[ first embodiment ]
Fig. 1-3 show a first embodiment of the present invention, which discloses a puncture-assisting glasses according to the specific technical solution, as shown in fig. 1-2, the glasses comprise
The endoscope comprises an endoscope body 1, wherein an image pick-up device 4 for acquiring patient information, a first emission light source 5 and a second emission light source 6 for irradiating a puncture position of a patient are respectively arranged on the outer side of the endoscope body 1;
in the present embodiment, preferably, the imaging device 4 acquires the patient information from the patient image information, such as a patient picture, a patient video, and the like, and the patient label information, and the priority of acquiring the patient information from the patient image information is higher than the priority of acquiring the patient information from the patient label information, and by preferentially acquiring the patient image information in real time, not only is it possible to avoid the erroneous acquisition of the patient information, which may be caused by the patient not updating the information in time due to the temporary replacement position, but also it is possible to avoid the erroneous acquisition of the patient information, which may be caused by the duplicate condition of the information such as the duplicate name in the patient label information.
In this embodiment, the patient information at least includes past medical history information and patient physical sign condition information of the patient, the past medical history information of the patient includes family genetic medical history, past medical history, and previous medical information, the patient physical sign condition information includes physical sign condition data of the patient reflected by the previous medical information of the patient, and by acquiring the patient information, the patient information is helpful to make a corresponding puncture suggestion by using the patient information, for example, when the patient has puncture contraindications such as venous valve and artery and vein malformation, the patient is made a suggestion unsuitable for puncturing.
In this embodiment, the puncture suggestions at least include a puncture suggestion whether to recommend or not, a puncture time suggestion, a puncture position suggestion, and a puncture depth suggestion, and are sequentially presented on the auxiliary display 12 according to the sequence, so that a nurse user can conveniently obtain the corresponding puncture suggestions at any time during puncture; and when the recommended puncture suggestion is yes, sequentially displaying a puncture time suggestion, a puncture position suggestion and a puncture depth suggestion; when the recommended puncture suggestion is not, the puncture time suggestion, the puncture position suggestion and the puncture depth suggestion are not displayed, the puncture suggestions displayed on the auxiliary display screen are further reduced, and the condition that the nurse user mistakenly reads the recommended puncture suggestion in the preorder more importantly due to the fact that too many subsequent puncture suggestions are displayed is avoided.
In this embodiment, the first emitting light source mainly refers to infrared light and the like, which can clearly display the vein condition of the position to be punctured of the patient, and after long-time use, can cause skin burn at the corresponding irradiation position on the skin of the patient, especially the skin of the patient such as an infant and a baby, and can cause unexpected damage to the eyes of a nurse when long-time use of infrared light, and the second emitting light source mainly refers to a low-temperature light source which can not cause heating burn when irradiating the surface of the skin of the patient in the working process, such as a cold light lamp and the like, and has the disadvantage that the vein condition display of the position to be punctured of the patient is not clear enough compared with the infrared light, so that the nurse user can select and use the first or second emitting light source according to the needs of the actual use environment, and the second emitting light source with low short-term use risk and low image definition can be adopted for the people who have thin skin and are easy to see the vein clearly such as the infant and the baby, and for people who are not easy to see vein blood vessels, the second emission light source with high risk in long-term use but high image definition can be adopted.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a main display 11 for displaying a real-time image of a puncture position and an auxiliary display 12 for displaying a puncture suggestion are respectively disposed on the inner side of the scope body; the nurse user combines the corresponding puncture suggestion given by the auxiliary display screen on the basis that the real-time image of the puncture position is displayed on the main display screen, thereby further improving the feasibility and the reliability of the nurse puncture process.
As shown in fig. 1, the auxiliary glasses for puncturing further comprise a glasses frame, wherein the glasses frame comprises a first glasses frame 2 and a second glasses frame 3 which are fixedly connected with two sides of the glasses body 1, a first adjusting device 7 for adjusting the output power of a first emitting light source 5 is arranged on the first glasses frame 2, a second adjusting device 8 for adjusting the output power of a second emitting light source 6 is arranged on the second glasses frame 3, and a nurse user can select the second emitting light source or the first emitting light source to irradiate with proper output power according to different conditions of a position to be punctured of a patient so as to assist the subsequent puncturing operation.
As shown in fig. 3, the auxiliary glasses for puncturing of the present embodiment further include a control unit, which is disposed inside the glasses body 1 and is in signal connection with the camera 4, the first emitting light source 5, the second emitting light source 6, the main display 11, the auxiliary display 12, the first adjusting device 7 and the second adjusting device 8; to implement the corresponding control function on the basis of receiving the corresponding data information.
The battery unit is arranged inside the mirror body 1 and is electrically connected with the camera device 4, the first emission light source 5, the second emission light source 6, the main display screen 11, the auxiliary display screen 12, the first adjusting device 7 and the second adjusting device 8 through the control unit so as to provide corresponding power for the camera device, as shown in fig. 2, a plug-in port 9 electrically connected with the battery unit is further arranged at the bottom of the mirror body 1, and data updating of the puncture auxiliary glasses can be realized while the puncture auxiliary glasses can be charged through the plug-in port 9.
