The liquid level signals in the water tank 4 and the dust suppressant tank 5 are transmitted to the control box 6, and the corresponding pumps are controlled to stop running once the liquid level is insufficient. The control box 6 controls the on-off of the electromagnetic valve 21 to realize the control of water inlet of the plunger pump 17. The start and stop of the motor 16, the fluid supplementing booster pump 18 and the dust suppressant adding pump 35 are controlled by the control box 6. The pressure transmitter 26 monitors the intake pressure of the dispenser 24 and transmits a monitoring signal to the control box 6 to control the corresponding pump to stop operation once the pressure is insufficient. The control box 6 also controls the start and stop of the swing fog gun 30.
When the spraying dust settling device is applied to spraying dust settling of a construction waste crushing field, the spraying dust settling device is dragged to the construction waste crushing field by using a trailer and is arranged on the upper wind direction of a crusher, and if the dust settling effect is to be increased, one spraying dust settling device can be arranged on each diagonal corner of two sides of the crusher.

Opening the on-off valves on the water inlet pipe 19 and the dust suppressant liquid adding pipe 14, opening the high-pressure ball valve on the high-pressure mixing pipeline 27, and operating the control box 6 to enable the motor 16, the liquid supplementing booster pump 18 and the dust suppressant adding pump 35 to operate, wherein the liquid supplementing booster pump 18 and the dust suppressant adding pump 35 are used for controlling the water and the dust suppressant 100:1, mixing water and dust suppressant, then pressurizing and conveying the mixture to the tail end of a high-altitude swing spraying mechanism through a plunger pump 17, and spraying the mixture through a spray head of a swing fog gun 30. When a site is required to be transported, the high-altitude swing spraying mechanism needs to be placed on the chassis 1.
The invention has the advantages that the direct range radius is 35 m, the indirect range radius is 50m, the swing angle of the swing fog gun 30 is controlled to be 90 degrees, the swing frequency is controlled to be 15S once, the installation height of the swing fog gun 30 is 5m, an omnibearing three-dimensional cloud fog system can be formed, a tens of thousands of square meters of negative oxygen ion three-dimensional space is formed, the dust pollution of a construction waste crushing field is effectively reduced, the air quality is obviously improved, and the PM10 and PM2.5 data are reduced.
In order to optimize the product structure, the protection casing 36 is covered to running gear middle part top, and protection casing 36 can dismantle the setting between water tank 4 and dust suppressant case 5, and protection casing 36 cover is established outside liquid feed mechanism and control box 6, can form the protection to it, and protection casing 36 is made for the transparent plate, conveniently observes liquid feed mechanism running condition.
The protecting cover 36 is provided with a plurality of operation doors 37 and heat dissipation holes, which are convenient for the operation of valves on various pipelines and realize good heat dissipation of the motor 16 and various pumps.
