the data processor is used for acquiring historical production and marketing information of all the cigarette gauges of the target formula module so as to determine production and marketing records of all the cigarette gauges of the target formula module according to the historical production and marketing information;
a value calculation model for calculating a module value of the target recipe module based on the production and marketing record; wherein the module value characterizes and has a positive correlation with the module mass of the target recipe module;
a quality monitoring component for monitoring the quality of the target recipe module according to the module value of the target recipe module.
2. The cigarette formulation module quality monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the data processor comprises:
the first processor is used for filtering the historical production and marketing information to obtain a plurality of initial production and marketing records comprising usage proportion, usage amount each time, product specification total amount and product specification selling unit price; wherein one of said production and marketing records represents that said target recipe module is used once in production; the use proportion and the use amount of each time are the proportion and the use amount of the target formula module in the use;
and the second processor is used for integrating each initial production and marketing record of the cigarette product gauges of the same type so as to determine the production and marketing record corresponding to each cigarette product gauge, wherein the production and marketing record comprises the use proportion, the use amount, the total product gauge amount, the product gauge selling unit price, the use times and the product gauge production unit price.
3. The cigarette formulation module quality monitoring system of claim 2, wherein the value calculation model is configured to calculate the module value of the target formulation module based on a first relationship and the production and marketing record;
the first relation is:

wherein Z represents the module value of the target formula matching module, i represents the type of the cigarette product gauge, and p, r and n respectively represent the production unit price, the use proportion and the use times of the product gauge corresponding to the ith cigarette product gauge.
4. The cigarette formulation module quality monitoring system of claim 2 or 3, further comprising:
the grouping module is used for grouping all the types of the cigarette product specifications of the target formula module according to the product specification selling unit price so as to obtain different product specification groups;
the value calculation model is used for calculating the grouping module value of the target formula module in each product specification group based on the production and marketing records, and determining the grouping module value in a preset group as the module value of the target formula module.
5. The cigarette formulation module quality monitoring system of claim 4, wherein the production and marketing record further comprises a product specification grade of the cigarette product specification;
correspondingly, the grouping module is further configured to group all the types of the cigarette product gauges of the target formula module according to the product specification level, so as to obtain different product gauge groups.
6. The cigarette formulation module quality monitoring system of claim 5, wherein the determining the grouped module value in a preset grouping as the module value of the target formulation module comprises:
determining the grouping module value of the qualification grouping corresponding to the highest grade of the qualification grade as the module value of the target recipe module.
7. A method for monitoring the quality of a cigarette formula module, which is based on the system for monitoring the quality of a cigarette formula module according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring historical production and marketing information of all the cigarette gauges of a target formula module by using a data processor, and determining production and marketing records of all the cigarette gauges of the target formula module according to the historical production and marketing information;
calculating the module value of the target formula module based on the production and marketing records by using a value calculation model; wherein the module value characterizes and has a positive correlation with the module mass of the target recipe module;
monitoring the quality of the target recipe module according to the module value of the target recipe module by using a quality monitoring component.
8. The cigarette formulation module quality monitoring method of claim 7, further comprising:
utilizing a first processor to filter the historical production and marketing information to obtain a plurality of initial production and marketing records comprising usage proportion, usage amount each time, product specification total amount and product specification selling unit price; wherein one of said production and marketing records represents that said target recipe module is used once in production; the use proportion and the use amount of each time are the proportion and the use amount of the target formula module in the use;
and integrating each initial production and marketing record of the cigarette product gauges of the same type by using a second processor to determine the production and marketing record corresponding to each cigarette product gauge, wherein the production and marketing record comprises the use proportion, the use amount, the total product gauge amount, the product gauge selling unit price, the use times and the product gauge production unit price.
9. An electronic device, wherein the electronic device comprises a processor and a memory; wherein the memory is for storing a computer program that is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the cigarette formulation module quality monitoring method of claim 7 or 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions which, when loaded and executed by a processor, carry out a method of quality monitoring of a cigarette formulation module according to claim 7 or 8.
