After the technical scheme is adopted, the softening and regenerating device 20 is arranged to soften the initial water passing through the heating device 10, so that a user can use the softened water to bath, and the user experience is improved. And through setting up softening regenerating unit 20 rearmounted, the salt solution that softening regenerating unit 20 used when regeneration can not enter into heating device 10, avoids appearing the salt solution and accelerates the condition that heating device 10 corrodes, prolongs the life of water heater. In addition, the softened water flowing out of the second water outlet 22 is subjected to water hardness detection through the first water hardness detector 101, and is displayed through the connection display screen subsequently, so that a user can know the water hardness of the softened water flowing out of the softening and regenerating device 20, and the softening and regenerating device 20 is subjected to regeneration operation in time.
As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments, the water heater further comprises a second water hardness detector 102, the second water hardness detector 102 is mounted on the first pipeline 30, and the second water hardness detector 102 is used for detecting the water hardness of the initial water flowing out from the first water outlet 12. By arranging the second water hardness detector 102, the controller is facilitated to control the mixing ratio of the outlet water of the second pipeline 60 and the softening and regenerating device 20 according to the numerical values fed back by the first water hardness detector 101 and the second water hardness detector 102.
As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments, the water heater further includes a third water hardness detector 103, the third water hardness detector 103 is mounted to the water inlet pipe 50, and the third water hardness detector 103 is used for detecting the water hardness of the initial water entering the heating device from the water inlet pipe 50. Through the third water hardness detector 103, the user can conveniently monitor the water hardness of the external initial water.
As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments, the water heater further includes a first temperature sensor 104, the first temperature sensor 104 being mounted to the outlet pipe 80, the first temperature sensor 104 being configured to detect the temperature of the softened water flowing out of the second outlet 22.
As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments, the water heater further comprises a second temperature sensor 105, the second temperature sensor 105 is mounted on the first pipe 30, and the second temperature sensor 105 is used for detecting the temperature of the initial water flowing out of the first water outlet 12.
As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments, the water heater further includes a third temperature sensor 106, the third temperature sensor 106 is mounted to the water inlet pipe 50, and the third temperature sensor 106 is used to detect the temperature of the initial water entering the heating device from the water inlet pipe 50. By providing the third temperature sensor 106, the heating device 10 can output appropriate power to heat the initial water to the preset temperature in cooperation with the value detected by the second temperature sensor 105.
In some embodiments, a display screen is arranged on the water heater, the first water quality hardness detector 101, the second water quality hardness detector 102, the third water quality hardness detector 103, the first temperature sensor 104, the second temperature sensor 105 and the third temperature sensor 106 are all electrically connected with the display screen, and the values detected by the first water quality hardness detector 101, the second water quality hardness detector 102, the third water quality hardness detector 103, the first temperature sensor 104, the second temperature sensor 105 and the third temperature sensor 106 are displayed through the display screen.
As shown in fig. 12, in some embodiments, the softening and regenerating device 20 includes a softening component 23 and a regenerating component 24, the softening component 23 is filled with a softening material capable of softening initial water, the regenerating component 24 is communicated with the softening component 23, and the regenerating component 24 is filled with a regenerating material capable of regenerating the softening material. The softening material is resin, and the regeneration material is sodium chloride.
In the softening stage, the initial water from the heating device 10 enters the softening and regenerating device 20, calcium and magnesium ions in the initial water are adsorbed by the resin, and the initial water is softened into softened water. During the regeneration stage, the sodium chloride solution in the regeneration assembly 24 enters the softening assembly 23, the sodium ions in the sodium chloride solution replace the calcium and magnesium ions on the resin, the replaced calcium and magnesium ions are discharged from the waste discharge port 200 of the softening and regeneration device 20, and the resin obtains activity again.
As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, the water heater includes a heating device 10, a softening and regenerating device 20, a first pipeline 30, a water inlet pipe 50 and a purifying device 90, wherein the heating device 10 has a first water inlet 11 and a first water outlet 12, the softening and regenerating device 20 has a second water inlet 21 and a second water outlet 22, one end of the first pipeline 30 is communicated with the first water outlet 12, the other end is communicated with the second water inlet 21, the water inlet pipe 50 is communicated with the first water inlet 11, the purifying device 90 is installed on the water inlet pipe 50, and the purifying device 90 is used for purifying impurities and/or residual chlorine and/or calcium magnesium ions and/or germs in the initial water entering the heating device 10.

As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, the purification device 90 includes a housing and a scale inhibiting assembly disposed inside the housing. By providing the scale inhibition assembly, an impurity in the initial water flowing through the water inlet pipe 50 can be filtered to prevent the impurity from entering the heating apparatus 10 to form a scale layer.
