when the first pump body 5 can convey the quench water in the water tank 4 into the purifying tank 12 in a pressurizing way and the flow rate is large, impurities on the filtering component can be washed by the quench water with the large flow rate so as to improve the filtering and purifying capacity of the filtering component, and at the moment, the quench water in the purifying tank 12 is discharged into the water tank 4 through the overflow port 35;
the first pump body 5 can convey the quench water in the water tank 4 into the water spray pipe 6 for quenching.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, the water quenching system further includes a second liquid level water supplementing valve 16 and a second drain pipe 17, the detection end of the second liquid level water supplementing valve 16 is disposed in the water tank 4, the water inlet end of the second liquid level water supplementing valve 16 is connected to an external water source, the water outlet end of the second liquid level water supplementing valve 16 is connected to the water tank 4, the water inlet end of the second drain pipe 17 is connected to the bottom of the water tank 4, and the water outlet end of the second drain pipe 17 is connected to the sewage storage device.
It can be appreciated that by the arrangement of the second liquid level water supplementing valve 16, the quench water in the water tank 4 can be timely supplemented, so that stable quenching is ensured, and by the arrangement of the second water draining pipe 17, the quench water with poor water quality in the water tank 4 is conveniently drained, and the quenching quality is ensured.
When the first pump body 5 pressurizes and conveys the quench water in the water tank 4 into the purifying tank 12 and the flow is large, the quench water with poor quality in the water tank 4 is discharged by the second drain pipe 17, and the second liquid level water supplementing valve 16 supplements water for the water tank 4.

The external water source may be water in a tap water pipe or quench water in a storage device.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the second drain pipe 17 is provided with a fourth valve body 33, and the fourth valve body 33 is used to control the on-off of the second drain pipe 17, so that the drain flexibility of the water tank 4 is higher.
The first valve body 14, the second valve body 15, the third valve body 32, and the fourth valve body 33 may be manual switching valves or electromagnetic switching valves.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the first casing 1 includes a bottom plate 18, a sliding table 19, and a baffle 21, the bottom plate 18 is disposed obliquely so that the bottom of the first casing 1 forms the water collection tank 11, the sliding table 19 is disposed on the bottom plate 18, the top of the sliding table 19 is provided with a smooth horizontal surface 20, and the baffle 21 is disposed on the sliding table 19.

Since the sliding table 19 is disposed on the bottom plate 18, the top of the sliding table 19 is a smooth horizontal surface 20, and the bottom of the sliding table 19 is an inclined surface adapted to the bottom plate 18.
The specific position of the baffle plate 21 is set according to the position of the spraying opening of the coal-charging iron box 34 and the position of the opening 7 of the first box body 1, and after the baffle plate 21 is set, when the coal-charging iron box 34 is abutted against the baffle plate 21, the spraying opening of the coal-charging iron box 34 can be opposite to the opening 7 of the first box body 1.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the water quenching system further includes a second tank 22, a first tank door 23 and a second tank door 25, the first tank 1 is disposed in the second tank 22, the water tank 4 is disposed at the top of the second tank 22, a first opening 24 is disposed at one side of the first tank 1, the first tank door 23 seals the first opening 24, a second opening 26 is disposed at one side of the second tank 22 adjacent to the first opening 24, and the second tank door 25 seals the second opening 26.
It can be appreciated that by placing the coal-charging iron box 34 in the first box body 1 and arranging the first box body 1 in the second box body 22, double sealing of the coal-charging iron box 34 is realized, water vapor generated during quenching is prevented from diffusing outwards, water vapor is prevented from being discharged to the outside to scald operators, and the surrounding environment is prevented from being polluted; by the arrangement of the first box door 23 and the second box door 25, the double sealing is realized, and meanwhile, the coal-charging iron box 34 is convenient to be placed in the first box body 1 and removed from the first box body 1; meanwhile, the water tank 4 is arranged at the top of the second tank body 22, so that the weight of the second tank body 22 can be increased after the quench water is supplemented in the water tank 4, and the vibration influence of the whole parts such as the first pump body 5, the second pump body 13, the fan 3 and the like is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4, in some embodiments, the first pump body 5, the second pump body 13, the blower 3, the second valve body 15, the third valve body 32, and the fourth valve body 33 are all disposed outside the second tank 22.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the water tank 4 is disposed on top of the second tank 22 by a bracket. Thus, by providing the bracket, an installation space is left between the water tank 4 and the second tank 22, so that the components such as the first drain pipe 10 and the second drain pipe 17 can be conveniently arranged.
