As shown in fig. 1-12, an automatic water supply device for livestock breeding is specifically disclosed, in which a vertical measuring cylinder 30 is welded on the right side of a water storage tank, slot holes penetrating through the front and back and vertical direction are respectively formed on the front and back sides of the measuring cylinder 30, so that water in the water storage tank can flow into the measuring cylinder 30 through the slot holes, a vertical fixing cylinder 31 is welded in a control chamber 7, a vertical sliding rod 32 is arranged in the fixing cylinder 31, the upper end of the sliding rod 32 penetrates through the control chamber 7 and is inserted into the measuring cylinder 30, a floating ball 33 is bonded on the upper end of the sliding rod 32, the floating ball 33 is made of foam material and can float on the water surface of the water storage chamber 2, a distance sensor 34 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the fixing cylinder 31, the distance sensor 34 comprises a transmitting part arranged at the lower end of the sliding rod 32 and a receiving part arranged at the upper end of the fixing cylinder 31, the height position of the sliding rod 32 is monitored by the distance sensor 34, and then measure the position of floater 33, reachd the water yield in the water storage chamber 2 then, when the water yield is not enough, start into water solenoid valve 25 through control module 8 and supply water to the water storage chamber 2, be convenient for realize the automatic water supply to basin 6.
The working principle of the device is as follows: this device is when using, it is regional to remove the water supply in place with this device, and fix this device through universal wheel 27, communicate inlet opening and the water pipe of feed water tank 1 upper end, can carry out the water injection to the water storage chamber 2 this moment, to the water level rising in the water storage chamber 2, drive floater 33 risees, floater 33 drives slide bar 32 upwards to slide, the displacement position of slide bar 32 is monitored to the distance monitor, when slide bar 32 removes to suitable position, control module 8 controls water inlet solenoid valve 25 and closes, stop to filling water in the water storage chamber 2 this moment, control module 8 controls water outlet solenoid valve 4 and pours water into to basin 6 through apopore 5, torque sensor 10 monitors the weight of basin 6 simultaneously, when reaching basin and being full of 6, water outlet solenoid valve 4 closes, the full of water can supply the animal to quote in basin 6 this moment, when torque sensor 10 monitors the weight of basin 6 and reduces to a certain threshold (namely the water yield in basin 6 does not When the water is sufficient), the control module 8 controls the water outlet electromagnetic valve 4 to inject water into the water tank 6, if the water tank 6 needs to be washed and cleaned, at the moment, the control module 8 controls the driving motor 11 to start, the driving motor 11 drives the rotating rod 12 to rotate, the rotating rod 12 drives the inserting column 16 to rotate, the inserting column 16 drives the fixed rod 14 to rotate, the fixed rod 14 drives the driving gear 13 to rotate, the driving gear 13 drives the driven gear 17 to rotate, the driven gear 17 drives the rotating shaft 9 to rotate, the rotating shaft 9 drives the torque sensor 10 to rotate, and the torque sensor 10 drives the water tank 6 to rotate, when the insert post 16 is rotated to the uppermost end, the fixing lever 14 is swung to the uppermost side, the water tank 6 is positioned at a horizontal position, when the post 16 is rotated to the lowermost end, the fixing bar 14 is swung to the lowermost side and the water tank 6 is swung to the lowermost side, at which time it can be flushed.

The automatic water supply equipment for livestock breeding according to claim 1, wherein a left and right axial rotating shaft (9) is rotatably connected in the water supply tank (1), torque sensors (10) are fixedly connected to the left and right sides of the rotating shaft (9), the outer sides of the two torque sensors (10) are fixedly connected with the water tank (6), and the two torque sensors (10) are electrically connected with the control module (8).

The automatic water supply equipment for livestock breeding according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor (11), a rotating rod (12), a driving gear (13), a fixing rod (14), a sliding groove (15), an inserting column (16), a driven gear (17) and a pressure spring (18), the driving motor (11) is arranged in the control cavity (7) in the left-right direction, the rotating rod (12) is coaxially arranged at the output end of the driving motor (11) in the up-down direction, the driving gear (13) is rotatably connected to the left side in the control cavity (7), the fixing rod (14) is fixedly connected to the right end of the driving gear (13), the sliding groove (15) which is through from left to right is arranged on the fixing rod (14), the inserting column (16) which is inserted into the sliding groove (15) and can slide in the sliding groove (15) is arranged on the rotating rod (12), the left side fixedly connected with of pivot (9) and driven gear (17) of driving gear (13) meshing, axial pressure spring (18) about the rear side of dwang (12) is equipped with, the lower extreme and control chamber (7) fixed connection of pressure spring (18).
4. The automatic water supply equipment for livestock breeding according to claim 1, wherein a limiting groove capable of limiting the swing angle of the water tank (6) is formed on the lower side of the water supply tank (1), and the bottom of the inner side of the water tank (6) is arc-shaped.