As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, the scale inhibition assembly includes a filter screen and a scale inhibition filter element, and the initial water sequentially passes through the filter screen and the scale inhibition filter element and then enters the heating device 10. Wherein, the filter screen is a textile fiber filter screen or a metal filter screen and is used for filtering dust and other foreign particles in external tap water. Optionally, the scale inhibition filter element may be one of an activated carbon filter element, a ceramic filter element and a resin filter element, and by setting the double filtration of the filter screen and the scale inhibition filter element, silt, bacteria, rust and calcium and magnesium ions in the initial water can be effectively filtered, so that the scale layer generated in the heating device 10 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, the purification apparatus 90 includes a housing and a chlorine removal assembly disposed within the housing. Residual chlorine is heated by the heating device 10 to produce trichloromethane, even if the residual chlorine is absorbed in low concentration for a long time, the trichloromethane can bring small chronic injury, and for children, the residual chlorine in water can cause hair to be dry, broken and forked, and can also cause skin to be whitened, skin layers to fall off and allergy is generated; for the elderly, the chlorine may generate carcinogens such as chloroform, etc. when heated, which may cause atherosclerosis, heart disease, bladder cancer, liver cancer, rectal cancer, hypertension, etc. In this embodiment, through setting up the dechlorination subassembly, can avoid the chlorine residue in the initial aquatic to produce the influence to people's health.
As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, the chlorine removal assembly includes a filter element and chlorine removal particles filled inside the filter element, and the chlorine removal particles include at least one of kdf (kinetic Degradation fluorine) particles, calcium sulfite particles, and activated carbon particles. The KDF particles are subjected to electronic exchange with oxidative harmful substances in water by using an oxidation-reduction reaction to change a plurality of harmful substances into harmless substances, and have the advantages of reducing mineral scale, reducing suspended solids, removing residual chlorine, inhibiting microbial propagation, removing heavy metals and the like. The calcium sulfite can effectively remove residual chlorine in the water through oxidation-reduction reaction. The activated carbon particles have stronger adsorption effect on residual chlorine.
As shown in FIG. 13, in some embodiments, the purification apparatus 90 includes a magnetized member mounted to the water inlet pipe 50. The magnetizing part is used for generating a high-intensity magnetic field, so that the physical structure of mineral substances in the water is changed under the condition that the original chemical components of the initial water are not changed, when the magnetic field condition reaches more than 3000GS-5000GS, the initial water cuts the magnetic field along the direction vertical to the magnetic force lines at a certain flow speed, and the common water can be changed into magnetized water. Experiments show that after water is magnetized, the water property is subjected to a series of physical and chemical changes, the hydrogen bond angle is changed from 105 degrees to 103 degrees, the water is changed from the original thirteen to eighteen macromolecular groups to five to six small molecular groups, the permeability, the dissolving power and the surface tension of the water are enhanced, so that the traditional characteristics of the water are changed, various bacteria and viruses can be killed, in addition, positive ions and negative ions or particles collide with each other to form a certain number of 'ion association bodies', the association bodies have sufficient stability, a large number of crystal cores are formed in the water, and the water heater has the functions of scale inhibition, scale removal and corrosion prevention.
In some embodiments, the magnetization member is a permanent magnet or an electromagnetic coil, and the direction of the magnetic field of the magnetization member is perpendicular to the direction of the water flow, as shown in fig. 13. By setting the direction of the magnetic field of the magnetizing part to be vertical to the direction of the water flow, a better magnetizing effect can be formed on the initial water flowing through the magnetizing part.
Alternatively, the magnetizing member is a permanent magnet, and has a ring shape, and is embedded in the water inlet pipe 50, and the initial water passes through the middle of the magnetizing member and is magnetized into magnetized water.
Optionally, an electromagnetic coil is wound around the outer sidewall of the water inlet pipe 50, and the electromagnetic coil generates a magnetic field to magnetize the initial water when energized. It should be noted that, the section of the water inlet pipe 50 wound by the electromagnetic induction coil is made of a non-metallic material, which not only can be penetrated by a magnetic field, but also is not easy to be magnetized. The non-metallic materials that can be selected are polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.
As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, the water heater further comprises a flow detection device 107, the flow detection device 107 is communicated with the first water inlet 11, and the flow detection device 107 is used for detecting the flow of the initial water entering the heating device 10. The flow rate of the initial water entering the heating device 10 is detected by setting the flow direction detection means, and the water consumption of the user can be monitored.
In some embodiments, the water heater further includes a housing (not shown), and the heating device 10, the softening and regenerating device 20, and the mixing device 40 are accommodated in the housing. Of course, the heating device 10 and the softening and regenerating device 20 may be separately and independently arranged, and the specific design requirements are determined.