In some embodiments, one end of the first door 23 is connected to one end of the first opening 24 by a hinge, the other end of the first door 23 is connected to the other end of the first opening 24 by a latch, and an edge of the first opening 24 is provided with a gasket. Therefore, the first box door 23 rotates relative to the first box body 1 through the hinge, the first box door 23 is covered on the first opening 24 through the lock catch, and the sealing gasket ensures the sealing between the first box door 23 and the first box body 1;
one end of the second door 25 is connected with one end of the second opening 26 through a hinge, the other end of the second door 25 is connected with the other end of the second opening 26 through a lock catch, and a sealing gasket is arranged at the edge of the second opening 26. Thus, the second door 25 rotates relative to the second case 22 through the hinge, and the second door 25 covers the second opening 26 through the latch, and the gasket ensures the seal between the second door 25 and the second case 22.
In some embodiments, handles are provided on both the first door 23 and the second door 25.
In some embodiments, the top of the water tank 4 is provided with an access opening, the water quenching system further comprises a water tank 4 door, one end of the water tank 4 door is connected with one end of the access opening through a hinge, and a handle is arranged on the water tank 4 door. Thus, the water tank 4 door rotates relative to the water tank 4 through the hinge, and the water tank 4 door covers the access opening through self gravity.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the bottom of the second tank 22 is provided with a plurality of legs 27, the legs 27 forming a wheeling space between the second tank 22 and the ground.
It will be appreciated that the stable placement of the second bin 22 on the ground is achieved by the provision of the legs 27, and the provision of the pass wheel space enables the wheels of the cart to pass therethrough, thereby facilitating the placement of the coal-loaded iron bin 34 onto the skid table 19 of the first bin 1 by the operator using the cart.
It should be noted that, the coke pusher may be a vehicle with a lifting platform, the lifting platform is disposed on a frame of the vehicle, a U-shaped structure is formed between the lifting platform and the frame of the vehicle, the coal-charging iron box 34 is disposed on the lifting platform, after the lifting platform lifts the coal-charging iron box 34, the frame of the vehicle moves into the wheel passing space, so that the coal-charging iron box 34 is disposed above the sliding table 19, and then the lifting platform descends, so that the coal-charging iron box 34 is disposed on the sliding table 19.
The number of the legs 27 may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the water quenching system further comprises a plurality of water distributors 28 and a plurality of nozzles 29, wherein the water inlet ends of the water distributors 28 are connected with the water outlet ends of the water spray pipes 6, the nozzles 29 are arranged on the water distributors 28, the water inlet ends of the nozzles 29 are connected with the water outlet ends of the water distributors 28, and the water outlet ends of the nozzles 29 face the openings 7.
It can be appreciated that the water from the water outlet end of the water spray pipe 6 is more uniformly distributed to the nozzles 29 by the arrangement of the water distributors 28, and uniform water spray quenching of coke in the coal-charging iron box 34 is realized by the arrangement of the nozzles 29.
It should be noted that the water separator 28 and the nozzles 29 may be disposed in the gas collecting channel, and the number of the water separators 28 and the number of the nozzles 29 may be set according to actual needs, which is not limited herein.
The type of nozzle 29 may be selected according to actual needs, for example: an angle-adjustable nozzle 29, an injection range-adjustable nozzle 29, and the like.
Because the water outlet end of the water spray pipe 6 is connected with the water inlet end of the water separator 28, and the nozzle 29 is arranged on the water separator 28, the water spray pipe 6 can be arranged into a telescopic structure, when the nozzle 29 sprays water, the water outlet end of the water spray pipe 6 stretches out to enable the nozzle 29 to be closer to the coal-charging iron box 34, and when the nozzle 29 does not spray water, the water outlet end of the water spray pipe 6 stretches back to enable the nozzle 29 not to influence the movement of the coal-charging iron box 34.
