Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of kitchen utensils, in particular to a water tank device and a kitchen device.

Background

Kitchen equipment is more and more, so that the operating space in the kitchen is relatively narrow, and the placing and using positions of some tools (such as chopping boards and the like) are correspondingly limited. As shown in fig. 1, a water tank device commonly used in the prior art is generally provided with a left cavity and a right cavity, wherein articles can be contained in the right cavity, and a cover plate is arranged on the right cavity to prevent dust and water; in the structure shown in fig. 1, if a chopping board which can be placed on the left cavity is arranged, most of the bottom of the chopping board is on the cover board when the chopping board is placed above the right cavity, and the chopping board is inconvenient for a knife worker to operate on the chopping board with great strength, otherwise the cover board can be damaged; meanwhile, the problems of position slippage, noise and the like are easy to occur during the processing of the chopping board. In order to improve the utilization rate of kitchen space and solve the problem of placing and using chopping boards, it is necessary to improve the water trough device to enhance the supporting strength of the water trough device to the chopping boards, so that the chopping boards can be reasonably placed and used on the water trough device.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a water tank device and a kitchen device, which at least solve the problems of placing a chopping board on the water tank device and stress supporting during use.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a sink device, including: a body 11 and a cover plate 12; the machine body 11 is provided with a first washing cavity (1A) and a second washing cavity (1B) which are adjacently arranged; the cover plate 12 can move relative to the machine body 11 to open and close the opening of the second washing cavity (1B); the machine body 11 is provided with an end edge part 13 positioned at the periphery of the first washing cavity (1A) and the second washing cavity (1B), and the cover plate 12 is provided with a covering part 2A covering the opening of the second washing cavity and a hinge part 2B movably connected with the machine body 11.

In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a kitchen appliance including a sink device 1 and a top board 2, wherein the sink device is as described in the above embodiment, an end edge portion of the sink device 1 is attached to a bottom of the top board 2, the top board 2 is provided with an escape notch 21 for accommodating turning of a cover plate, and the hinge portion is provided in the escape notch 21.

The embodiment of the invention comprises or at least partially comprises the following beneficial effects:

in the embodiment of the invention, the water tank device is arranged below the table board, so that the chopping board is lapped on the table board when arranged above the water tank device; the supporting problem of among the prior art basin device is solved, guaranteed when the chopping board uses on the basin of dish washer portion, its holding power bears on the mesa, reduces the atress of lid, has avoided the destruction to the apron, when increasing life, has promoted the stationarity and the convenience of using the chopping board, promotes user experience. Detailed Description

In order to explain the technical contents, the objects and the effects of the present invention in detail, the following description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with the embodiments. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.

Referring to fig. 2-5, in one embodiment, a sink apparatus is provided, comprising: a body 11 and a cover plate 12; the machine body 11 is provided with a first washing cavity 1A and a second washing cavity 1B which are adjacently arranged; the cover plate 12 can move relative to the machine body 11 to open and close the opening of the second washing cavity 1B; the body 11 has an end edge portion 13 located at the periphery of the first wash chamber 1A and the second wash chamber 1B. Wherein, preferably, the top surface of the cover plate 12 is higher than the top surface of the end edge part 13.

In fig. 2, the extending distance of the hinge portion 2B in the left-right direction may be smaller than the extending distance of the cover portion 2A in the left-right direction, and an escape groove L for accommodating the hinge portion 2B is provided on the side where the end edge portion 13 is connected to the hinge portion 2B.

Preferably, the hinge part is provided with a limiting part, and the limiting part can be a limiting groove or a limiting hole.

Fig. 6 to 15 are schematic views showing different states of the kitchen appliance and the chopping board 3.

To be further described below, for convenience of explanation, the X direction in fig. 2 is taken as the left-right direction, the Y direction is taken as the front-rear direction, and the Z direction is taken as the up-down direction.

