referring to fig. 9, a first comparative example is another embodiment of the present invention, wherein two sides of the supporting plate 1 are provided with collecting boxes 12 for collecting glue, and the feeding ports of the collecting boxes 12 are covered and fixedly connected to the heating plate 5 and the scraper 2; the material collecting box 12 is arranged to collect the discharged glue, so that the glue can be conveniently recycled and reused in the later period.
The working principle is as follows: in the production process of the car sticker, glue is coated on the back surface of the car sticker surface layer 3 in a spraying mode, the edge areas of the sprayed glue are uneven, after the car sticker is attached to release paper, the edges of the car sticker are trimmed through a cutting machine, the uneven glue areas are cut off to improve the quality of products, partial glue is remained in the cut-off areas, the production amount of the car sticker is large, the remained glue is too little and is also a waste, therefore, after the glue is sprayed on the back surface of the car sticker surface layer 3, before the glue is not dried and solidified, the glue is scraped and rubbed off through the scraper blade 2 and collected, the recycling of the glue is realized, the waste is reduced, and the cost is saved;
the heating plates 5 are arranged on the two sides of the front surface of the car sticker surface layer 3, the heating plates 5 are arranged opposite to the scraping plates 2, the two sides of the car sticker surface layer 3 are arranged in a gap between the heating plates 5 and the scraping plates 2, the heating plates 5 heat the glue on the back surface of the car sticker, the glue is kept in a viscous state and does not flow, then the glue with uneven glue on the scraping plates 2 is scraped off and collected in a centralized manner, and the recycling of the glue is realized; the heating plate 5 is arranged to heat the sprayed glue, so that the glue is still in a viscous and non-dry solidification state when passing through the scraper, and the glue is conveniently separated from the back surface of the vehicle sticker surface layer 3;
hot air flow is injected into the spraying groove 4 and serves as power for spraying of the glue, and meanwhile, the glue is heated, so that the flowability of the glue is guaranteed, the glue can be uniformly sprayed on the back surface of the car sticker surface layer 3, the solidification time of the glue is prolonged, and the scraping of the glue on the car sticker surface layer 3 by the scraper 2 is facilitated; the arranged arc-shaped scraping plate 2 can scrape off glue films with uneven edges of the car sticker, and meanwhile, the glue flows along the arc-shaped surface on the inner arc-shaped surface of the scraping plate 2, so that the glue is discharged from the car sticker, and the glue is prevented from being accumulated on the scraping plate 2, and the scraping plate 2 is prevented from scraping and removing the glue inefficiently;
the heating plate 5 is arranged, the heating plate 5 is electrified and heated by the electric heating resistance wire 11 in the heating plate 5, heat is radiated to the surface layer of the vehicle body, glue is heated, the flowability of the glue is ensured, meanwhile, when the scraping plate 2 and the heating plate 5 are arranged, the effective heating surface area of the heating plate 5 is increased, the inner side of the glue contacted with the front tip of the scraping plate 2 is also heated, the heating of the glue area contacted with the scraping plate 2 is limited, the scraped glue is effectively separated, the possibility that the glue drags the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is reduced, and the scraping plate 2 can smoothly remove the glue from the vehicle sticker surface layer 3;
the guide groove 6 is arranged, so that the flowing direction of glue introduced from the front tip of the scraper blade 2 is limited, namely, the glue flowing into the guide groove 6 is gathered, under the constraint of the shape of the inner surface of the guide groove 6, the glue flows into the guide groove 6 firstly, then flows obliquely downwards, and finally flows along the inner surface of the guide groove 6 and is separated from the scraper blade 2, so that the glue is prevented from being gathered and gushes out of the upper surface of the scraper blade 2 to cause the glue to flow arbitrarily, the scraper blade 2 is covered, and the scraping and removing effect of the scraper blade 2 on the glue is influenced;
the car sticker flows forward, and meanwhile, glue is sprayed on the car sticker surface layer 3 and is discharged in a impacting manner, so that the car sticker surface layer 3 swings up and down, the swinging car sticker surface layer 3 is arranged opposite to the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper blade 2, and the phenomenon that the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper blade 2 scratches and tears the car sticker surface layer 3 is caused, so that the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper blade 2 is provided with a fillet 7, and the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper blade 2 is rounded and moistened, so that the car sticker surface layer 3 is prevented from being scratched and torn by the scraper blade 2; the upper surface of the heating plate 5 is obliquely arranged, so that the edge of the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is inclined towards two sides of the vehicle sticker surface layer, and the glue on the edge of the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 can be penetrated through the heating plate;
the concave part 8 is arranged, the lower edge position of the front tip of the scraper blade 2 is arranged in the concave part 8, so that the edge of the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is pressed in the concave part 8, the edge of the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is extruded, the scraping and removing effect of the scraper blade 2 on glue is improved, and meanwhile, the concave part 8 and the upper surface of the heating plate 5 are in slope transition, so that the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is prevented from being extruded and folded;
the air channel 9 is matched with the exhaust hole 10, so that the glue adhered to the scraper blade 2 is impacted, the amount of glue staying on the scraper blade 2 is reduced, the glue is prevented from being accumulated on the scraper blade 2, the discharged gas is hot air, the temperature is controlled to be 80-90 ℃, firstly, the scraper blade 2 is warmed, secondly, the warm glue is heated, the flowability of the glue is further ensured, and the glue is discharged;
the exhaust direction of the exhaust holes 10 enables the glue to be intensively exhausted in one direction, the glue is intensively collected, the glue dispersion surface area is reduced, and the collection of the glue is facilitated; the material collecting box 12 is arranged to collect the discharged glue, so that the glue can be conveniently recycled and reused in the later period.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.

1. A vehicle sticker gum smearing process is characterized by comprising the following steps: the vehicle sticker gum smearing process comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing a sizing material, namely heating and filling the sizing material into a spraying groove (4), wherein a material spraying opening of the spraying groove (4) is in a strip shape, and hot air flow is injected into the spraying groove (4) and is used as power for spraying the sizing material;
s2: one end of the car sticker surface layer (3) penetrates through the lower portion of a spraying opening of the spraying groove (4), so that the back face of the car sticker surface layer (3) is opposite to the spraying opening of the spraying groove (4), then the widths of the two sides of the car sticker are symmetrically arranged relative to the length of the spraying groove (4), and the spraying groove (4) sprays glue materials on the back face of the surface layer;
s3: rubber materials are recovered, scraping plates (2) are arranged on two sides of the back surface of the surface layer, and the uneven rubber molds on the two sides of the back surface of the surface layer are scraped off and collected;
s4: the car sticker surface layer (3) is attached to and extruded from release paper, the edge of the car sticker is cut, the two sides of the car sticker are cut and leveled, and the car sticker is rolled through a rolling wheel.
