When the intelligent walking stick is applied specifically, the intelligent walking stick can be processed by combining with actual conditions, if the monitoring data of the acceleration sensor, the gyroscope and the pressure sensor are all located at the edge of the data range initially set by the memory module, and whether the intelligent walking stick falls down or not can not be accurately judged, the signal controller of the intelligent walking stick sends out a control signal, and the audible and visual alarm is automatically started after a certain time. If the user does not fall or does not need help, the intelligent walking stick can be picked up in a set time or the audible and visual alarm is turned off manually, otherwise, the user is judged to have fallen and needs help, audible and visual alarm is continuously carried out, and information is sent to a guardian. If the intelligent walking stick is picked up within the set time, the monitoring data of the gyroscope and the pressure sensor are in the data range initially set by the memory module within the set time, the signal controller sends a signal, and the audible and visual alarm is automatically turned off; otherwise, the audible and visual alarm is continuously turned on until the audible and visual alarm is manually turned off manually.
The heart rate monitoring in the invention: most early heart attacks and strokes are preventable and early detection of early treatment is critical. The symptoms of palpitation, chest distress, chest pain, dizziness or syncope which seem to be out of sight are likely to be distress signals sent by the heart, and many patients miss the optimal treatment opportunity due to the great tendency. Continuous heart rate monitoring facilitates early detection of abnormalities. The intelligent walking stick mainly adopts the existing heart rate monitoring module to realize the heart rate monitoring function. The heart rate monitoring module converts the light intensity of the pulsatility change along with the heart beat into an electric signal, calculates again to obtain the heart rate, and transmits the heart rate information to the APP matched with the user through the Bluetooth module for displaying. When the monitoring data of heart rate monitoring module is not in the data range of prestoring, signal controller sends alarm signal to through bluetooth module with abnormal heart rate information send to the supporting APP of user, remind the user in time to pay close attention to the heart rate information unusual, meanwhile GPS location communication module and mobile communication module with user's real-time position information and abnormal heart rate information send to the supporting APP of user's guardian.
Obstacle detection in the present invention: for some users with weak vision or sluggish reaction, obstruction detection and advance warning help them better avoid obstacles in travel. The intelligent walking stick mainly adopts the ultrasonic sensing module to realize the function of obstacle detection. The ultrasonic waves can generate obvious reflection when contacting impurities or interfaces to form reflection echoes, and the distance of the obstacle can be calculated according to the transmitting/receiving time of the ultrasonic waves. When the distance between the detected front obstacle and the user is smaller than the threshold value prestored in the memory, the vibrator is started to vibrate for reminding, and the vibration is strengthened along with the shortening of the distance.
The information card holder and the first-aid medicine box of the invention: considering that some users need to take emergency medicines in time when certain diseases are acute (such as angina) or the patients with Alzheimer's disease may get lost, the intelligent walking stick is provided with a first-aid medicine box and an emergency information card holder. The emergency medicine box is convenient for a user to carry emergency medicines, and the emergency information card holder is convenient for marking information such as the use method of the emergency medicines and emergency contacts for the user to need from time to time. The obstacle detection and reminding function, the LED breathing lamp function, the audible and visual alarm and the loudspeaker function are started by default, and can be closed through the matched APP according to the requirements of users.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1, in the invention, an information card holder 10 is arranged at the upper end of a walking stick rod 1 and is mainly used for inserting a user information card, the back of the information card can record user information and a medicine use instruction in a portable medicine box according to needs, the user information can include self information and a guardian emergency contact way in detail, for example, a heart disease patient can place heart disease emergency medicines such as heart-saving pills in an emergency medicine box 6, and place the information card in the information card holder to indicate related information such as an emergency medicine use method and the like for passers to look up in emergency, and the information card holder uses bright colors to indicate that the emergency information is available at the position for inquiry; the stick rod 1 is also adhered with a light reflecting strip 12 which is used for reflecting light at night, thereby playing a certain warning role for people nearby, improving the safety of a user in a dark place or walking at night, and being convenient for the user to find the intelligent stick; a height adjusting hole 13 is arranged below the walking stick rod 1, and the length of the walking stick can