Detailed Description
It should be noted that the following detailed description is exemplary and is intended to provide further explanation of the disclosure. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs.
It is noted that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of example embodiments according to the present disclosure. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, and it should be understood that when the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" are used in this specification, they specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or combinations thereof, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
The embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict.
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more clearly understood, the following detailed description of the present disclosure is made with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a sharing method of a shared object in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, a method for sharing a shared object in a specific embodiment of the present disclosure includes the following steps:
step 101, receiving a recording block establishment instruction of a first user, and setting a recording block in a shared object according to the recording block establishment instruction.
In the technical scheme of the disclosure, when a record block establishing instruction of a first user is received, it indicates that the first user needs to establish a new record block in a shared object. Therefore, the record block can be set in the corresponding shared object according to the received record block establishment instruction of the first user. Thus, the first user is the user who creates the recording block.
In addition, as an example, in one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, a corresponding recording block flag may be further set for the recording block. The recording block can be uniquely identified by the recording block mark, thereby distinguishing the recording block from other recording blocks.
In addition, the technical scheme of the disclosure can be applied to various shared objects which can be commonly used by a plurality of collaborators.
For example, in one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the shared object may be a shared document, a shared code library, a shared database, or the like, or may be another object that can be shared by multiple collaborators.
In addition, in the technical solution of the present disclosure, the recording block establishment instruction of the first user may be received in various ways.
For example, in one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the first user may directly input the record block creation identifier in the shared object. Accordingly, the receiving of the recording block establishment instruction of the first user may include: and receiving a record block establishment identifier input in the shared object by the first user.
For example, the first user may directly input the record block creation identifier in the shared object through a device such as a client or an editor, and thus, the record block creation identifier may be received through the device such as the client or the editor.
For another example, in a possible embodiment of the present disclosure, a record block control may be set in the shared object in advance, and the first user may input the record block establishment instruction by clicking the record block control or by dragging and dropping the record block control to a position of the shared object where a record block needs to be inserted. Accordingly, a record block setup instruction of the first user may be received through the record block control.
For another example, in a possible implementation manner of the present disclosure, an option of a new recording block may be set in a right mouse button option directory appearing when a right mouse button is clicked in the shared object in advance, and the first user may input a recording block creation instruction by clicking the option of the new recording block. Therefore, the recording block establishing instruction of the first user can be received through the option of the new recording block in the right mouse button option directory.
In addition, in the technical solution of the present disclosure, after receiving the recording block establishment instruction, the recording block may be established or set through a variety of implementation methods.
For example, in one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the setting a record block in the shared object may include:
and inserting a record block at the specified position of the shared object according to the record block establishing instruction.
Further, as an example, in one possible implementation manner of the present disclosure, the setting of the corresponding recording block flag for the recording block may include: and respectively setting preset recording block marks at the head and the tail of the recording block.
For example, in one possible implementation of the present disclosure, the specific location of the record block inserted in the shared object may be carried in the record block creating instruction. Therefore, after receiving the recording block establishment instruction, a recording block can be inserted into the designated position or the preset position of the shared object according to the recording block establishment instruction. Furthermore, when the recording block is inserted, preset recording block marks are set at the head and the tail of the recording block, respectively, so as to set a corresponding recording block mark for the recording block, so as to identify the recording block.
In addition, in the technical solution of the present disclosure, the recording block may be identified by a plurality of identifiers.
For example, in one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the recording block mark may include: an < ignore > symbol provided at the head of a recording block and an </ignore > symbol provided at the tail of the recording block. Of course, other suitable symbols that can mark the recording block may also be used, and the technical solution of the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
Step 102, storing the information input to the recording block by the first user in the recording block; wherein the information in the record block is visible to the first user and invisible to other sharing users of the shared object.
In the technical solution of the present disclosure, the recording block is provided for recording information that needs to be recorded or retained in the recording block. Therefore, after the recording block is set in the shared object, the information that the first user needs to input into the recording block can be received, and the received information input into the recording block can be stored in the set recording block. Wherein information in the recording block is visible to the first user but not visible to other sharing users of the shared object.
Further, as an example, in one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the input information may be text and/or code.
Through the steps 101-102, the user can set a record block in the shared object, record information to be recorded or retained in the record block, and at the initial stage, the information in the record block is only visible to the first user who establishes the record block, but is not visible to other shared users of the shared object.
In addition, as an example, in a possible implementation manner of the present disclosure, the method for sharing a shared object may further include:
103, setting operation authority to the record block for each other sharing user of the shared object according to the received configuration instruction of the first user.
And 104, performing corresponding operation on the record block according to the received record block operation instruction of the first user and/or the shared user with the operation authority.