In some embodiments, the sprinkler pipe 6 may comprise a fixed pipe, a pipe and a driving member, wherein the fixed pipe is fixedly sleeved with a bushing, the pipe is slidably inserted in the bushing, the bushing and the pipe are in sealing arrangement, the driving member is arranged on the fixed pipe, and the driving member is in transmission connection with the pipe. Thereby, the pipe is moved relative to the fixed pipe by the driving of the driving element, and the expansion and contraction of the sprinkler pipe 6 are realized.
In some embodiments, the drive may be a telescoping motor, a hydraulic telescoping cylinder, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in some embodiments, the water quenching system further includes a flow meter 30 and a controller 31, the flow meter 30 is disposed at the water outlet end of the first pump body 5, the controller 31 is disposed on the second tank 22, and the controller 31 is electrically connected to the first pump body 5, the second pump body 13, the fan 3 and the flow meter 30 respectively.
It can be understood that the flow meter 30 detects the flow of the water outlet end of the first pump body 5 and converts a flow signal into an electrical signal to be sent to the controller 31, and the controller 31 controls the rotation speed of the first pump body 5 according to the electrical signal, so as to realize the control of the water flow of the water outlet end of the first pump body 5, further enable the water flow between the water tank 4 and the water spray pipe 6 and the water flow between the water tank 4 and the purifying tank 12 to be adjustable, ensure that the whole can realize quantitative spraying of quench water, circulating the water in the water tank 4 and flushing the filtering component by the water in the water tank 4, wherein the quantitative spraying of quench water can ensure the same water consumption of repeated quenching, thereby reducing the difference of repeated quenching and ensuring the accurate acquisition of test results.
Wherein, through the first pump body 5 of controller 31 control, the second pump body 13 and fan 3, make holistic automation level higher, effectively improved the quenching efficiency, reduce the human cost of quenching.
The operation time of the first pump body 5, the second pump body 13 and the fan 3 can be controlled by the controller 31 to realize the timing of spraying the quench water.
The controller 31 may be provided outside the second casing 22 to facilitate observation and input by the operator.
The type of the controller 31 may be selected according to actual needs, for example: a programmable logic controller 31, a control board, etc.
The type of flow meter 30 may be selected according to actual needs and is not limited herein.
When the first valve body 14, the second valve body 15, the third valve body 32 and the fourth valve body 33 are electromagnetic switch valves, the controller 31 can be electrically connected with the first valve body 14, the second valve body 15, the third valve body 32 and the fourth valve body 33 respectively, so that the whole use is more convenient and rapid through the control of the controller 31.
When the water quenching system is used, the second box body 22 is firstly placed on the ground beside the test coke oven stably, then a power supply is connected to supply power for the electric components such as the first pump body 5, the second pump body 13, the fan 3 and the like, and meanwhile, the second liquid level water supplementing valve 16 is connected with an external water source, and the water tank 4 and the gas washing tank 8 are used for automatically supplementing quenching water.
Then the first valve body 14 is opened, the second valve body 15, the third valve body 32 and the fourth valve body 33 are closed, the fan 3, the first pump body 5 and the second pump body 13 are opened, quench water in the water tank 4 sequentially passes through the first pump body 5, the flowmeter 30, the spray pipe 6 and the water separator 28 and then is sprayed into the coal-charging iron box 34 in the first box body 1 through the nozzle 29, and meanwhile, water vapor, coal gas and other floaters generated in the coal-charging iron box 34 sequentially pass through the gas collecting pipe 2 and the fan 3 and then enter the gas washing tank 8 for water washing and filtering.
After the first pump body 5 and the fan 3 stop running, sewage in the water collecting tank 11 enters the purifying tank 12 for purifying and filtering after passing through the second pump body 13, and the purified and filtered quench water enters the water tank 4.
After the first pump body 5 stops running, the fan 3 may be delayed by a time relay to stop running for a period of time, which may be 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc., and after the fan 3 stops running, the second pump body 13 may be run by automatic control of the controller 31 or by external button control.