be adjusted according to different users and different using modes by combining a telescopic fixing buckle 19 so as to better meet different requirements of the users; the walking stick rod 1 and the walking stick foot pad 15 are connected through a foot pad rotating buckle 14; the walking stick foot pad 15 can be changed into different types according to different requirements of users, so that the application range is increased, for example, a person who pursues lightness can be changed into a single foot pad, and a person who pursues lightness can be changed into an umbrella foot pad in rainy days; the front end of the walking stick handle 2 is provided with a rotatable illuminating lamp 5 which can rotate within an upper and lower 45-degree range, different light adjustments are provided, an illuminating function can be provided when light is insufficient, the light requirements of different occasions can be met, and the illuminating lamp can be turned on and off through an illuminating lamp switch button 16; the MP3 player equipment arranged on the side surface of the handle can be turned on by using the MP3 player switch button 3 and the MP3 player adjusting button 4 on the front side of the walking stick handle 2 to obtain entertainment and life information; an emergency help-seeking button 8 and an audible and visual alarm 9 are arranged at the position, close to the crutch rod 1, of the crutch handle 2, if an emergency situation occurs, a user can continuously press the emergency help-seeking button 8 twice to give an alarm for help, the audible and visual alarm 9 and a loudspeaker 011 are automatically started to ask for help to surrounding people, and meanwhile help-seeking alarm information is automatically sent to a guardian; the emergency help-seeking button 8 adopts a groove-shaped design, so that the emergency help-seeking button 8 is prevented from being touched accidentally to start an emergency help-seeking function when a walking stick is placed, and the button can be conveniently found by blind touch to seek emergency help when vision is limited; a portable hanging rope 11 is arranged below the handle of the walking stick, the portable hanging rope can be sleeved on the wrist of the user to prevent the walking stick from falling off, the falling detection error report caused by the falling of the walking stick from the hand of the user is avoided, and the walking stick is conveniently hung to avoid being knocked down when the walking stick is kept still; the right side of the intelligent walking stick handle 2 is provided with the breathing lamp 7, soft light is emitted at night by default, a user can conveniently find the walking stick and can also remind other people to avoid mistakenly touching the walking stick, the electric quantity condition of the intelligent walking stick can be prompted by the color of the breathing lamp, and the breathing lamp can be turned on or turned off through the APP according to the preference of the user; 2 rear ends of intelligence stick handle are equipped with first aid medicine box 6, adopt the cavity design, open the buckle and can open the medicine box, under the medicine box circumstances of opening, the tablet of depositing in the medicine box can all be guaranteed in the rotatory certain angle within range of stick does not drop, and some users that suffer from the Parkinson's disease also can be guaranteed to this kind of medicine box and take out the medicine smoothly.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the invention, an illuminating lamp switch button 16 and a heart rate monitor 17 are arranged above the handle 2 of the walking stick, so that a user can conveniently monitor the heart rate in real time and display the heart rate in a matched APP, and if the heart rate is abnormal, an alarm can be given at the first time and information can be transmitted to a guardian. A height adjusting hole 13 is arranged below the walking stick rod 1, and the length of the walking stick can be adjusted according to different users and different using modes by combining a telescopic fixing buckle 19 so as to better meet different requirements of the users;
when the electric quantity of the intelligent walking stick is sufficient, the breathing lamp 7 is displayed as green; when the electric quantity of the intelligent walking stick is insufficient, the breathing lamp 7 turns red to prompt that the intelligent walking stick needs to be charged in time; the breathing light 7 red light is flashing when charging. If the user continuously presses the emergency help-seeking button 8, the audible and visual alarm 9 is automatically turned on, the loudspeaker 011 sends out 'please help me' to remind surrounding people to help, and simultaneously, the emergency help-seeking information and the real-time position information are displayed in a matched APP and sent to a guardian; if the user is judged to have a falling behavior according to the data monitored by the gyroscope 004, the pressure sensor 002 and the acceleration sensor 003, the audible and visual alarm 9 is automatically turned on, and simultaneously, falling information and the information of the geographical position of the user are automatically displayed in a matched APP in real time and sent to a monitor; if the user does not fall down or does not need help from others, the audible and visual alarm 9 and the loudspeaker 011 can be manually turned off by pressing the emergency help button 8 once. If an obstacle is detected in front by the ultrasonic sensing module 006 and the distance is less than a preset threshold value of 0.8 m, the vibrator 013 gives a vibration prompt, and the closer to the obstacle, the stronger the vibration is.