Referring to fig. 2 to 15, in the present embodiment, the body 11 has an end edge portion 13 located at the periphery of the opening of the first washing chamber 1A and the second washing chamber 1B, and the cover 12 has a covering portion 2A covering the opening of the second washing chamber 1B and a hinge portion 2B movably connected to the body 11; the extension distance of the hinge part 2B in the left-right direction is smaller than that of the cover part 2A in the left-right direction, the end edge part 13 is arranged below the table top 2, the table top 2 is provided with an avoiding notch 21 for accommodating the turnover of the cover plate, and the hinge part is arranged in the avoiding notch 21. The angle in which the cover plate can be turned is greater than or equal to 90 degrees, such as 90 degrees, 100 degrees, 110 degrees, and the like.

The cover plate 12 can be in an open state or a closed state relative to the machine body 11, when in the closed state, the top surface of the cover plate 12 is flush with the top surface of the table top 2, wherein the flush refers to a basically flush state, and the deviation in a certain range is included, so that the kitchen device can be more attractive; the cover plate 12 is also arranged in the inner frame of the table top 2; further preferably, the length of the avoidance notch 21 is smaller than the width of the covering portion 2A, so that when a chopping board is placed on the upper portion of the second washing cavity, the chopping board can be lapped on the table top and cannot be tightly pressed on the cover plate, the table top can be more favorably supported by the chopping board, stress is applied to the table top, and the cover plate is prevented from being stressed. In one embodiment, preferably, the end edge portion 13 includes a first front-side table portion located at the front side of the periphery of the first washing chamber 1A, a first rear-side table portion located at the rear side of the periphery of the first washing chamber 1A, a second front-side table portion located at the front side of the periphery of the second washing chamber 1B, and a second rear-side table portion located at the rear side of the periphery of the second washing chamber 1B, and the second front-side table portion includes a covering table portion corresponding to the covering portion 2A. The first front side table face part and the first rear side table face part are arranged in parallel, the covering table face part and the second rear side table face part are arranged in parallel, and the side end faces of the first front side table face part and the covering table face part are arranged on the same plane; the side end surfaces of the first rear mesa portion and the second rear mesa portion are arranged on the same plane.

When the chopping board slides from the first washing cavity to the second washing cavity, the side surfaces are the same plane, so that the limiting blocks on the chopping board can smoothly transit along the side surfaces of the table board, and the chopping board can be conveniently and universally placed and moved; this embodiment has overcome at present because the basin device is washed the chamber front and back distance width difference and is leaded to the chopping board to place awkward problem about.

In one embodiment, the side of the end edge portion 13 connected to the hinge portion 2B is provided with an avoiding groove L for accommodating the hinge portion 2B, and the hinge portion 2B is located at the avoiding groove L and is hinged to the body. The first supporting portion and the second supporting portion are respectively located on the front side and the rear side of the covering portion 2A and are arranged oppositely.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the kitchen device further includes a position-limiting portion S, and the position-limiting portion S may include only the first position-limiting portion S1 or only the second position-limiting portion S2; the first stopper portion S1 and the second stopper portion S2 may be provided together, and when the first stopper portion S1 and the second stopper portion S2 are provided together, they are disposed opposite to each other in the front-rear direction.

The first limiting portion S1 may include a first front limiting groove, a second front limiting groove, or both, the first front limiting groove is located between the front side of the covering portion 2A and the table top 2, and the second front limiting groove S may be located on the hinge portion 2B near one side of the covering portion 2A; when the hinge portion is located in the middle, the left and right sides of the hinge portion 2B are respectively provided with a first front-side limiting groove, and the second limiting portion S2 is located between the rear side of the covering portion 2A and the table-board 2.

The limiting part S can be used for the limiting blocks 3C of the chopping board 3 to slide left and right, and the first limiting part S1 and the second limiting part S2 extend left and right and are connected with the opening of the first washing cavity 1A. With reference to fig. 11, in one embodiment, the kitchen appliance further includes a chopping board; the chopping board 3 comprises a chopping board main body 3A, a limiting block 3C which is positioned at the bottom of the chopping board main body 3A and is matched with the limiting part S of the water tank device, and a bearing part 3B which is positioned at the bottom of the chopping board main body 3A and is matched with the supporting part 22 of the water tank device.

