Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-allergy soothing foundation formula rich in yeast fermentation broth Suferm PO and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sensitive skin refers to a high-response state of the skin under physiological or pathological conditions, mainly occurs on the face, and is clinically manifested by subjective symptoms such as burning, stabbing pain, itching and tightness of the skin easily appearing when the skin is stimulated by physical, chemical and mental factors, and objective signs such as erythema, scaling and telangiectasia are accompanied or not accompanied. With the increasing environmental pollution and the increasing mental stress, the neurotensin can be reflexively released, thereby triggering sensitive skin.
The report shows that Chinese sensitive muscle women account for 36% of global sensitive muscle women, are mainly mild women bearing urban living pressure and generally make up at high frequency, and the skin sensitivity of more than seven sensitive muscle women is weak or mild. For a long time, people with sensitive muscles, which account for more than 30% of the population, have been choosing between making up and not making up. Sensitive muscle women choose cosmetics most care should be taken whether the product is safe and non-irritating to the skin. The attention degree of the people with sensitive muscles to the mild components of the product is positively correlated with the skin sensitivity degree.
In the previous sensitive muscle make-up process, due to the sensitive body feeling of skin, most of traditional commercially available base make-up products have the discomfort of 'face pricking', 'acne smothering', 'reddish pruritus' and the like, and meanwhile, the thick and heavy floating powder is more normal based on the common skin state of the sensitive muscle.
Because the inventor of the application provides a one-stop solution for selecting the foundation for the people with sensitive muscles, the anti-allergy and soothing foundation formula which is mild, soothing and rich in yeast fermentation liquor Suferm PO is created through different matching designs and technologies while solving the traditional pain points.

The base makeup formula has certain scrutiny in the aspects of safety of raw material selection, integral matching of the formula and the like, and particularly deionized water in the formula is replaced by yeast fermentation liquor Supferm PO to form an anhydrous formula, so that the Supferm PO can effectively inhibit over-expression of KLK7 and reduce inflammation; adding anti-allergy soothing agent BLUSH Ol oectif to protect the keratinocyte from being damaged by pollutants and ultraviolet rays; by alleviating the response of the inflammatory factor, siren IL-1 α, the amount of IL1- α on the skin tissue is significantly reduced. The formula has good applicability to common skin, is friendly to sensitive muscles, solves the problem that the sensitive muscles are difficult to select base makeup products, and can meet the requirements of current consumers on skin nourishing base makeup.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the invention has the unique characteristics of safety, reliability, no allergic component and being friendly to people with sensitive muscles; secondly, the deionized water is completely replaced by yeast fermentation broth Supferm PO, and the yeast fermentation broth Supferm PO comprises yeast/potato extract fermentation product filtrate, 1, 2-hexanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone. Kallikrein (KLK) is a member of the serine protease family, and in particular KLK7, expressed in large amounts in the human epidermis plays an important role in maintaining normal physiological activities of the skin. Studies have shown that Atopic Dermatitis (AD), an inflammatory skin-like disease closely related to genetics, is closely linked to an increase in the activity of KLK7 in the epidermis. There is no cure for atopic dermatitis, and KLK7 is a potential drug target for treating atopic dermatitis, so that the development of KLK7 inhibitors will help to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of inflammatory skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis. And the yeast fermentation broth Supferm PO can effectively inhibit over-expression of KLK7, reduce inflammation and greatly help human bodies. Mixing with anti-allergy soothing agent BLUSH Ol oectif including rape (Brassica CAMPESTRIS) seed oil, Polygonum TINCTORIUM (Polygonum TINCTORIUM) leaf extract, and Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS (Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS) leaf extract, and protecting keratinocyte from pollutant and ultraviolet ray; by relieving the reaction of inflammatory factor siren IL-1 alpha, the quantity of IL 1-alpha on skin tissues is obviously reduced, and the skin cream has good anti-inflammatory and soothing capabilities, promotes the appearance health of skin and can improve the skin state of people with sensitive muscles.
Moreover, the invention has unique matching in formula design: firstly, the water-in-silicone oil emulsifier is selected, and a formula system mainly containing silicone oil is adopted, so that the skin feeling is fresh and cool compared with the traditional water-in-oil system, the spreadability is good, and the phenomenon of heavy acne is not easy to occur; secondly, the invention selects the matching of two film forming agents, wherein one film forming agent is an acrylic acid (ester) film forming agent, and the presented film is a soft film; one is MQ resin film forming agent, and the presented film is hard film. The soft film is matched with the hard film, so that the air permeability is good, and the skin sticking performance is good; thirdly, the invention selects two types of titanium dioxide with different particle sizes to match, and the titanium dioxide with large particle size is the main titanium dioxide, so that the invention has good concealing effect; the small-particle-size titanium dioxide is used as an auxiliary material, and the effect of full coverage and no gap is required in the cosmetic effect.
Therefore, the base make-up formula disclosed by the invention is integrally matched in terms of raw material selection and sensory experience, has the advantages of better mildness, safety, skin friendliness, no irritation, simple preparation method, wide application range and the like.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
The test materials adopted by the invention are all common commercial products and can be purchased in the market. The BLUSH oeactatif comprises rape (Brassica CAMPESTRIS) seed oil, Polygonum TINCTORIUM (Polygonum TINCTORIUM) leaf extract, and Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS (Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS) leaf extract, and has effects of relieving inflammatory reaction of siren IL-1 alpha, reducing skin redness, and promoting skin appearance health. The Supferm PO comprises yeast/potato extract fermentation product filtrate, 1, 2-hexanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone, can effectively inhibit over-expression of KLK7, and reduces inflammation.
The preparation method of Supferm PO used in the following examples was: preparing a potato fermentation substrate and saccharomycetes as fermentation substrates, inoculating 10g of saccharomycetes C-SFF-9 bacterial liquid (the saccharomycetes is a saccharomyces cerevisiae strain with the preservation number of CGMCC 17452) into 300g of the potato fermentation substrate, and performing fermentation culture for 36 hours under the conditions of 25 ℃ and stirring at the rotating speed of 170 rpm; transferring the prepared material into a centrifuge, centrifuging for 30min at the rotation speed of 4000rpm, collecting supernatant, and sterilizing the supernatant for 30min at 90 ℃; and (4) after sterilization, cooling, and mixing with a preservative at 70 ℃ to obtain the target product Suferm PO.
The preparation process of the BLUSH Ol oactif comprises the following steps: after harvesting the Polygonum tinctorium leaves, soaking the Polygonum tinctorium leaves in water for several hours to several days, and then filtering the solution to obtain blue filter residues; drying the filter residue until the water content is 10%, and grinding at low temperature to obtain blue powder. Mixing the powder with rapeseed oil, under the protection of nitrogen, generating external stress and internal stress under the action of high-energy microwave and low-energy ultrasonic wave, breaking plant cell wall, and extracting active ingredients efficiently. And then the target product BLUSH Oloectif is obtained by micro-pore filtration.
