According to the technical scheme, the essential parts are subjected to construction measurement to obtain the essential tolerance before assembly according to the essential parts related to the construction items, the total vehicle tolerance is calculated through fitting according to a size project, so that the conditions of the construction items of the vehicle are grasped in advance, corresponding measures are taken for unqualified items, a large amount of disassembly and repair of the vehicle when the vehicle is unqualified are avoided, and the repair time and the cost waste are saved.

Claims (10)
1. A vehicle payment management and control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a construction and payment item, and determining a plurality of corresponding essential parts according to the construction and payment item;
acquiring the factor tolerance corresponding to each factor part to obtain a plurality of factor tolerances;
calculating a vehicle total tolerance by a plurality of the factor tolerances;
judging whether the total tolerance of the vehicle is smaller than a first preset checking tolerance or not;
and if the total vehicle tolerance is smaller than the first preset inspection tolerance, determining that the payment item is qualified.
2. The vehicle payment management and control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the factor tolerance corresponding to each of the factor parts includes:
determining the part model or the vehicle body structure according to the essential part;
and measuring the factor tolerance by adopting a corresponding measuring tool according to the part model or the vehicle body structure.
3. The vehicle payment management and control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of calculating the vehicle total tolerance by the plurality of factor tolerances is preceded by the step of:
acquiring a standard tolerance corresponding to each essential part;
judging whether the essential tolerance is smaller than the corresponding standard tolerance;
and if the factor tolerance is smaller than the standard tolerance, judging that the factor part is qualified.
4. The vehicle payment management and control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of calculating the vehicle total tolerance by the plurality of factor tolerances includes:
substituting a plurality of factor tolerances into a preset formula;
calculating the total tolerance of the vehicle through the preset formula;
5. The vehicle payment management and control method according to claim 1, wherein, after the step of determining that the payment item is qualified if the total vehicle tolerance is smaller than the first preset inspection tolerance, the method further comprises:
when the total vehicle tolerance is smaller than the first preset inspection tolerance, judging whether the total vehicle tolerance is larger than or equal to a second preset inspection tolerance;
if the total vehicle tolerance is greater than or equal to the second preset inspection tolerance, early warning the payment item;
wherein the first preset inspection tolerance is greater than the second preset inspection tolerance.
6. The vehicle payment management and control method according to claim 5, wherein the second preset inspection tolerance is four fifths of the first preset inspection tolerance.
7. The vehicle payment management and control method according to claim 1, wherein, after the step of determining that the payment item is qualified if the total vehicle tolerance is smaller than the first preset inspection tolerance, the method further comprises:
and if the total vehicle tolerance is greater than or equal to the first preset inspection tolerance, determining that the payment item is unqualified, and sending the vehicle for repair.
8. The vehicle payment management and control method according to claim 1, wherein when the total vehicle tolerance is smaller than the first preset inspection tolerance, the step of qualifying the payment item further comprises:
and storing the essential tolerance, the total vehicle tolerance and the judgment result of the total vehicle tolerance and the first preset inspection tolerance.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a vehicle payment management program is stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the vehicle payment management method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A vehicle payment management and control system, comprising a processor, a memory, and a vehicle payment management and control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the vehicle payment management and control program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the picture processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
