The invention will be further understood by the following specific examples of the invention, which are given by way of illustration and are not intended to be limiting.
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention. In the following embodiments, it should be noted that the terms "front", "rear", "upper" and "lower" are all based on the orientation of a child when sitting on the seat in a forward direction, for example, in fig. 3, the term "front" refers to the right side in fig. 3, and thus the orientations and positional relationships described in the present invention are merely for convenience in describing the invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, have only a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment provides a safety seat including a base 1, legs 2, and a seat portion 3.
The seat part 3 is used for taking a child, the seat part 3 is arranged on the base 1, and the seat part 3 is detachably connected with the base 1.
The base 1 is used for carrying the seat part 3, and the bottom of the base 1 is provided with a base bottom surface 13. The front part of the base 1 is provided with a base front end surface 14, and the bottom of the base is also provided with a supporting leg containing cavity 11. The leg housing cavity 11 has a lower opening 113 located at the bottom surface 13 of the base and a front opening 112 located at the front end surface 14 of the base, and the front opening 112 communicates with the lower opening 113.
The safety seat further comprises a leg 2 having a leg centre axis 26, the leg 2 being rotatably connected to the front of the base 1. The leg 2 has a folded working position and an unfolded working position. When the leg 2 is in the folded working position, the leg 2 is received in the leg receiving cavity 11; when the leg 2 is in the open working position, the leg 2 stands under the front of the base 1. Parents choose different working positions according to actual demands of children in different age groups.
The rotatable connection of the leg 2 with the front part of the base 1 is: the end of the support leg 2, which is close to the support leg 2 and is rotatably connected, is provided with a support leg limiting block 22, the support leg limiting block 22 is provided with a guide pin 21, and the guide pin 21 is fixed on the support leg limiting block 22 or is rotatably connected on the support leg limiting block 22 around the axial lead of the guide pin 21. An arc-shaped guide groove 15 is formed in the base 1. As shown in fig. 7, when the leg 2 is in the folded working position, the leg stopper 22 protrudes above the front end of the leg, the guide pin 21 is located on the leg stopper 22 above the central axis 26 of the leg, and the front end surface 23 of the leg blocks the front opening 112 of the front end surface 14 of the base and is flush with the front end surface 14 of the base; either slightly forward convex or slightly rearward concave is flush equivalent. As shown in fig. 3, when the leg 2 is in the open working position, the leg stopper 22 protrudes rearward of the upper end portion of the leg 2, the guide pin 21 is located on the leg stopper 22 rearward of the leg center axis 26, and the leg front side surface 27 blocks the front opening 112 of the base front end surface 14.
The front end surface 23 of the leg is flush with the front end surface 14 of the base, which may be that the front end surface 23 of the leg is completely aligned with the front end surface 14 of the base, or that the front end surface 23 of the leg is slightly protruded from the front end surface 14 of the base, or that the front end surface 23 of the leg is slightly recessed from the front end surface 14 of the base.
Such a design prevents exposure of the front opening 112 in the front base end surface 14 in the folded and unfolded operating positions, prevents insertion of fingers or foreign objects of a child, and improves safety of the safety seat.
As shown in fig. 3-4, when the leg 2 is in the open operating position, the leg 2 is positioned entirely forward of the base front face 14, with the front opening 112 blocked by the leg 2; as shown in fig. 7-8, the leg 2 is received in the leg receiving cavity 11 when the leg 2 is in the folded operative position.
The guide pin 21 is located in the arc-shaped guide groove 15, and the guide pin 21 can slide along the arc-shaped guide groove 15 (when the guide pin 21 is fixed on the leg stopper 22) or roll (when the guide pin 21 is rotatably connected on the leg stopper 22 around the axis of the guide pin 21) when the leg 2 is switched between the open working position and the folded working position.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the arcuate guide slot 15 has an upper limiting slot end wall 151 and a lower limiting slot end wall 152 at each end. When the leg 2 is in the open operating position, the guide pin 21 abuts against the lower limit groove end wall 152, which lower limit groove end wall 152 cooperates with the leg limit stop pin 12 to limit excessive counterclockwise rotation of the leg 2. When the leg is in the open operating position, the arcuate guide slot 15 is located rearward of the central axis 26 of the leg.
As shown in fig. 7-8, the guide pin 21 abuts the upper limit groove end wall 151 when the leg 2 is in the folded operative position. When the support leg 2 is in the folded working position, the arc-shaped guide groove 15 is positioned above the central axis 26 of the support leg;
the base 1 is further provided with a leg limiting stop pin 12, as shown in fig. 3-4, when the leg 2 is in the open working position, the upper side portion of the leg limiting block 22 abuts against the lower side portion of the leg limiting stop pin 12. As shown in fig. 7-8, when the leg 2 is in the folded working position, the front side portion of the leg stopper 22 is disengaged from the rear side portion of the leg stopper pin 12. The landing leg limit stop pin 12 can prevent excessive rotation of the landing leg 2 in the open working position, and can provide additional support for the landing leg 2 when the safety seat is impacted, so that the stability of the landing leg 2 is ensured.
When the support leg 2 is in the folded working position, the support leg 2 can be stored in the support leg storage cavity 11, and the support leg 2 is completely located above the bottom surface 13 of the base, so that the support leg 2 can be stored in the support leg storage cavity 11 relatively completely, and all parts cannot interfere with each other in the storage process.
A stopper accommodating cavity 111 for accommodating the leg stopper 22 is formed in the base 1 behind the base front end surface 14. The stopper accommodating chamber 111 communicates with the leg accommodating chamber 11.
As shown in fig. 5-6, the leg stopper 22 is sheet-shaped and two, and the arc-shaped guide groove 15 is located between the two leg stoppers 22.
The front end surface 14 of the base is also provided with a support leg limiting block slit 16 extending along the vertical direction, and the front opening 112 is communicated with the support leg limiting block slit 16. When the support leg 2 is in the folded working position, the support leg stopper 22 is separated from the support leg stopper slit 16 and is positioned in the stopper accommodating cavity 111; when the support leg 2 is in the open working position, the support leg stopper 22 is inserted into the support leg stopper slit 16, and the support leg central axis 26 is positioned in front of the base front end surface 14.
The leg 2 in the safety seat has a first support section 24 and a second support section 25, the first support section 24 being slidably connected to the second support section 25. The second support section 25 may extend partially or completely from the first support section 24, the extension of the second support section 25 being adjusted according to the height difference between the vehicle floor and the safety seat, thereby providing better support for the safety seat.
The above embodiments are provided to illustrate the technical concept and features of the present invention and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and implement the same, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made in accordance with the spirit of the present invention should be construed to be included in the scope of the present invention.
