Abstract
The patent provides a pipeline supporting construction method in a pump house, which can utilize temporary steel supports to install pipelines and form a concrete buttress steel framework with reinforcing steel bars, thereby avoiding material waste and improving the engineering implementation safety. In the step B, when the pipeline is installed, the height of the pipeline is adjusted by arranging the cushion blocks on the temporary steel supports, and the pipeline is arranged on the cushion blocks.
In the step B, when the pipeline is installed, the rubber pads are attached to the periphery of the pipeline and then placed on the cushion blocks, and the strap tightly holds the rubber pads and fixes the pipeline on the temporary steel support through bolts.

The pipeline steel-concrete buttress 12 in the pump house is mainly composed of a pipeline (steel pipe) 1, a pump house bottom plate 2, a double-end plate vertical section steel support 3, a horizontal section steel support 4, an anchor bolt 5, a cushion block 6, a rubber pad 7, a hoop 8, a bolt 9, a concrete buttress vertical rib 10 and a concrete buttress annular rib 11 as shown in figures 1 and 2.
The temporary steel support consists of a double-end-plate vertical section steel support (two I-shaped steels) 3, a horizontal section steel support (one I-shaped steel) 4 and an anchor bolt 5; the height of the pipeline 1 is adjusted by using a cushion block 6 placed on a horizontal steel support 4, and the pipeline 1 is fixed by tightly holding a rubber pad 7 by using a strap 8; a concrete support steel framework is formed by the vertical ribs 10 of the concrete buttress, the circumferential ribs 11 of the concrete buttress and the temporary steel supports, and a permanent concrete buttress 12 is formed by pouring.
Specifically, an anchor bolt 5 is arranged on a pump room bottom plate 2 at a pre-installation position of a pipeline 1, and a double-end-plate vertical profile steel support 3 is fixed; horizontal steel supports 4 are welded between double-end-plate vertical steel supports 3 at preset heights in the installation of the pipeline 1, and the horizontal steel supports and the fixed double-end-plate vertical steel supports 3 are welded to form temporary steel supports for the pipeline. When the pipeline 1 is installed, the height of the pipeline 1 can be adjusted through the cushion block 6, the rubber pad 7 is attached to the periphery of the pipeline 1, the strap 8 tightly holds the rubber pad 7, and the pipeline 1 is fixed on the temporary steel support through the bolt 9; the vertical ribs 10 of the concrete buttress are implanted into the bottom plate 2 of the pump house, the circumferential ribs 11 of the concrete buttress are arranged and welded with the temporary steel support so as to ensure the integrity of the concrete buttress, and concrete is poured to form the permanent steel-concrete buttress 12 of the pipeline.

C. and implanting vertical ribs of the concrete buttress into the bottom plate of the pump house, arranging circumferential ribs of the concrete buttress, welding a steel framework of the concrete buttress with the temporary steel support, and pouring concrete to form the permanent steel-concrete buttress for the pipeline.

B. when the pipeline is installed, the pipeline is placed on the temporary steel support, and the strap tightly holds the pipeline and fixes the pipeline on the temporary steel support through the bolt;
C. implanting vertical ribs of the concrete buttress into a bottom plate of the pump house, arranging circumferential ribs of the concrete buttress and connecting the circumferential ribs with the temporary steel supports to form a steel framework of the concrete buttress; and pouring concrete to form the permanent concrete buttress for the pipeline.
2. A method for supporting a pipe in a pump room as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and step B, when the pipeline is installed, the height of the pipeline is adjusted by arranging the cushion blocks on the temporary steel supports, and the pipeline is arranged on the cushion blocks.

A method for supporting a pipe in a pump room as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and step B, when the pipeline is installed, the periphery of the pipeline is attached with a rubber pad and then placed on the cushion block, and the strap tightly holds the rubber pad and fixes the pipeline on the temporary steel support through bolts.

7. A method for supporting a pipe in a pump room as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the circumferential ribs of the concrete buttress are provided with a plurality of channels and surround the vertical ribs of the concrete buttress.