In the technical scheme of the disclosure, after the information that the first user (i.e., the user who establishes the recording block) needs to record or retain is stored in the recording block, a configuration instruction of the first user may be further received, and corresponding operation permissions on the recording block are set for other sharing users of the shared object according to the configuration instruction, so that the other sharing users of the shared object have corresponding operation permissions on the recording block.
After the operation authority is set, if the first user and other sharing users with the operation authority have requirements for performing corresponding operations on the record block, corresponding record block operation instructions can be input. And when receiving a recording block operation instruction of the first user and/or other sharing users with operation authority, performing corresponding operation on the recording block according to the recording block operation instruction.
Therefore, different collaborators (namely other sharing users of the shared object) can have different rights on the record block to perform different operations through the setting of the operation rights on the record block.
In addition, in the technical scheme of the disclosure, various authorities in the operation authorities can be preset according to the requirements of actual application situations. Therefore, the operation authority may include a plurality of preset authorities.
For example, in one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the operation right may include, as an example: and (4) access rights.
The access right refers to a right for accessing and reading the content in the record block, that is, a right for determining whether the record block is visible to other collaborators (i.e., other respective sharing users of the shared object). Thus, the access rights of the record block may be set for one or more sharing users (e.g., one or more collaborator groups, or all collaborators) such that only the first user (who will automatically have access rights because the first user is the creator of the record block) and other sharing users with access rights can see the record block in the shared object and read the content in the record block, while sharing users without access rights cannot see the record block in the shared object. Therefore, the content in the record block can be shared to the designated sharing user by setting access rights for one or more sharing users so that the record block is visible to which sharing users and invisible to which sharing users.
Therefore, after the access authority of the record block is set for one or more sharing users, the information in the record block can be displayed to the first user and the sharing users with the access authority.
For another example, as one possible implementation manner of the present disclosure, the operation right may further include: editing rights and deletion rights.
The editing right refers to a right that can edit (for example, may include adding content, deleting corresponding content, modifying content, etc.) the content in the record block in the shared object, and the deleting right refers to a right that can delete the record block in the shared object. Therefore, the editing right and the deleting right of the record block can be set for one or more sharing users (for example, one or more collaborator groups, or all collaborators), so that only a first user (who will automatically have the editing right and the deleting right because the first user is the creator of the record block) and other sharing users having the editing right and the deleting right can edit and delete the record block in the shared object, and sharing users without the editing right and the deleting right cannot edit and delete the record block in the shared object.
After the editing authority and the deleting authority are set for other sharing users, the information stored in the recording block can be edited according to the editing instruction of the first user and/or the sharing user with the editing authority; and deleting the recording block according to the deletion instruction of the first user and/or the sharing user with the deletion authority.
For another example, as one possible implementation manner of the present disclosure, the operation right may further include: and hiding the authority.
The above-mentioned hiding right refers to a right that can hide the recording block in the shared object. Thus, the hiding rights for the recording block may be set for one or more sharing users (e.g., one or more collaborator groups, or all collaborators) such that only the first user (who will automatically have the hiding rights because the first user is the creator of the recording block) and other sharing users with the hiding rights can hide or display the recording block in the shared object, while sharing users without the hiding rights cannot hide or display the recording block in the shared object.
After the hiding is set for other sharing users, the recording block can be hidden or displayed to the user sending the hiding instruction or the displaying instruction according to the hiding instruction or the displaying instruction of the first user and/or the sharing user with the editing authority.
In addition, in the technical solution of the present disclosure, the recording block may be hidden or displayed through various methods.
For example, in one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, a hidden control (for example, a hover button) may be set at the recording block in advance, and thus, a hidden instruction or a display instruction of the first user and/or the sharing user having the hidden right may be received through the hidden control. When the hidden control is triggered by a hidden instruction (for example, a user clicks the hidden control), hiding the recording block to the user who sends the hidden instruction, namely, performing a hiding operation on the recording block, so that the recording block is folded or hidden; and when the hidden control is triggered by the display instruction (for example, after the recording block is hidden, the user clicks the hidden control again), the recording block is displayed to the user who sends the display instruction.
For another example, as an example, in a possible implementation manner of the present disclosure, a hidden flag may be further set for the hidden recording block, so as to remind the user that there is a hidden recording block; in addition, when the hidden mark is triggered by a display instruction (for example, after a recording block is hidden, a user clicks the hidden mark), the recording block is displayed to the user who sends the display instruction, that is, the recording block is subjected to a display operation, so that the content of the recording block is expanded or displayed.
In addition, in the technical solution of the present disclosure, the hidden mark may be implemented by various methods.
