stop state after forward rotation, the controller again judges whether the second position switch 29 sends out a signal, if so, the rolling shutter door is at the maximum opened position, and the motor 21 does not need to be started; if the second position switch 29 sends a signal or not, the rolling door driving motor 21 rotates forward to open the rolling door 2; checking whether the roller shutter door driving motor 21 is blocked or not every time the roller shutter door 2 is further in front of the period to ensure safety; as does the closing process of the roll-up door 2.
As shown in fig. 10, after the desk lifting switch 32 is pressed, the controller first determines the state of the roller shutter door driving motor 2, and when the roller shutter door driving motor 21 is in a moving state, that is, the roller shutter door is in the process of opening and closing, then the desk lifting motor assembly 7 executes a stop command, and the desk does not move, so as to ensure safety.
When the roller shutter door driving motor 21 is in a stop state, judging whether the second position switch 29 sends a signal again, if no signal is sent, namely the roller shutter door 2 is not opened to the maximum position, the table is lifted, and the risk of collision with the roller shutter door exists, so that an opening program of the roller shutter door 2 is executed, the roller shutter door is opened to the maximum position, then judging whether the second position switch 29 sends a signal again, if yes, judging the movement state of the table lifting motor assembly 7 again, and if the motor 7 is in a reverse rotation state, namely the table is in a descending process, executing a stop command by the motor 7, and under the condition that the small table lifting switch 32 is quite equivalent to the action of the stop switch, the table operation switch can not be provided with the stop switch, so that the cost is reduced; meanwhile, the program can realize the height adjustment of the small table plate; the table descent program operates in the same manner as described above.

the storage box (1) comprises a rolling door (2) arranged on the top surface of the storage box, and meshing teeth are arranged on two sides of the lower surface of the rolling door (2);
the top surface of the storage box (1) is provided with a switch assembly (20), and the switch assembly (20) comprises a rolling door opening switch (30), a rolling door closing switch (31), a desk plate ascending switch (32) and a desk plate descending switch (33); the rolling shutter door opening switch (30) and the rolling shutter door closing switch (31) are electrically connected with the rolling shutter door driving motor (21), and the rolling shutter door driving motor (21) is controlled to rotate forward or reversely to realize the opening and closing of the rolling shutter door (2); the table lifting switch (32) and the table descending switch (33) are electrically connected with the table lifting motor assembly (7) to control the table lifting motor assembly (7) to rotate forward or reversely, so that the lifting movable rail (5) can ascend or descend along the lifting fixed rail (4);
the rolling door framework (34) and the rolling door (2) are integrally formed, the rolling door framework (34) is fixed on the side wall of the inside of the storage box (1), the rolling door framework (34) is provided with a rolling door driving motor (21), and the rolling door driving motor (21) and the desk lifting motor assembly (7) are oppositely arranged in the inside of the storage box;
the upper end and the lower end of the rolling door framework (34) are respectively provided with a rolling door first position switch (28) and a rolling door second position switch (29), when the rolling door (2) is in a closed state, the rolling door first position switch (28) is triggered, and the rolling door first position switch (28) continuously sends a signal to the controller;
when the rolling door (2) is in an opening-to-bottom state, a rolling door second position switch (29) is triggered, the rolling door second position switch (29) continuously sends a signal to the controller, and when the rolling door (2) is in a middle position, the rolling door first position switch (28) and the rolling door second position switch (29) do not send signals;
when the shutter door opening switch (30) is pressed, the controller firstly judges the state of the shutter door driving motor (21), when the shutter door driving motor (21) is in reverse rotation, the shutter door is in the closing process, namely the shutter door opening switch (30) is pressed in the closing process of the shutter door, and the shutter door driving motor (21) executes a stop command;
if the rolling shutter door driving motor (21) is in a stop state after forward rotation, the controller judges whether the second position switch (29) sends a signal or not again, and if so, the rolling shutter door is at the maximum opening position, and the motor (21) does not need to be started; if the second position switch (29) does not send out a signal, the rolling door driving motor (21) rotates positively to open the rolling door (2);
after the desk plate lifting switch (32) is pressed down, the controller firstly judges the state of the rolling door driving motor (2), when the rolling door driving motor (21) is in a moving state, the rolling door is in the process of opening and closing at the moment, and then the desk plate lifting motor assembly (7) executes a stop command and the desk plate does not move;
when the rolling shutter door driving motor (21) is in a stop state, judging whether the second position switch (29) sends a signal again, if the rolling shutter door driving motor does not send the signal, namely the rolling shutter door (2) is not opened to the maximum position, executing an opening program of the rolling shutter door (2), opening the rolling shutter door to the maximum position, then judging whether the second position switch (29) sends the signal again, if so, judging the movement state of the table lifting motor assembly (7), and if the table lifting motor assembly (7) is in a reverse rotation state, namely the table is in a descending process, executing a stop command by the table lifting motor assembly (7).

The table board for the vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the table top support column comprises a lifting fixed rail (4) and a lifting movable rail (5), and the bottom of the lifting fixed rail (4) is fixed at the bottom of the storage box (1); the inner part of the lower end of the lifting moving rail (5) is hollow, the lower end of the lifting moving rail (5) is sleeved on the outer surface of the upper part of the lifting fixed rail (4), the lifting fixed rail (4) is in clearance fit with the lifting moving rail (5), and the lifting moving rail (5) can slide up and down along the lifting fixed rail (4).

The vehicle table board according to claim 1, wherein the table board lifting motor assembly (7) is arranged on a side framework of the storage box (1); the outer surface of one side of the lifting movable rail (5) is provided with a strip-shaped groove, and the inner sides of two vertical side edges of the groove are oppositely provided with meshing teeth which are meshed with the driving gear (6); the driving gear (6) is connected with the table lifting motor assembly (7), the table lifting motor assembly (7) drives the driving gear (6) to rotate, and the driving gear (6) and the lifting moving rail (5) are in meshed transmission, so that the lifting moving rail (5) slides up and down along the lifting fixed rail (4).

The vehicular table board of claim 1, characterized in that the table board comprises a first table board (15) and a second table board (16), the first table board (15) is hinged with the second table board (16), and the first table board (15) and the second table board (16) can be folded; the first table plate (15) is hinged with the table plate rotating seat (12); and the meshing teeth on the first table plate (15) and the lifting moving rail (5) are positioned on two opposite side surfaces of the lifting moving rail (5), when the table top is used, the first table plate (15) is manually turned over, and the first table plate (15) is turned over to the upper surface of the table plate rotating seat (12) from the side surface of the lifting moving rail (5).

The table board for the vehicle as claimed in claim 4, wherein round holes (151) are oppositely formed at two ends of one side lower portion of the first table board (15), two ends of the pin sleeve (14) are respectively sleeved in the round holes (151), the pin sleeve (14) protrudes into through holes (122) which are oppositely formed at one side of the table board rotating seat (12) and are respectively sleeved at two ends of the round holes (151), the two ends of the pin sleeve (14) protruding out of the through holes (122) are respectively fixed by using a turnover bolt (13), two ends of the pin sleeve (14) are open and hollow, and one ends of the two turnover bolts (13) are respectively sleeved in the openings at two ends of the pin sleeve (14), so that the hinged connection of the first table board (15) and the table board rotating seat (12) is realized.
