In addition, the side surfaces of the two limiting tables 2214 are respectively provided with an in-place prompting protrusion 2215, and the inner side wall of the through hole of the fixing block 223 is provided with an in-place prompting groove 2232, so that on one hand, the locking position of the lock cylinder is positioned, and the lock cylinder is prevented from loosening; on the other hand, under the condition that the inside of the lockset cannot be seen, an operator can master the lock cylinder rotation in-place condition by sensing the vibration or sound when the in-place prompt protrusion 2215 is clamped into the in-place prompt groove 2232.

Because the back of the LED display panel is provided with the plug panel 13, in order to avoid the plug panel 13, the plug panel 13 is more conveniently electrically connected with the power supply control box 4, and the power supply control box 4 is arranged at the adjacent position of two LED display panels.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the power control box 4 is also mounted and fixed by the longitudinal reference member 21, that is, two ends of the power control box 4 are respectively mounted and connected with the longitudinal reference members 21 at two ends of the LED display panel 1, so that the power control box 4 does not need to be directly attached to the LED display panel 1, and a heat dissipation gap is formed between the two to prevent the LED display panel 1 from being affected by heat generated by the power control box 4. For this purpose, it is necessary to ensure the positional stability of the fastening nut 44 after it is moved in place in the tightening slot 2122, so that the elastic piece 441 is provided at the side thereof, the elastic piece 441 is bent toward the bottom of the tightening slot, and a catching slot 442 is further provided on the slot bottom plate 2123 for catching the end of the elastic piece 441 so that the elastic piece 441 is always kept in a tightened state to always press the fastening nut 44 against the notch of the tightening slot 2122 to prevent it from sliding freely along the tightening slot. As described above in the description of the LED display panel structure, the power control box 4 is provided with a signal power collinear jack for connecting a cable of the jack panel 13 on the LED display panel 1. Generally, the power control box 4 can be disposed in the middle of a group of LED display panels, and signal power collinear sockets are disposed on the upper and lower sides, so that cables of the LED display panels on the upper and lower sides are connected to the power control box.

Then, the lock cylinder 221 sleeved with the lock cylinder sleeve 222 is placed into the opening on the heat insulation plate 1112 and penetrates through the through hole on the fixing block 223 until the end of the lock cylinder 221 is inserted into the hole on the mounting plate 1111. Then, two pushing screws 224 are inserted through the screw holes on the heat insulation plate 1112 to be tightly connected with the fixing blocks 223. At this time, one end of the key cylinder 221 is limited by the key cylinder sleeve 222, and the other end is limited by the two pushing screws 224, that is, the key cylinder 221 has been stably assembled to the LED display panel. The four locks are sequentially installed, and the positioning column 23 is directly connected with a threaded hole formed in the panel main body through threads arranged at the end part of the positioning column. Finally, the sealing pieces 112 are inserted into two ends of the aluminum profile plate body 111 and fixed by screws, and the insertion panel 13 is mounted to the opening at the back of the panel body through screws, so that the assembly of the single LED display panel is completed. Of course, the assembly process is certainly completed before shipping, and is not reassembled on site.
Secondly, a plurality of LED display panels are longitudinally assembled. The front surfaces of the LED display panels are downward, the LED display panels are sequentially laid on a horizontal plane in an aligned mode, and it is ensured that the locking block 2211 on the lock cylinder 221 of each LED display panel faces to the longitudinal splicing direction. Then, the positioning holes on the longitudinal reference member 21 are aligned with the positioning posts 23 on the back of the LED display panel to tightly attach the longitudinal reference member 21 to the back of the LED display panel, and then a hexagon socket wrench is used to insert the hexagon socket hole at the end of the key cylinder 221 through the holes on the bottom plate 2123 in the groove of the longitudinal reference member, so as to rotate the key cylinder, so that the lock 2211 block of the key cylinder presses the longitudinal reference member 21 on the LED display panel. And sequentially completing the locking work of all the locksets, and installing longitudinal reference parts 21 at the two ends of the LED display panel. Finally, the power control box 4 is mounted to the back of one LED display panel group, and the cable on each patch panel 13 is plugged into the power control box. So far, the assembly of one LED display panel is completed. Generally, the assembling process also needs to be completed before leaving the factory so as to avoid the influence of the environment of the display screen installation site, reduce the installation procedures of the installation site as much as possible and improve the installation efficiency of the site.
Of course, the size of the LED display panel group can be adjusted only by changing the number of the LED display panels and matching with the longitudinal reference component with the corresponding length, and the use is flexible.