The working principle is as follows:
GPS orientation module 010 mainly used acquires the real-time positional information at intelligent stick place, and through current mobile communication network, positioning accuracy is higher, and speed is very fast, and user's guardian can learn user place geographical positional information in real time through the supporting APP of intelligent stick.
The ultrasonic sensing module 006 is used to implement an obstacle detection function. The ultrasonic waves can generate obvious reflection when contacting impurities or interfaces to form reflection echoes, and the distance of the obstacle can be calculated according to the transmitting/receiving time of the ultrasonic waves. When the distance between the detected front obstacle and the user is smaller than the threshold value prestored in the memory, the vibrator is started to vibrate for reminding, and vibration is increased along with the shortening of the distance.
The acceleration sensor 003, the gyroscope 004 and the pressure sensor 002 collect data, the data are analyzed through the processor module 001 and stored in the memory module 008, and after the acceleration monitoring data of the intelligent walking stick of a user and the angle data and pressure data of the gyroscope are detected to be changed, the acceleration monitoring data and the angle data and the pressure data of the gyroscope are compared with a data range prestored in the memory module 008 to judge whether the intelligent walking stick falls down. If the walking stick falls down due to the action of external force when the walking stick is placed statically, the walking stick can be judged not to be used because no pressure is detected before the walking stick falls down, and therefore the user cannot be judged to fall down; when the user horizontally places the intelligent walking stick, the monitoring data of the acceleration sensor 003 is in the data range initially set by the memory module 008, so that it can be judged that no falling behavior occurs; when a user vertically waves the intelligent walking stick or taps the ground at a higher speed, the angle data of the gyroscope 004 is in the data range initially set by the memory module 008, so that the user can judge that the falling behavior does not occur; when the user falls with the intelligent walking stick, the monitoring data of the acceleration sensor 003, the gyroscope 004 and the pressure sensor 002 all exceed the data range initially set by the memory module 008, so that the falling behavior of the user can be judged. In the concrete application, can combine actual conditions to handle, if acceleration sensor 003, gyroscope 004 and pressure sensor 002's monitoring data all are in memory module 008 initial settings's data range edge, because of can't accurate judgement whether take place the action of tumbleing, at this moment intelligent stick's signal controller 007 sends control signal, opens audible-visual annunciator 9 automatically after the certain time. If the user does not fall or does not need help, the intelligent walking stick can be picked up in a set time or the audible and visual alarm 9 can be turned off manually, otherwise, the user is judged to fall and needs help, audible and visual alarm is continuously carried out, and information is sent to a guardian. If the intelligent walking stick is picked up within a set time, monitoring data of the gyroscope 004 and the pressure sensor 002 are in a data range initially set by the memory module 008 within the set time, and the signal controller 007 sends a signal to automatically turn off the audible and visual alarm 9; otherwise, the audible and visual alarm 9 is continuously turned on until the audible and visual alarm 9 is manually turned off.
When the falling behavior is judged, the invention adopts an online and offline double-help calling mode to start double guarantees. Signal controller 007 of intelligence stick will send signal, opens audible-visual annunciator 9 and speaker 011, attracts people around to notice to and obtain the help in time, meanwhile through bluetooth module 005 with alarm information transmission to the supporting APP of user on, GPS location communication module 010 sends user place geographical position information to supporting APP, and send alarm information to the supporting APP of user's guardian through mobile communication module 009 on.
The emergency help button 8 can realize the emergency help function, and the signal controller 007 sends a control signal by continuously pressing the emergency help button 8 twice, so that the audible and visual alarm 9 and the loudspeaker 011 are turned on, and meanwhile, emergency help information is sent to the guardian. If the emergency help-seeking button 8 is touched by mistake, the audible and visual alarm 9 can be closed by pressing the emergency help-seeking button 8 again under the opening state of the audible and visual alarm 9, and the emergency help-seeking is cancelled.
The heart rate monitoring module converts the light intensity which changes with the pulsatility of the heart beat into an electric signal, and then calculates to obtain the heart rate. The heart rate monitor emits light to the skin, and converts received optical signals into electric signals through a photoelectric receiving tube at a receiving end. Because the absorption of skin, muscle, skeletal tissue and the like to light is basically kept unchanged, the blood volume in the skin is pulsated and changed under the action of the heart, when the heart contracts, the peripheral blood volume is the largest, the light absorption amount is the largest, and the detected light intensity is the smallest; the opposite is true when the heart is in diastole, the detected light intensity is maximum, so that the electric signal converted by the light intensity received by the photoelectric receiver is in pulsatile change along with the contraction and the diastole of the heart, and the change of the volume pulse blood flow is reflected. And obtaining the corresponding heart rate according to the number of wave crests of the PPG signal within a certain time. Assuming that the time of continuous sampling t seconds, the number of peaks in t seconds is N, and then the heart rate value is calculated to be N x 60/t. The calculated heart rate value is stored in the memory module 008 and transmitted to the APP of the user mobile terminal through the bluetooth module 005.