The limiting blocks 3C can be of a front-back opposite arrangement of two strip-shaped structures, are located at the bottom of the chopping board main body 3A and extend leftwards and rightwards, and can also be of a columnar structure, the limiting blocks 3C are fixedly connected to the chopping board main body 3A, and the positions of the two limiting blocks 3C correspond to the first limiting portions S1 and the second limiting portions S2. More preferably, the receiving portion 3B is engaged with the supporting portion 22, and the chopping board main body 3A is supported on the table top 2 through the receiving portion 3B.

With reference to fig. 6 to 14, in one embodiment, the corresponding table top at the front and back sides of the first washing chamber can be provided as a supporting portion, the receiving portion 3B of the chopping board is overlapped with the table top, and when the chopping board is placed in the first washing chamber 1A, the bottom of the chopping board is supported on the table top; the table top comprises a first front side table top part positioned on the front side of the periphery of the first washing cavity 1A and a first rear side table top part positioned on the rear side of the periphery of the first washing cavity 1A, when the chopping board is placed in the first washing cavity 1A, the top surfaces of the first front side table top part and the first rear side table top part are provided with supporting parts 22, the supporting parts 22 are in lap joint with the chopping board, the inner side surfaces of the first front side table top part and the first rear side table top part are matched with limiting blocks positioned at the bottom of the chopping board, the front end limiting blocks and the rear end limiting blocks of the chopping board, the first front side table top part and the inner side of the first rear side table top part form position limitation in the front-back direction, the limiting blocks at the bottom of the chopping board fall between the first front side table top part and the first rear side table top part to prevent the chopping board from falling off from the table top and ensure that the chopping board does not move back and forth, specifically, the front side of the limiting blocks of the chopping board abut against the inner side table top part, the rear side of the chopping board rear end limiting block is abutted against the inner side of the first rear side table board portion, and the chopping board can move left and right on the table board carried on the first washing cavity. The structure of the table top shown in fig. 15 corresponds to the contour of the end edge, and includes an avoiding notch for accommodating the cover plate, where the angle of the cover plate is more than 90 degrees, and the length and width of the avoiding notch and the avoiding groove may be substantially equal, and preferably smaller than the width of the covering portion.

Preferably, the sink device is provided with an avoidance groove for accommodating the hinge portion, and the inner edge of the avoidance gap is aligned with or offset equidistantly from the inner edge of the avoidance groove.

Where necessary, the terms "aligned" and "equidistant" as described above include substantially similar or identical dimensions, etc., taking into account manufacturing and installation tolerances.

Referring to fig. 6-9, in the installation manner of this embodiment, the sink device 1 is embedded into the cabinet 4, the end edge of the sink device is fixed to the cabinet, the table is installed on the top of the sink, and the top surface of the cover of the sink device is adjusted to be substantially flush with the top surface of the table to form a plane, so as to ensure that the chopping board can slide left and right.

Based on the same inventive concept, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 17 to 19, the structure and the installation manner thereof are substantially similar to those of the above embodiment and are not described in detail, except that the extending distance of the hinge portion 2B in the left-right direction is equal to the extending distance of the cover portion 2A in the left-right direction. The supporting part comprises a corresponding table board and a hinge part which are arranged at the rear side of the second washing cavity; wherein the first supporting part is a hinge part; one side of the chopping board is kept on the table-board, the other side of the chopping board is kept on a hinged part connected with the machine body, and the hinged part is generally made of metal or plastic, and the bottom of the hinged part is correspondingly connected with a hinged seat, so that the chopping board has a better supporting effect compared with a covering part.

When the chopping board is placed in the second washing cavity 1B, the first supporting part can be positioned on the hinged part, and the second supporting part is positioned on the table top corresponding to the rear side of the covering part 2A; the position of the limiting groove of the present embodiment may be located at the first limiting portion S1 on the hinge portion near the front side of the covering portion 2A, or may be located at the second limiting portion S2 disposed between the rear side of the covering portion 2A and the table top;

in other embodiments, the cover 12 can be selectively hinged to the right side of the body 11 according to the position of the hinge; the relative position of the covering portion 2A or the hinge portion 2B on the front and rear sides can also be adjusted; the stopper portion may be provided on the cover portion.