As shown in fig. 3, a receiving unit is arranged in the control unit to receive the patient information acquired by the camera device 4 and the puncture position real-time image acquired by reflection after the skin of the patient is irradiated by the first emitting light source 5 and the second emitting light source 6, a puncture model is preset in the control unit, the camera device 4 transmits the acquired patient information to the control unit, and the control unit compares the patient information with preset information in the puncture model, gives a corresponding puncture suggestion, and presents the suggestion on the auxiliary display screen 12 for reference when the nurse user punctures. And the control unit displays the puncture position real-time image on the main display screen, thereby facilitating the follow-up puncture action of the nurse user.
The control unit is also internally provided with a judgment device, and when judging:
when neither the first adjusting device 7 nor the second adjusting device 8 is adjusted by the user, the signal connection of the first adjusting device 7 to the first emission light source 5 and the signal connection of the second adjusting device 8 to the second emission light source 6 are maintained; the connection is maintained to facilitate the corresponding adjustment action of the subsequent user;
when a user independently adjusts the first adjusting device 7, the signal connection between the first adjusting device 7 and the first light emitting source 5 is kept, and the adjusting process of the first adjusting device 7 is correspondingly limited; in this embodiment, the correspondingly limiting the adjusting process of the first adjusting device 7 includes correspondingly limiting the adjusting amplitude and the adjusting speed of the first adjusting device 7 at the same time, and since infrared light has hazards of burning the skin of a patient and damaging the eyes of a user, correspondingly limiting the adjusting amplitude and the adjusting speed of a first emitting light source such as infrared light at the same time helps to limit and prompt the user of the output power currently used by the first emitting light source, so as to prevent the user from entering high output power after being adjusted greatly or quickly without knowing; after the corresponding limitation, the adjustment speed of the first adjustment device 7 is preferably lower than the adjustment speed of the second adjustment device 8, since the adjustment of the second emission light source is relatively safer than the adjustment of the first emission light source such as infrared light, and therefore the adjustment speed thereof can be suitably increased; and the corresponding limitation of the adjustment amplitude of the first adjustment means 7 is given a higher priority than the corresponding limitation of the adjustment speed of the first adjustment means 7, since the limitation of the adjustment amplitude is in contrast more advantageous for reducing the undesired skin damage and the visual impairment caused by the first emitted light source, such as infrared light, than the limitation of the adjustment speed.
When the user independently adjusts the second adjusting device 8, the signal connection between the second adjusting device 8 and the second emission light source 5 is maintained, and the adjusting process of the second adjusting device 8 is correspondingly limited; in this embodiment, the correspondingly limiting the adjusting process of the second adjusting device 8 only includes correspondingly limiting the adjusting amplitude of the second adjusting device 8, and since the adjustment of the second emitting light source is relatively safer than the adjustment of the first emitting light source such as infrared light, the correspondingly limiting only needs to be performed on the adjusting amplitude to avoid the occurrence of unexpected situations such as unclear display caused by too large adjusting amplitude.
When the user adjusts the first adjusting device 7 and the second adjusting device 8 simultaneously, the signal connection between the first adjusting device 7 and the first emitting light source 5 and the signal connection between the second adjusting device 8 and the second emitting light source 6 are disconnected, so that the interference and adverse effect which may be caused when the second emitting light source and the first emitting light source are adjusted simultaneously in use are avoided.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that a voice prompt device 10 electrically connected to the battery unit and in signal connection with the control unit is respectively disposed at the inner sides of the first lens frame 2 and the second lens frame 3, and the voice prompt device can send a voice prompt to the user through the voice prompt device when the auxiliary display screen presents a puncture suggestion, and send a corresponding voice prompt to the user through the voice prompt device while the user adjusts the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device.
As a further preferred embodiment, the top of the first frame 2 and the top of the second frame 3 are respectively provided with a mounting groove 13 for mounting a myopia lens, so that the nurse users with different myopia degrees can conveniently use the auxiliary glasses for puncturing by mounting lenses with different myopia degrees.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for controlling auxiliary spectacles for puncturing, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
1) presetting a puncture model in the control unit;
2) the camera device obtains patient information through the patient image information and the patient label information;
3) transmitting the acquired patient information to a control unit, wherein the control unit compares the patient information with preset information in a puncture model;
4) giving out a corresponding puncture suggestion, displaying the puncture suggestion on an auxiliary display screen, and sending out a voice prompt to a user through a voice prompt device;
5) a receiving unit in the control unit receives the puncture position real-time images acquired by the first transmitting light source 5 and the second transmitting light source 6 and displays the puncture position real-time images on a main display screen;
6) a user selects and adjusts the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device according to requirements;
7) a judging device inside the control unit, when judging:
when the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device are not adjusted by the user, the signal connection between the first adjusting device and the first emitting light source is kept, and the signal connection between the second adjusting device and the second emitting light source is kept;
when a user independently adjusts the first adjusting device, the signal connection between the first adjusting device and the first emitting light source is kept, and the adjusting process of the first adjusting device is correspondingly limited;
when a user independently adjusts the second adjusting device, the signal connection between the second adjusting device and the second emission light source is kept, and the adjusting process of the second adjusting device is correspondingly limited;
when a user simultaneously adjusts the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device, disconnecting the signal connection between the first adjusting device and the first emitting light source and the signal connection between the second adjusting device and the second emitting light source;
