because the heat insulating material 20 is filled between the heating ring 15 and the magnetic sealing ring 92, the heat of the heating ring 15 does not affect the magnetic sealing ring 92, and meanwhile, the heat-resistant waterproof glue layer on the surface of the heat insulating material 20 can isolate condensed dew, so that the heat insulating material 20 is prevented from being wetted by the dew.