When the monitoring data of heart rate monitoring module is not in the data range that memory module 008 prestores, can arouse signal controller 007 to send alarm signal to send the abnormal information of rhythm of the heart to the supporting APP of user through bluetooth module 005, remind the user in time to pay close attention to the information of rhythm of the heart unusual, meanwhile GPS location communication module 010 and mobile communication module 009 send the real-time position information of user and the abnormal information of rhythm of the heart to the supporting APP of user's guardian.
In conclusion, the intelligent walking stick device provided by the invention can provide functions of walking assistance, falling detection, obstacle detection, heart rate monitoring, emergency medicine storage, real-time positioning, illumination, player and the like, can be used for emergently seeking help and giving an alarm when an abnormality occurs, has functions of manual alarm, automatic alarm, remote alarm and false alarm removal, enriches the alarm diversity, and effectively improves the intelligent degree and the false alarm prevention performance of the alarm. Through the binding of matched APP and information, the guardian can acquire the distress alarm information and the real-time position information of the user at the first time so as to take corresponding measures in time, thereby better providing the guardianship auxiliary service for the user.

The smart cane of claim 1 wherein the cane body has an ultrasonic sensing module (006) disposed therein; the ultrasonic wave detection and reminding device comprises an ultrasonic wave sensing module (006), a processor module (001), a signal controller module (007), a memory module (008) and a vibrator (013), wherein the ultrasonic wave sensing module (006) transmits ultrasonic waves to the front, the ultrasonic waves are transmitted in the air and immediately return when encountering obstacles on the way, and the ultrasonic wave transmitting time and the time of receiving reflected waves by an ultrasonic wave receiver are recorded; the processor module (001) calculates the distance between the obstacle and the intelligent walking stick according to the ultrasonic wave transmitting/reflected wave receiving time; an alarm threshold value is prestored in the memory module (008), when the distance between the detected front obstacle and the intelligent walking stick is smaller than the threshold value prestored in the memory, the signal controller (007) sends a signal to start the vibrator to prompt that the front obstacle exists, and the vibration is strengthened along with the shortening of the distance to remind a user of avoiding the front obstacle as soon as possible; the vibrator (013) vibrates to remind the front obstacle.
7. The intelligent walking stick according to claim 1, characterized in that the walking stick rod (1) is provided with an information card holder (10), a light reflecting strip (12) and a height adjusting hole (13) from top to bottom;
a breathing lamp (7) is arranged on the right side surface of the walking stick handle (2);
an MP3 player switch button (3) and an MP3 player adjusting button (4) are arranged in front of the side of the walking stick handle (2);
a rotatable illuminating lamp (5) is arranged in front of the walking stick handle (2);
an illuminating lamp switch button (16) is arranged above the walking stick handle (2);
a first-aid medicine box (6) is arranged at the lateral rear part of the walking stick handle (2);
a hanging rope (11) is arranged below the walking stick handle (2);
the first-aid medicine box (6) is designed in an embedded mode, and the medicine box is opened or tightly covered through a medicine box cover buckle on the walking stick handle (2); the medicine box cover is opened downwards and can only be opened at a certain angle, so that a hand can conveniently stretch into the medicine box from the upper part to take the medicine; the medicine box is a storage space with an upward opening when being opened to the maximum state, and the medicine stored in the medicine box can not fall off by normal inclination when the walking stick is used.

The smart cane of claim 1 wherein the memory module (008) is for storing basic data required for monitoring and for buffering dynamic monitoring data generated during monitoring; the basic data are an initially set fall acceleration threshold, a dump angle threshold, a pressure change threshold, an obstacle distance threshold and a normal heart rate range.
10. The smart cane of claim 1 wherein the audible and visual alarm (9), speaker (011) and vibrator (013) are triggered by the signal sent from the signal controller (007).
