Abstract

本发明公开了一种骨‑假体界面相对位移装置,该装置通过3D打印的方式制备,包括旋入装置、螺旋杆、旋转轴、杠杆、骨小梁假体。将该旋入装置旋入骨髓腔,旋转螺旋杆使其下移,螺旋杆推动杠杆使骨小梁结构假体沿着旋转轴转动,使骨小梁假体与骨腔膜接触或间隙。通过控制骨小梁假体与骨腔膜间隙的大小,来验证植入物与骨腔膜的间隙对骨整合的影响。

技术领域
本发明专利是一种测试骨整合时,植入物与骨之间的间隙对骨整影响的装置。涉及医疗器械关节假体领域。
背景技术
关节置换术是通过手术的方式用人工假体替代病变恶化的关节,进而恢复人体关节的正常运动功能,是目前临床药物治疗失效后解决人体关节坏死的唯一方法,植入体植入一定时间就会发生松动,需要进行翻修。
关节置换假体松动是长久以来临床急需解决的难题,尽管医学、生物学和材料学进步迅速,但松动治疗仍不理想。导致假体与骨界面长不上、长不好和长不久的主要原因在于缺少力学微环境对假体与骨界面组织分化、损伤、修复和整合影响的研究。
3D打印技术是一种以物理模型和数字模型为基础,通过逐层打印的方式来构造物体的技术。通过3D打印技术,可以获得任意形状的假体,可以制造出传统加工方法制造不出来的假体,通过调整孔隙率、空隙尺寸和形状,可以或得与正常骨质接近的强度和弹性模型的假体,可以在一定程度上降低应力遮挡效应,提高假体长期生存率。3D打印多孔钛合金假体具有一定的骨长入能力,能够与骨质紧密结合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种测试假体植入骨内进行骨整合时,植入体与骨之间的间隙对骨整合的影响的装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种骨-假体界面间隙装置。包括:旋入装置、螺旋杆、旋转轴、杠杆、骨小梁假体;结构特征在于:旋入装置与螺旋杆通过螺纹连接在一起,旋转轴固定在旋入装置的下端,杠杆与骨小梁假体固定连接。
为了使旋入装置能够旋入骨髓腔并保持固定,旋入装置设有外螺纹。
为了能够控制骨小梁假体与骨髓腔内膜的间隙,杠杆和骨小梁假体与旋转轴连接在一起,并可绕着旋转轴旋转。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示的实施例,本发明所述的骨-假体界面间隙装置,包括旋入装置1、螺旋杆2、旋转轴3、杠杆4、骨小梁假体5。
如图1所示,将旋入装置1旋入羊大腿骨的骨髓腔使其固定,旋转螺旋杆2使其下移,通过下移螺旋杆2推动骨小梁假体5另一端的杠杆3,骨小梁假体5与骨腔膜接触,或间隙,继续旋转螺旋杆2使其下移,骨小梁假体5与骨髓腔内膜接触压紧。

Claims (5)

1.一种可以研究假体与骨之间的间隙对骨整合影响的装置。旋入装置(1)与螺旋杆(2)通过螺纹连接,旋转轴(4)连接在旋入装置(1)下部分,杠杆(3)和骨小梁假体(5)与旋转轴(4)连接,并可绕着旋转轴(4)旋转。根据杠杆原理,螺旋杆(2)推动杠杆(3)转动而使骨小梁假体(5)绕着旋转轴(4)转动,进而控制骨小梁假体(5)与骨髓腔内膜的间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的骨-假体界面间隙装置,其特征在于,该旋入装置(1)有外螺纹。
3.如权利要求1所述的骨-假体界面间隙装置,其特征在于,螺旋杆(2)有外螺纹。
4.如权利要求3所述的骨-假体界面间隙装置,其特征在于,螺旋杆(2)螺纹的大小与旋入装置(1)的螺纹相同。
5.如权利要求1所述的骨-假体界面间隙装置,其特征在于,骨小梁假体(5)通过3D钛合金打印。