In the third embodiment, a supporting block (1D) may be disposed in the avoiding groove, and the supporting block (1D) is disposed at the left side or the right side of the hinge portion. In this embodiment, the supporting block (1D) 22 and the outer edge of the covering portion 2A may form a limiting portion, in this embodiment, the limiting portion may be formed by the supporting block (1D) and the covering portion, when the chopping board is placed over the cover plate, the receiving portion 3B at one end of the chopping board may be lapped on the top surface of the supporting block (1D), and the receiving portion 3B at the other end may be lapped on the table surface located at the rear side of the covering portion, so that the stress points of the chopping board and the sink dishwasher are all disposed on the table surface, and the cover plate is not stressed no matter how the chopping board is stressed; the limiting block of the chopping board can be inserted into the limiting part to limit the forward and backward movement of the chopping board.

More preferably, a stopper S1 may be provided so as to penetrate the hinge portion in the right and left direction. The limiting part is connected with the first washing cavity 1A, and the chopping board can slide between the first washing cavity and the second washing cavity through the limiting part, so that the use is convenient; and the sliding of the chopping board in the front and back directions is limited, the chopping board is effectively prevented from sliding off, and the chopping board is kept to be carried on the supporting part.

Where necessary, the above description of "equal" includes substantially similar or identical dimensions, etc., taking into account manufacturing tolerances.

Referring to fig. 20, in an embodiment, an elastic gasket 1T is disposed between the cover plate on the sink and the second washing chamber, and when the sink device is in use, some objects may be placed on the cover plate, such as a chopping board with a smaller size and only capable of being supported on the cover plate when placed on the second washing chamber, or other tools. 2. A sink device according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate (12) has a top surface which is higher than a top surface of the rim portion (13).

3. A sink device according to claim 1, wherein the hinge portion (2B) extends less in the left-right direction than the cover portion (2A); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

A kitchen appliance comprising a sink device (1) and a counter top (2), characterized in that the sink device is as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3, the end edge portion of the sink device (1) is mounted under the counter top (2), the counter top (2) is provided with an avoidance gap (21) for accommodating the cover plate to be turned over, and the hinge portion is provided in the avoidance gap (21).

Kitchen appliance according to claim 4, characterized in that the cover plate (12) is placed flush with the top surface of the table top (2) in the closed position, the cover plate (12) being arranged inside the inner frame of the table top (2); and/or the left and right length of the avoiding gap (21) is smaller than the left and right width of the covering part (2A); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the water tank device is provided with an avoiding groove for accommodating the hinge part, and the inner edge of the avoiding notch is aligned with the inner edge of the avoiding groove or deviates at equal intervals.

the second limiting part (S2) is arranged between the table top (2) and the outer edge of the rear side of the covering part (2A).

Kitchen appliance according to claim 4, characterized in that the counter (2) is provided with a support (22), said support (22) enabling the chopping board (3) to be placed on the counter (2) when placed over the sink device; the supporting part (22) comprises a first supporting part and a second supporting part, and the second supporting part is a table top positioned above an end edge part (13) on the rear side of the covering part (2A); the first supporting part is a table top positioned on one side or two sides of the avoidance notch (11), or the first supporting part is a hinge part; or the first supporting part is a supporting block (1D) arranged between the hinge part (2B) and the avoiding notch (21).

The kitchen appliance according to claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises a chopping board (3), said chopping board (3) comprising a main body (3A) and a stop (3C) at the bottom of the main body (3A), said stop extending to the left and right and being connected to the opening of said first washing chamber (1A); when the chopping board (3) slides into the second washing cavity (1B) from the first washing cavity (1A), the limiting block (3B) correspondingly slides into the limiting part from the first washing cavity (1A).

Kitchen appliance according to claim 6 or 8, characterized in that the table top comprises a first front table top portion located at the front side of the periphery of the first washing chamber (1A), and a first rear table top portion located at the rear side of the periphery of the first washing chamber (1A), wherein when a chopping board is placed in the first washing chamber (1A), the top surfaces of the first front table top portion and the first rear table top portion are provided as supporting portions which are in lap joint with the chopping board, and the inner side surfaces of the first front table top portion and the first rear table top portion form a limit with the outer side surface of a limit block located at the bottom of the chopping board; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