As shown in fig. 14, in some embodiments, the water heater includes a heating device 10, a softening and regenerating device 20, a first pipeline 30, a mixing device 40, a water inlet pipe 50, a second pipeline 60, a first control valve 71, a second control valve 72, a water outlet pipe 80, a purifying device 90, a first water hardness detector 101, a second water hardness detector 102, a third water hardness detector 103, a first temperature sensor 104, a second temperature sensor 105, a third temperature sensor 106, and a flow detection device 107. The heating device 10 is provided with a first water inlet 11 and a first water outlet 12, the softening and regenerating device 20 is provided with a second water inlet 21 and a second water outlet 22, one end of a first pipeline 30 is communicated with the first water outlet 12, the other end of the first pipeline is communicated with the second water inlet 21, the mixing device 40 is arranged between the heating device 10 and the softening and regenerating device 20, the mixing device 40 is provided with a first inlet 41, a second inlet 42 and a mixed water outlet 43, the mixed water outlet 43 is communicated with the second water inlet 21, and the first inlet 41 is communicated with the first water outlet 12. The water inlet pipe 50 includes a third water inlet 51 and two third water outlets 52, wherein one third water outlet 52 is communicated with the first water inlet 11, and the other third water outlet 52 is communicated with the second inlet 42. The water outlet pipe 80 is communicated with the second water outlet 22. One end of the second pipeline 60 is communicated with the first pipeline 30 between the mixing device 40 and the softening and regenerating device 20, and the other end is communicated with the water outlet pipe 80. A first water hardness detector 101 and a first temperature sensor 104 are mounted on the water outlet pipe 80. A second water hardness detector 102 and a second temperature sensor 105 are installed on the first pipe 30 between the mixing device 40 and the softening and regenerating device 20. The third water hardness detector 103, the third temperature sensor 106, the purification apparatus 90, and the flow rate detection apparatus 107 are attached to the water inlet pipe 50.
As shown in fig. 15, in some other embodiments, the water heater includes a heating device 10 ', a softening and regenerating device 20 ', a first pipeline 30 ', a second pipeline 60 ', a water inlet pipe 50 ', a first control valve 71 ' and a second control valve 72 ', the heating device 10 ' has a first water inlet 11 ' and a first water outlet 12 ', the softening and regenerating device 20 ' has a second water inlet 21 ' and a second water outlet 22 ', one end of the first pipeline 30 ' is communicated with the first water outlet 12 ', the other end is communicated with the second water inlet 21 ', one end of the second pipeline 60 ' is communicated with the first water outlet 12 ', the other end is communicated with the second water outlet 22 ', and the water inlet pipe 50 ' is communicated with the first water inlet 11 '. The heating device 10 ' comprises a liner 10a ', a heating assembly 10b ' and a constant temperature assembly 10c ', wherein the liner 10a ' is used for containing initial water, the heating assembly 10b ' is installed on the liner 10a ' and used for heating the initial water, and the constant temperature assembly 10c ' is arranged at the first water outlet 12 ' and used for outputting hot water with constant temperature. The first control valve 71 ' is communicated with the second water inlet 21 ' or the second water outlet 22 ', the first control valve 71 ' is used for controlling the water supply proportion of the softening and regenerating device 20 ', the second control valve 72 ' is communicated with the second pipeline 60 ', and the second control valve 72 ' is used for controlling the water supply proportion of the second pipeline 60 '.
In the water heater, the heating device 10, the softening and regenerating device 20, the mixing device 40, and the control valve assembly 70 may be individually provided with a control board on which the processors are disposed, or may be operated and controlled by a general control board on which at least one processor is provided. The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor may be other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A water heater, comprising:
the heating device is provided with a first water inlet and a first water outlet;
the softening and regenerating device is provided with a second water inlet and a second water outlet;
one end of the first pipeline is communicated with the first water outlet, and the other end of the first pipeline is communicated with the second water inlet;
the softening and regenerating device is used for softening the initial water passing through the heating device into softened water.
2. The water heater of claim 1, further comprising:
one end of the second pipeline is communicated with the first water outlet, and the other end of the second pipeline is communicated with the second water outlet;
a control valve assembly connected to the softening and regenerating unit and the second pipeline;
the control valve assembly is used for controlling the water supply proportion of the softening and regenerating device and the second pipeline.
3. The water heater of claim 2, wherein the control valve assembly comprises:
the first control valve is communicated with the second water inlet or the second water outlet and is used for controlling the water supply proportion of the softening and regenerating device;
and the second control valve is communicated with the second pipeline and is used for controlling the water supply proportion of the second pipeline.
4. The water heater of claim 3, wherein at least one of the first and second control valves is a regulator valve.
5. The water heater of claim 2, wherein one end of the second pipe is connected to the first pipe, and the second pipe is communicated with the first water outlet through the first pipe.
6. The water heater of claim 5, further comprising:
mixing arrangement, first pipeline with the second pipeline has the tie point, mixing arrangement locates first delivery port with between the tie point, mixing arrangement has first entry, second entry and mixed water export, mixed water export with the second water inlet intercommunication, first entry with first delivery port intercommunication, the second entry is used for inputing cold initial water, mixing arrangement is used for adjusting the entering soften the temperature of regenerating unit's initial water.
7. The water heater of claim 6, further comprising:
the water inlet pipe comprises a third water inlet and two third water outlets, wherein one third water outlet is communicated with the first water inlet, and the other third water outlet is communicated with the second inlet.
8. The water heater of claim 6, further comprising:
the first water inlet pipe is communicated with the first water inlet;
and the second water inlet pipe is communicated with the second inlet.
9. The water heater of claim 2, wherein the control valve assembly comprises:
and the second pipeline and the second water outlet are communicated with the mixing valve.
10. The water heater of claim 1, further comprising:
and the purification device is communicated with the first water inlet and is used for purifying impurities and/or residual chlorine and/or calcium and magnesium ions and/or germs in the initial water entering the heating device.
