In the above process, the cover sealing device needs to be moved, the cover sealing device can be conveniently moved by an operator through the lifting structure 4, and in the moving process, the operator can realize the movement by only lifting the first handle 42; in addition, when the second material port 21 (the second cover plate 22) is opened, the control rod 51 needs to be moved upwards, so that an operator can operate the second handle 52 to realize the purpose of operating the control rod 51, and as the second handle 52 is close to the first handle 42 and the second handle 52 is positioned at the lower side of the first handle 42, the operator can grip the first handle 42 by a single thumb, and meanwhile, the other four fingers hook the second handle 52, and the other four fingers bend inwards, so that the second handle 52 moves towards the direction of the first handle 42, and the second material port 21 can be opened. Therefore, the cooperation of the lifting structure 4 and the control mechanism 5 can realize the one-hand movement of the cover device and the one-hand control of the feeding of the covering materials.
The connecting rod 41 is vertically disposed, and the sleeve is disposed on the connecting rod 41, and a vertical passage (the extending direction of which is parallel to the length direction of the connecting rod 41) is formed in the sleeve, through which the control rod 51 passes, so that the moving direction of the control rod 51 is defined by the sleeve, i.e., the control rod 51 can be moved only in the vertical direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the control rod 51 is further connected with the connecting rod 41 through a spring 54, the spring 54 is arranged up and down, and the spring 54 can give downward force to the control rod 51 so as to ensure that the control rod 51 pushes the first cover plate 12 and the second cover plate 22 to move downwards, and ensure that the second cover plate 22 can effectively close the second material opening 21 and the first cover plate 12 to open the first material opening 11 after an operator releases the second handle 52.
It will be appreciated that the first end of the spring 54 is connected to the connecting rod 41 and the second end of the spring 54 is connected to the control rod 51, such that if the first end is located higher than the second end, the spring 54 is in a compressed state and the spring 54 provides a force directed from the first end in the direction of the second end to act on the control rod 51 (i.e. a downward force); if the second end is positioned higher than the first end, then the spring 54 is in tension and the spring 54 provides a force directed from the second end toward the first end to act on the lever 51 (i.e., the spring 54 pulls the lever 51 downward).
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the bottom wall of the storage bin 1 is funnel-shaped, and the first material port 11 is located at the lowest position of the bottom wall of the storage bin 1; the bottom wall of the quantitative feeding bin 2 is funnel-shaped, and the second material port 21 is positioned at the lowest position of the bottom wall of the quantitative feeding bin 2.
The bottom wall of the storage bin 1 is funnel-shaped, and when the first material port 11 is opened, the covering material in the storage bin 1 can be ensured to smoothly enter the quantitative feeding bin 2 under the action of the gravity of the covering material; similarly, the bottom wall of the quantitative feeding bin 2 is funnel-shaped, and the cover materials in the quantitative feeding bin 2 can be smoothly fed into the septic tank.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2, 7 and 8, the odor sealing cover device for the excrement storage part of the sanitary dry toilet further comprises a sealing cover bottom plate 3, the sealing cover bottom plate 3 is located at the lower side of the quantitative delivery bin 2 and is connected with the quantitative delivery bin 2, a third material opening 31 corresponding to the second material opening 21 is formed in the sealing cover bottom plate 3, and a screen 32 is mounted on the third material opening 31.
When the covering material in the quantitative feeding bin 2 is discharged from the second material port 21, the covering material falls to the third material port 31, and as the screen mesh 32 is arranged on the third material port 31, the screen mesh 32 has a certain blocking effect on the passing of the covering material, so that the covering material is relatively uniformly covered on the screen mesh 32 and uniformly sprinkled on the excrement in the excrement pool through the screen mesh 32, and the covering effect on the excrement is improved.
Furthermore, as previously described, the capping device is typically placed on the squat pit and is only removed from the squat pit if it is convenient for the operator. When the sealing cover device is placed on the squatting pan, the sealing cover bottom plate 3 of the sealing cover device can relatively seal the squatting pan, and can also reduce the emission of peculiar smell in the septic tank.
In another preferred embodiment, the cover means may not be provided with a cover bottom plate 3, but a screen 32 is directly mounted at the second port 21, and the cover material is spread from the second port 21 by a split flow directly through the screen 32, so that the cover material is spread more evenly over the faeces of the manure pit.
