When a workpiece is machined or drilled, it is necessary to fix the workpiece by a jig. Different clamps are adopted according to the shape of the workpiece. The clamp which is generally adopted at present clamps a workpiece by using three clamping jaws. Although the structure is stable in clamping, when the clamping jaw is in contact with the inner/outer peripheral wall of the workpiece, only part of the workpiece is stressed, the rest positions are not stressed, when the rigidity of the workpiece is poor, the workpiece is easy to deform, and the dimensional accuracy of the machined part is low, so that the dial calibration is needed during clamping. The collet chuck adopts 4-8 clamping parts, and compared with the structure of three clamping jaws, the collet chuck has better clamping precision and repeatability precision, but can not meet the corresponding precision requirement in high-precision machining and thin-wall cylindrical workpiece machining.

Because the annular elastic part is integrally formed and is of a closed annular structure, the annular elastic part generates elastic deformation by utilizing hydraulic pressure to clamp the workpiece, the circumferential clamping force of the workpiece is uniformly distributed, the workpiece is not easy to deform, the workpiece is suitable for high-precision machining, and the thin-wall cylindrical workpiece is not easy to deform even if the thin-wall cylindrical workpiece is machined.
2. The piston rod of the first hydraulic driving device is driven by external force (such as an air cylinder and the like) to slide along the axial direction, and the annular elastic part can be deformed and clamp a workpiece by utilizing hydraulic pressure. And the second hydraulic driving device adjusts the position of the second piston by rotating the handle by personnel, so that the annular elastic part is deformed by hydraulic pressure. Through setting up first hydraulic drive device and second hydraulic drive device, even first hydraulic drive device can not use because of the external equipment reason, also can realize the centre gripping of work piece through the manual operation, ensure production continuity.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a precision liquid expansion fixture according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 1, and a workpiece mounting portion adapted to a workpiece 9 is disposed on the base 1. The workpiece mounting part is provided with an annular elastic part 3 matched with the outline of the outer side wall of the workpiece 9, and the annular elastic part 3 is of an integral structure. The first seal 53 and the second seal 81 prevent hydraulic oil in the hydraulic passage from leaking out of the base 1.
The base 1 is provided with a third hydraulic passage 4. The output ends of both the first hydraulic passage 54 and the second hydraulic passage 85 are communicated with the input end of the third hydraulic passage 4, and the output end of the third hydraulic passage 4 is communicated with the annular hydraulic chamber 2.
In this embodiment, the annular elastic member 3 is a steel member. The elastic deformation range of the annular elastic part 3 does not need to be too large, and only the workpiece 9 can be inserted into the inserting hole 11 when the oil pressure in the hydraulic channel is low, and the annular elastic part 3 clamps the workpiece 9 under the action of high hydraulic pressure.

The output ends of both the first hydraulic passage 54 and the second hydraulic passage 85 are communicated with the input end of the third hydraulic passage 4, and the output end of the third hydraulic passage 4 is communicated with the annular hydraulic chamber 2.
The cylindrical or annular workpiece 9 is sleeved outside the sleeve shaft 12, and the annular elastic part 3 is externally supported and contacted with the inner wall of the workpiece 9 by utilizing the hydraulic lifting in the annular hydraulic cavity 2, so that the workpiece 9 can be fixed.
