The titanium-based zirconium-based alloy oxide layer treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the second slide block (24) slides in an inner position of the second slide groove (23), the press plate (22) slides in an upper position of the material fixing plate (2) through the second slide groove (23) and the second slide block (24), an inner end of the adjusting screw (21) rotates in an upper position of the press plate (22), and an outer end of the adjusting screw (21) rotates in an upper position of the fixing plate (20).

The titanium-based zirconium-based alloy oxide layer treatment device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the scrap collecting box (15) is communicated with the fan (16) through a scrap discharging pipe (17), and the upper side of the first baffle plate (26) is filled with water at the lower end position of the inner side of the second baffle plate (27).
