The invention is described in detail below according to fig. 1-14, and the portable nucleic acid sampling room for pharyngeal swab collection of the invention comprises a sampling room body 1, an air supply device 2, a collection window assembly 3, a drawer assembly 4, a slide assembly 5, a pedal assembly 6 and a sampling test tube assembly 7, wherein the air supply device 2 is arranged at the top of the sampling room body 1, and the air supply device 2 is used for supplying air into the sampling room so as to ensure that the indoor air pressure of the sampling room body 1 is greater than the outdoor air pressure;