Preferably, the mesh opening of the screen 32 is 15mm-25mm in diameter. The main component of the covering material is straw powder, and the grain diameter of the straw powder is not more than 12mm; in addition, the particle size of the starter is smaller than that of the straw powder, that is, the particle size of any particles in the covering material is usually smaller than 12mm, and the pore diameter of the mesh opening of the screen 32 is 15mm-25mm, so that the screen 32 does not influence the passing of the covering material, only the passing rate of the covering material is influenced, and the covering material is ensured to be uniformly sprayed in the septic tank.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the capping device further includes a fixing frame 6 for fixing at the periphery of the squatting pit of the dry toilet, the storage bin 1, the quantitative delivery bin 2 and the capping bottom plate 3 together form a moving structure 8, the moving structure 8 can be placed on the fixing frame 6, the capping bottom plate 3 is in sealing connection with the fixing frame 6, and the periphery of the capping bottom plate 3 is in sealing and fixing connection with four sides of the quantitative delivery bin 2.
The feces itself may have an odor, and even if the coating material covers the feces, the odor emission is reduced to some extent, and the odor of the fermented product formed is reduced as the fermentation proceeds, but this does not mean complete elimination of the odor. When the capping device is placed on the squatting pan, i.e. the moving structure 8 is placed on the fixed frame 6, in which case the capping base 3 of the moving structure 8 is in sealing connection with the fixed frame 6; in addition, the periphery of the sealing bottom plate is also fixedly connected with the four sides of the quantitative feeding bin 2 in a sealing way, and in normal cases, the second cover plate 22 covers the second material opening 21, so that the whole sealing device seals the squatting pan, and peculiar smell in the septic tank can be prevented from being scattered; in addition, the sealing cover device seals the squatting pan, so that the whole in the septic tank is in a closed environment, and oxygen in the septic tank is obviously reduced in the fermentation process, thereby being beneficial to the reproduction of anaerobic bacteria and the obtainment of decomposed organic fertilizer.
An alternative embodiment: the sealing strip is arranged around the area where the underside of the sealing bottom plate 3 is attached to the fixed frame 6, when the movable structure 8 is placed on the fixed frame 6, the movable structure 8 presses the sealing strip by means of gravity of the movable structure 8 so that sealing connection between the sealing bottom plate and the fixed frame 6 is realized.
Another preferred embodiment: the sealing cover bottom plate 3 is connected with the fixed frame 6 through magnetic attraction, and the sealing cover bottom plate 3 is tightly attached to the fixed frame 6 in a magnetic attraction mode, so that peculiar smell is prevented from being scattered from the sealing cover bottom plate 3 to the fixed frame 6.
The permanent magnets are mounted on the cover bottom plate 3, and the mounting positions of the permanent magnets correspond to the bonding areas of the fixing frame 6 and the cover bottom plate 3, and may be that a plurality of permanent magnets are arranged on the bonding areas at intervals. Or the permanent magnet is arranged on the fixed frame 6, and is in magnetic attraction, bonding and sealing connection with the sealing cover bottom plate 3 through the permanent magnet on the fixed frame 6.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the odor cover device for the sanitary dry closet excrement storage part further comprises a detachable heating lamp 7, wherein the heating lamp 7 is arranged at the lower side of the movable structure 8 and is connected with the movable structure 8, and when the movable structure 8 is placed on the fixed frame 6, the heating lamp 7 extends into the excrement pit at the lower side of the squat pit from the squat pit.
When the movable structure 8 is placed on the fixed frame 6, the heating lamp 7 can extend into the septic tank from the squatting pit, so that under normal conditions, the heating lamp 7 is arranged in the septic tank, the light rays emitted by the heating lamp 7 can radiate a certain amount of heat, the temperature of the septic tank can be increased, the fermentation efficiency of the excrement and urine and the covering materials in the septic tank is accelerated, the generation of the bio-organic fertilizer is accelerated, pathogenic bacteria and eggs in the septic tank can be killed at a certain temperature, and the safety of the organic fertilizer is ensured.