After the quenching operation is finished, the second valve body 15 is opened, the first valve body 14, the third valve body 32 and the fourth valve body 33 are closed, and the water outlet flow of the water outlet end of the first pump body 5 is at a smaller value so as to circularly filter the quenching water in the water tank 4.
Meanwhile, after the coke quenching operation is performed for a plurality of times, the water outlet flow of the water outlet end of the first pump body 5 is increased, so that the water outlet flow of the water outlet end of the first pump body 5 is in a larger value, impurities on the filtering component are washed, meanwhile, the third valve body 32 and the fourth valve body 33 are opened, so that the coke quenching water with more impurities in the water tank 4 and the gas washing tank 8 is discharged, and the coke quenching water in the water tank 4 and the gas washing tank 8 is continuously replenished while the coke quenching water in the water tank 4 and the gas washing tank 8 is discharged.

Claims (7)

1. An environmental protection water quenching system of a test coke oven, which is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a first box body, a gas collecting tube, a fan, a water tank, a first pump body and a water spraying tube;
an opening is formed in the top of the first box body, one end of the gas collecting tube is connected with the opening, and the other end of the gas collecting tube is connected with the air inlet end of the fan;
the water inlet end of the first pump body is connected with the water outlet end of the water tank, the water outlet end of the first pump body is connected with the water inlet end of the water spray pipe, the water outlet end of the water spray pipe is inserted into the gas collecting pipe and faces the opening, water outlet of the water spray pipe is used for quenching, and the gas collecting pipe is used for collecting water vapor generated by the quenching;
the water spraying pipe comprises a fixed pipe, a pipe and a driving piece, wherein a bushing is fixedly sleeved on the fixed pipe, the pipe is slidably inserted in the bushing, the bushing and the pipe are in sealing arrangement, the driving piece is arranged on the fixed pipe and is in transmission connection with the pipe, and the driving piece drives the pipe to move relative to the fixed pipe so as to enable the water spraying pipe to stretch out and draw back;
the water quenching system further comprises: the device comprises a water tank, a fan, a first liquid level water supplementing valve and a first drain pipe, wherein the water tank is arranged in the water tank, the air outlet end of the fan is connected with the water tank, the detection end of the first liquid level water supplementing valve is arranged in the water tank, the water inlet end of the first liquid level water supplementing valve is connected with the water tank, the water outlet end of the first liquid level water supplementing valve is connected with the water tank, the water inlet end of the first drain pipe is connected with the bottom of the water tank, and the water outlet end of the first drain pipe is connected with an external sewage storage device;
the water quenching system further comprises: the water tank comprises a water collecting tank, a purifying tank and a second pump body, wherein the water collecting tank is arranged at the bottom of the first tank body, the purifying tank is arranged in the water tank, a plurality of micropores are formed in the bottom of the purifying tank, an overflow port is formed in the top of the purifying tank, a plurality of filtering components are arranged in the purifying tank, the water inlet end of the second pump body is connected with the water collecting tank, the water outlet end of the second pump body is connected with the purifying tank, when the water inlet flow rate in the purifying tank is smaller, water in the purifying tank is discharged into the water tank through the micropores, and when the water inlet flow rate in the purifying tank is larger, water in the purifying tank is discharged into the water tank through the overflow port;
the water outlet end of the first pump body is connected with the purifying tank, and the water quenching system further comprises: the device comprises a first valve body and a second valve body, wherein the first valve body is arranged between the water outlet end of the first pump body and the water inlet end of the water spray pipe, the second valve body is arranged between the water outlet end of the first pump body and the purification groove, the first valve body is closed, the second valve body is opened, when the first pump body conveys coke quenching water with smaller flow, the filter element in the purification groove is used for filtering the coke quenching water in the water tank, and when the first pump body conveys coke quenching water with larger flow, impurities on the filter element are washed.
2. The trial coke oven environmental protection water quenching system of claim 1, further comprising:
the detection end of the second liquid level water supplementing valve is arranged in the water tank, the water inlet end of the second liquid level water supplementing valve is connected with an external water source, and the water outlet end of the second liquid level water supplementing valve is connected with the water tank;
the water inlet end of the second drain pipe is connected with the bottom of the water tank, and the water outlet end of the second drain pipe is connected with an external sewage storage device.
