Description

Method and device for prejudging abnormal state of wireless station switch power supply
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of switching power supplies of wireless stations, in particular to an abnormal state prejudging method and device for the switching power supplies of the wireless stations.
Background
The switching power supply is one of important components of a power supply link of the switching power supply of the wireless station, and has the function of converting voltage with one level into voltage or current required by an equipment end through different forms of architectures, so that basic power guarantee is provided for various equipment of the switching power supply of the wireless station. If the switching power supply is in an abnormal state, although the abnormal state does not reach the fault degree, the normal operation of the wireless station is influenced, and when the abnormal state is not found in time for a long time, the fault is developed, so that the power supply and the normal operation of various devices of the switching power supply of the wireless station are seriously influenced. Therefore, relevant fault warning modules of the switching power supply are found and solved in time, normal work of the station is guaranteed, and the method has important significance for improving communication guarantee capacity.
The existing switching power supply equipment and system are provided with a fault alarm module, and when the system is abnormal, the module can automatically report an alarm. However, in an actual operation environment, the switching power supply device is abnormal but reports no alarm, so that the abnormal state is not reported.
The main reasons for failure alarm failure are as follows:
1. the fault alarm module has a fault and cannot play the monitoring and alarming functions;
2. the installation condition of a field circuit is complex, part of module equipment cannot be correctly connected with a fault alarm module, and a monitoring blind area exists;
3. the data acquired by the monitoring acquisition module is inconsistent with the actual data, and the data is abnormal, so that the fault alarm module cannot be triggered to report;
4. the alarm threshold value or alarm condition of the fault alarm module is set strictly, the monitoring data index value cannot reach the alarm level or condition of the fault alarm module, but the equipment cannot actually meet the normal working condition operation interval and has potential abnormal state risk.
Due to the reasons, abnormal states cannot be reported in time, abnormal state sites cannot normally run, normal use of surrounding users is affected, in practice, only after user feedback or manual inspection discovery can be waited, a system initiates a manual dispatching process, and operation conditions of equipment can be finally determined only by manually carrying out on-site inspection on abnormal state equipment. This causes the abnormal state device to be difficult to be found in time, reduces the abnormal state troubleshooting efficiency, and affects the normal operation of the user equipment.
When the abnormal state is checked in the manual station after the order is dispatched, because part of the switching power supplies are still in the running state, only part of abnormal data exists, and the checking efficiency and the checking accuracy are lower only by depending on the on-site manual work to check a plurality of parameters.
