The sidewall of the hopper 393 defines a blocking space that cooperates with the spacer 392 and communicates with the inlet opening.
Illustratively, the fixing member enters the feeding hole through a pipeline by a feeding mechanism, and the partition sheet 392 is controlled to move by the partition cylinder 391 so as to penetrate or close the feeding hole, so that the fixing member is further controlled to fall in the feeding hole.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the assembling apparatus further includes an automatic switch material moving assembly 400;
the automatic switch moving assembly 400 includes a first moving module 410, a first moving plate 420, a second moving module, a second moving plate 430, and an automatic switch carrying unit 440, wherein the first moving module 410 is disposed on one side of the supporting platform 100 along a first direction, the first moving plate 420 is connected to a moving end of the first moving module 410, the second moving module is disposed on the first moving plate 420 along a second direction, the second moving plate 430 is connected to a moving end of the second moving module, and the automatic switch carrying unit 440 is disposed on the second moving plate 430.
The automatic switch carrying unit 440 includes a driving cylinder 441, a driving rod 442, a fixed clamping block 443, a plurality of hinged toggle pieces 444 and toggle blocks 445, wherein the fixed clamping block 443 has a plurality of hinged toggle pieces 444 disposed on the second moving plate 430 at intervals, the number of the hinged toggle pieces 444 is the same as that of the fixed clamping blocks 443, the hinged toggle pieces 444 are disposed on one side of the fixed clamping block 443, the driving cylinder 441 is disposed on the second moving plate 430 along the second direction, the driving rod 442 is connected to the cylinder shaft of the driving cylinder 441, the driving rod 442 passes through the fixed clamping block 443, the toggle blocks 445 are disposed on the driving rod 442 at intervals, and the toggle blocks 445 are movably matched with one end of the hinged toggle pieces 444 to control the other end of the hinged toggle pieces 444 to approach to or leave from the fixed clamping block 443.
For example, the first moving module 410 is a mechanism for realizing linear movement, and may be a linear motor, a screw transmission mechanism, or a cylinder-driven slider mechanism, which is not limited in this respect. The first moving module 410 moves the automatic switch handling unit 440 along a first direction.
The second moving module is a mechanism for realizing linear movement, and may be a linear motor, a screw rod transmission mechanism, or a cylinder-driven sliding block mechanism, which is not limited herein. Wherein the second moving module realizes that the automatic switch carrying unit 440 moves along the second direction.
In addition, one end of the fixed clamping block 443 extends out of the first clamping portion 4431 towards the carrying platform 100, one end of the hinged poking piece 444 extends out of the second clamping portion 4441 towards the carrying platform 100, and the first clamping portion 4431 and the second clamping portion 4441 cooperate together to be clamped by the descending automatic switch.
Next, a rotating wheel 446 engaged with the dial 445 is provided on the other end of the hinge dial 444. The toggle block 445 has a first contact surface 4442 and a second contact surface 4443, the first contact surface 4442 is connected with the second contact surface 4443, and a second angle is formed between the first contact surface 4442 and the second contact surface 4443.
When the driving cylinder 441 pushes the driving rod 442, the second contact surface 4443 of the toggle block 445 comes into contact with the rotating wheel 446 of the hinge toggle 444, so that the other end of the hinge toggle 444 approaches toward the fixed clamp block 443, thereby clamping the auto switch.
When the driving cylinder 441 pulls the driving rod 442, the first contact surface 4442 of the toggle block 445 comes into contact with the rotating wheel 446 of the hinge toggle 444, and the other end of the hinge toggle 444 is moved away from the fixed clamp block 443. When the first contact surface 4442 of the dial block 445 dials the rotary wheel 446 of the hinge toggle member 444 to a certain extent, the second contact surface 4443 of the dial block 445 faces the rotary wheel 446 of the hinge toggle member 444.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic switch and mounting assembly, comprising:
the bearing platform is arranged along a first preset direction and is provided with a plurality of first through holes;
the suspension assembly comprises a plurality of suspension columns, and the suspension columns are movably arranged in the first through holes in a penetrating manner, so that the suspension columns can extend out of the bearing platform along a third direction;
the fixing piece assembling component comprises a first supporting platform, a second supporting platform, a fixing piece pressing cylinder, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, a fixing piece pressing column and a fixing piece clamping unit, the first supporting platform is arranged on one side of the bearing platform along a second direction, the second supporting platform is arranged on the first supporting platform, the fixing piece clamping unit comprises a plurality of first through holes which are arranged on the first supporting platform corresponding to the first through holes, the fixing piece press-in cylinder is fixed on the second supporting platform along a third direction, the first connecting plate is fixed on a cylinder shaft of the fixing piece press-in cylinder, the second connecting plate is fixed on the first connecting plate, one end of the fixing piece pressing-in column is connected to the second connecting plate, and the other end of the fixing piece pressing-in column movably penetrates through the fixing piece clamping unit;
when a plurality of the hanging columns are hung in the air in the automatic switch, the fixing piece pressing-in cylinder moves the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate, so that the fixing piece pressing-in columns abut against the fixing piece in the fixing piece clamping unit and press the fixing piece into the automatic switch.
2. The assembling apparatus of the automatic switch and the fixing member, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the suspension assembly further comprises a suspension driving cylinder and a third connecting plate, the suspension driving cylinder is disposed at one side of the supporting platform along a third direction, the third connecting plate is fixed on a cylinder shaft of the suspension driving cylinder, the third connecting plate comprises a central connecting portion, a first extending portion, a second extending portion and a third extending portion, the central connecting portion is connected to the suspension driving cylinder, the first extending portion and the second extending portion are disposed at a same end of the central connecting portion, the third extending portion is disposed at another end of the central connecting portion, the first extending portion, the second extending portion and the third extending portion are all disposed with first mounting holes, and the suspension posts are disposed in the first mounting holes.