Further, the heating lamp 7 comprises a lamp post 71 and a bulb 72, wherein the bulb 72 is arranged at one end of the lamp post 71 through an electric wire; the moving structure 8 further includes a first auxiliary board 33, where a plane where the first auxiliary board 33 is located is flush with a plane where the cover bottom board 3 is located, and is connected with the cover bottom board 3, a second via hole 34 through which the lamp post 71 passes is formed in the first auxiliary board 33, a notch 61 corresponding to the second via hole 34 is formed in the inner side of the fixed frame 6, and the notch 61 is used for the lamp post 71 to pass through.
The lamp pole 71 is arranged, so that the bulb 72 is relatively fixed on the lamp pole 71, when the moving structure 8 is moved, the bulb 72 cannot easily shake relatively, the stability of the heating lamp 7 is improved, and the heating lamp 7 is prevented from being damaged in the moving process of the moving structure 8.
The lamp post 71 is fixed on the first auxiliary plate 33 through the second through hole 34, and the lamp post 71 passes through the notch 61 on the fixed frame 6, when the movable structure 8 is removed from the fixed frame 6, the heating lamp 7 also moves along with the movement of the movable structure 8, and the setting of the notch 61 on the fixed frame 6 does not obstruct the movement of the heating lamp 7, so that the movable structure 8 can move relative to the fixed frame 6 conveniently.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 9, a second auxiliary plate 16 is further disposed on a side wall of the moving structure 8, the second auxiliary plate 16 corresponds to the first auxiliary plate 33 vertically, a third through hole 17 is disposed on the second auxiliary plate 16 for the lamp post 71 to pass through, and a spring nail (not shown in the drawing) for overlapping with the second auxiliary plate 16 is disposed on the lamp post 71.
The lamp pole 71 passes through the second via hole 34 and the third via hole 17, the position of the lamp pole 71 is limited through the two auxiliary plates, the spring nail is positioned above the third via hole 17, the spring nail is lapped on the second auxiliary plate 16, the second via hole 34 and the third via hole 17 can not limit the upper and lower positions of the lamp pole 71, the heating lamp 7 can slide downwards under the action of self gravity, at the moment, the spring nail is lapped on the second auxiliary plate 16, the lamp pole 71 can not slide downwards, and the purpose that the heating lamp 7 is relatively fixed on the movable structure 8 is realized.
In some cases, the heating lamps 7 are not needed in the septic tank to accelerate the fermentation, and at this time, the heating lamps 7 can be detached from the moving structure 8, specifically, by pressing the spring nails, so that the spring nails are retracted into the lamp posts 71, and then the heating lamps 7 are pulled out from the second through holes 34 and the third through holes 17.
Since the lamp post 71 is not inserted into the second through hole 34, and the second through hole 34 can be communicated with the septic tank through the notch 61 of the fixed frame 6, when the movable structure 8 is placed on the fixed frame 6, the odor in the septic tank can fly out through the notch 61 and the second through hole 34.
In order to solve the foregoing problem, the first auxiliary board 33 is further provided with a cover structure for covering the second via hole 34, and the cover structure covers the second via hole 34 when the heating lamp 7 is not in use.
When the heating lamp 7 is not used, the second through hole 34 is covered by the cover structure, so that the odor in the septic tank cannot be dispersed.
The capping structure may be a plug that cooperates with the second via 34, a circular cap rotatably coupled to the first auxiliary plate 33, and opening or closing the second via 34 is achieved by rotating the circular cap.
Alternatively, the first auxiliary board 33 has a double-layer structure, the first via holes penetrate through the double-layer structure vertically, an insertion seam is left between the double-layer structure, and the second via holes 34 are sealed by inserting the insertion board into the insertion seam.

the control mechanism is used for controlling the opening and closing states of the first cover plate and the second cover plate;
the storage bin is fixedly connected with the quantitative delivery bin, a first through hole is formed in the upper wall of the storage bin, the control mechanism comprises a control rod, the control rod penetrates through the first through hole, the lower part of the control rod is respectively connected with the first cover plate and the second cover plate, and the control rod can move up and down to control the opening and closing states of the first cover plate and the second cover plate;
the first cover plate seals the first material opening from bottom to top, and the second cover plate seals the second material opening from top to bottom;
in a natural state, the first cover plate opens the first material opening, and the second cover plate closes the second material opening; the control rod is lifted upwards to drive the first cover plate and the second cover plate to move upwards so as to close the first material opening and open the second material opening;