For example, in one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the hidden mark may be a circle or a red dot of a preset size, as an example. Of course, other suitable forms of indicia are possible, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
In addition, in the prior art, if a certain collaborator records corresponding information in the shared object, the information is visible to all collaborators, and all collaborators can access or modify the information; moreover, the added information may destroy the overall consistency and readability of the shared objects.
In a further possible technical solution of the present disclosure, the above-mentioned problem of destroying the overall consistency and readability of the shared object can be solved.
For example, in one possible implementation manner of the present disclosure, the method for sharing a shared object may further include:
and setting a recording block special area in a preset area of a current display interface of the shared object, wherein the recording block special area is used for displaying information in the recording block so as to conveniently perform operations such as displaying and/or editing contents in the recording block.
That is, an area may be set in advance as a recording block dedicated area in the current display interface of the shared object. In the recording block dedicated area, the content in the recording block may be displayed, and the content of the recording block displayed in the recording block dedicated area may be subjected to an operation such as editing (for example, an operation of adding a content, deleting a corresponding content, modifying a content, or the like).
Since the recording block dedicated area is an area preset in the current display interface of the shared object, the overall consistency and readability of the shared object will not be changed when the content in the recording block is displayed and/or edited in the area.
For example, when the shared object is a shared document, a blank of a current display interface of the shared document (e.g., a bottom blank, a top blank, and/or both side blanks of a display page, etc.) may be used as a recording block dedicated area. Therefore, when the content in the record block is displayed and/or edited in the record block dedicated area, the content displayed in the shared document itself is not affected (for example, basic settings such as the size, the length, and the width of the displayed page of the shared document are not changed). Therefore, when other collaborators use the shared document, the displayed content of the shared document is consistent, and the overall consistency and readability of the shared object are guaranteed.
In addition, in the technical scheme of the disclosure, a sharing device for sharing the object is also provided.
As shown in fig. 2, a sharing apparatus 200 for sharing objects in an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a setting module 201 and an operation module 202;
the setting module 201 is configured to receive a record block establishment instruction of a first user, and set a record block in a shared object according to the record block establishment instruction;
the input module 202 is configured to store information of the input of the first user to the recording block in the recording block; wherein the information in the record block is visible to the first user and not visible to other sharing users of the shared object.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device may include a processor 301, a memory 302, a bus 303, and a computer program stored in the memory 302 and operable on the processor 301, wherein the processor 301 and the memory 302 communicate with each other via the bus 303. The processor 301, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the above method, for example, including: receiving a recording block establishing instruction of a first user, and setting a recording block in a shared object according to the recording block establishing instruction; storing information of the first user input to the recording block in the recording block; wherein the information in the record block is visible to the first user and not visible to other sharing users of the shared object.
In addition, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the above method, for example, including: receiving a recording block establishing instruction of a first user, and setting a recording block in a shared object according to the recording block establishing instruction; storing information of the first user input to the recording block in the recording block; wherein the information in the record block is visible to the first user and not visible to other sharing users of the shared object.
In summary, in the technical solution of the present disclosure, since the record block can be set according to the received record block establishment instruction of the first user, the record block is set in the shared object; the information of the first user input to the recording block can be stored in the recording block, and the information in the recording block is visible to the first user and invisible to other sharing users of the sharing object, so that the user can set the recording block in the sharing object, record the information needing to be recorded or retained in the recording block, and at the initial stage, the information in the recording block is visible only to the first user who sets up the recording block but invisible to other sharing users of the sharing object.
Furthermore, in the technical solution of the present disclosure, corresponding operation permissions to the record block may also be set for other shared users of the shared object according to the received configuration instruction of the first user, so that the other shared users of the shared object have corresponding operation permissions to the record block; and then, according to the received record block operation instruction of the first user and/or the sharing user with the operation authority, performing corresponding operation on the record block. Therefore, different collaborators (namely other sharing users of the shared object) can have different rights on the record block to perform different operations through the setting of the operation rights on the record block.
For example, the record block can be made visible to some collaborators and invisible to other collaborators through setting the access right; the content in the recording block can be shared to the appointed collaborators through setting the editing authority, the deleting authority, the hiding authority and other authorities, so that the content in the recording block can be edited, deleted, hidden and/or displayed only by the first user and the collaborators with the editing authority, the deleting authority and the hiding authority.
In addition, the function of hiding or displaying the recording block by one key can be realized by setting a hidden control and a hidden mark.
In addition, an area can be further preset in the current display interface of the shared object as a recording block dedicated area, so that the overall consistency and readability of the shared object cannot be changed when the content in the recording block is displayed and/or edited in the area.
The above description is only exemplary of the present disclosure and should not be taken as limiting the disclosure, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should be included in the scope of the present disclosure.