The assembling device for the automatic switch and the fixing piece according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing piece clamping unit comprises a fourth connecting plate, a fixing piece discharging piece, a feeding connecting pipe, a left clamping block and a right clamping block, the fourth connecting plate is fixed on the first supporting platform, the fixing piece discharging piece is connected onto the fourth connecting plate, the feeding connecting pipe is arranged on the fixing piece discharging piece and used for feeding the fixing piece into the fixing piece discharging piece, the left clamping block and the right clamping block are symmetrically hinged onto the fixing piece discharging piece, one end of the left clamping block and one end of the right clamping block are connected with the fixing piece discharging piece through springs, and the fixing piece pressing column is movably arranged in the fixing piece discharging piece in a penetrating mode.

The automatic switch and fastener assembling device of claim 3, wherein the fastener discharging member has a second through hole and a third through hole, the second through hole penetrates through the fastener discharging member to allow the fastener press-in post to movably penetrate, the third through hole is connected with the second through hole, the feeding connecting pipe is in butt joint with the third through hole, a first accommodating groove is formed in the left clamping block corresponding to the second through hole, a second accommodating groove is formed in the right clamping block corresponding to the second through hole, the first accommodating groove and the second accommodating groove jointly form a fastener accommodating space, and the fastener accommodating space is in a structure with a wide top and a narrow bottom.
5. The automatic switch and fastener assembly as recited in claim 4, wherein a first angle is formed between a central axis of said second aperture and a central axis of said third aperture.
6. The automatic switch and fastener assembly apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fastener assembly further comprises a material separating assembly and a material separating assembly;
the material distribution assembly comprises a material distribution fixing plate, a material distribution cylinder and a material inlet block, the material distribution fixing plate is fixed on the second supporting platform, two opposite ends of the material distribution fixing plate extend out of a separation part, each separation part is provided with two separation interfaces, each separation interface corresponds to a fixing part clamping unit, the material distribution cylinder is arranged on the material distribution fixing plate along a second direction, the material inlet block is connected to a cylinder shaft of the material distribution cylinder, and two opposite ends of the material inlet block are respectively provided with material passing holes communicated with the separation interfaces;
the material separating component is arranged corresponding to the material passing hole.

The automatic switch and fastener assembly apparatus of claim 6, wherein the material separating assembly comprises a material separating cylinder, a material separating plate, a material storage device and a material discharging port, the material storage device is fixed on one side of the material feeding block, a material feeding hole is formed in the material storage device in a longitudinal direction, the material discharging port is arranged at one end of the material storage device close to the material feeding block and communicated with the material feeding hole, the material discharging port is respectively arranged corresponding to the material passing hole, the material separating cylinder is arranged on one side of the material storage device, and an output end of the material separating cylinder is connected with the material separating plate to extend into the material storage device to separate the material feeding hole.
8. The automatic switch and fastener assembly of claim 7, wherein the hopper has a sidewall defining a blocking space for engaging the spacer, the blocking space being in communication with the inlet opening.
9. The automatic switch and fastener assembly of claim 1 further comprising an automatic switch transfer assembly;
the automatic switch material moving assembly comprises a first moving module, a first moving plate, a second moving module, a second moving plate and an automatic switch carrying unit, the first moving module is arranged on one side of the bearing platform along a first direction, the first moving plate is connected to the moving end of the first moving module, the second moving module is arranged on the first moving plate along a second direction, the second moving plate is connected to the moving end of the second moving module, and the automatic switch carrying unit is arranged on the second moving plate.
