The urinary bladder and urethra anastomosis device according to claim 1, wherein said fixation needle is prepared by the steps of: after PLLA with the weight fraction of 30 percent and PCL with the weight fraction of 70 percent are dissolved, 3-10g of medicine microsphere powder is added, and the mixture is stirred uniformly and printed and molded by a 3D printer.

The urinary bladder and urethra anastomosis device according to claim 1, wherein said fixation needle is fixed by: preparing a die, and manufacturing a triplet of dies according to the arrangement mode of the fixed needles; according to the weight fraction of PLLA and 60% PCL solution, adding 3-10g of drug microsphere powder, stirring uniformly, pouring into a mould, placing the mould in liquid nitrogen for quick freezing, then freeze-drying, and taking down the mould to finish the preparation.
10. The urinary bladder and urethra anastomosis device of claim 1 wherein said retaining ring is of a resilient rigid silicone material and said balloon is of a resilient soft silicone material.
