Abstract
The invention provides a prefabricated ecological vegetation slope protection brick and a preparation method thereof, wherein the prefabricated ecological vegetation slope protection brick consists of a substrate layer (1) and a slope protection layer (2), and the substrate layer comprises the following ingredients: soil, cement, thickeners, plant fibers, and plant nutrient materials. Wherein the plant nutrient material comprises peat, a fertilizer and a water-retaining agent. The base material comprises the following ingredients: according to weight, the cement content accounts for 10% of the soil, the thickener content accounts for 1-2.5% of the soil, the plant fiber content accounts for 1-2.5% of the soil, the peat content accounts for 6% of the soil, the fertilizer content accounts for 1% of the soil, and the water-retaining agent content accounts for 0.2% of the soil. (3) preparing a base material layer: placing the slope protection layer below a mould, then loading the mixture prepared in the step (2) into the mould, and placing the mould on a vibrating table for full vibration and compaction;
(4) planting herbs: sowing grass seeds on the surface of the base material, and then irrigating and maintaining according to a common method.
In the preparation method of the prefabricated ecological vegetation slope protection brick, the selected herbs are one or a mixture of two of ryegrass and festuca arundinacea in any proportion.
The prefabricated ecological vegetation slope protection brick effectively combines rock slope protection and ecological protection together. The thickening agent increases the internal binding power of the base material and improves the anti-scouring capability of the base material. The plant fiber improves the porosity inside the base material, ensures the environment required by the growth of plant root systems, and simultaneously enhances the mutual connection between the base material mixtures. The acidic peat soil neutralizes alkaline substances generated by cement hydration, and silica fume is doped into the concrete for preparing the slope protection layer to reduce the alkalinity inside the concrete so as to ensure the normal growth of plants. The selected herbs have high germination rate in the substrate layer of the ecological slope protection brick material and can grow rapidly. Plant roots are vertically and horizontally interwoven in the base material, so that the anti-scouring capability of the base material is further ensured. The hollow design of the slope protection layer ensures that the base material layer and the slope protection layer cannot slide, and the clamping grooves on the two sides are convenient for rapid construction of bricks on the side slope.

(3) preparing a base material layer: placing the slope protection layer below a mould, then loading the mixture prepared in the step (2) into the mould, and placing the mould on a vibrating table for full vibration and compaction;
(4) planting herbs: sowing ryegrass seeds on the surface of the base material, and then irrigating and maintaining according to a common method.
The shearing resistance and the vegetation growth condition of the prefabricated ecological vegetation slope protection brick substrate layer that this example made are: the germination rate of the plants is 52.3% in 10 days, and the average height of the plants is 6.5 cm; the germination rate of the plants is 72.1% in 30 days, and the average height of the plants is 8.2 cm; the cohesion force was 71.57 kPa.
Example 2

(3) preparing a base material layer: placing the slope protection layer below a mould, then loading the mixture prepared in the step (2) into the mould, and placing the mould on a vibrating table for full vibration and compaction;
(4) planting herbs: sowing the seeds of the festuca arundinacea on the surface of the base material, and then irrigating and maintaining according to a common method.
The shearing resistance and the vegetation condition of the prefabricated ecological vegetation slope protection brick substrate layer that this example made are: the germination rate of the plants is 60.2% in 10 days, and the average height of the plants is 3.3 cm; the germination rate of the plants is 77.8% in 30 days, and the average height of the plants is 6.7 cm; the cohesive force was 63.57 kPa.
Example 3

(4) planting herbs: sowing ryegrass seeds on the surface of the base material, and then irrigating and maintaining according to a common method.
The shearing resistance and the vegetation growth condition of the substrate layer of the ecological vegetation slope protection brick material prepared by the embodiment are as follows: the germination rate of the plants is 56.6 percent in 10 days, and the average height of the plants is 4.2 cm; the germination rate of the plants is 79.6% in 30 days, and the average height of the plants is 11.9 cm; the cohesion is 52.3 kPa.
