Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for propagating chinese careless flower seedlings.
Specifically, the propagation method of the Chinese carefree flower seedlings comprises the following steps:
(1) The front projection of the mature longan tree 10 on the ground 20 is taken as a first area 21.
In step (1), the orthographic projection of the longan tree 10 on the ground 20 refers to that parallel light irradiates from the top of the longan tree 10 to the ground, and the area surrounded by the tree shadow of the longan tree 10 on the ground is the orthographic projection, that is, the first area 21. In some embodiments, the mature longan tree 10 refers to a longan tree with the tree age of 5 years to 30 years, such a longan tree 10 should also grow normally without risk of withering, and the ground 20 near the longan tree 10 with the tree age of 5 years to 30 years has more humus, light and humidity suitable for the growth of Chinese careless flower seedlings. Because the longan and the Chinese careless tree are straight root plants, the method is characterized in that the main root is developed, long and thick, and the lateral root is short and thin, the soil under the longan tree 10 is selected as a propagation place of the Chinese careless flower seedlings, the longan tree 10 is not damaged, and the longan tree 10 and the Chinese careless flower seedlings cannot struggle with each other to obtain fertilizer water.
After the longan tree 10 is selected, the longan tree 10 is subjected to daily pruning, and the distance (H) between the ground 20 of the first area 21 and the lowest branch of the longan tree 10 is kept between 1.0m and 1.5m, namely, the distance between the leaves of the longan tree 10 and the nearest branch of the longan tree and the ground 20 is more than 1.0m, but is not more than 1.5m, if the lowest branch is too high, too much sunlight easily enters the first area 21 in the two periods of morning and afternoon, and the growth of Chinese careless flower seedlings is not facilitated. The longan tree 10 is normally thinned and fertilized each year in a conventional manner of planting the longan tree, and specifically, the longan tree 10 can be thinned and fertilized after the longan is harvested.
For the selected longan tree 10, no herbicide such as glyphosate, paraquat, prometryn, etc. should be applied within the first region 21 over the last three years, otherwise the germination of chinese careless flower seeds would be affected.
It should be noted that fig. 1 and fig. 2 illustrate that the tree shadow of the longan tree forms a circular area, which is only for convenience of illustration, and the area enclosed by the tree shadow of the specific longan tree may be not circular, or may be other shapes, and fig. 1 and fig. 2 do not limit the shape of the area enclosed by the tree shadow of the longan tree.
(2) The second region 22 is selected from the region where the edge of the first region 21 is retracted by 1m or more toward the position where the root neck of the longan tree 10 is located.
In step (2), the second region 22 is selected by retracting the root neck of the longan tree 10 by 1m or more from the edge of the first region 21, and the region from the root to the root neck is called the second region 22. The root neck of the longan tree 10 refers to the junction between the underground part and the aerial part of the longan tree 10. Or alternatively, the root neck of the longan tree 10 is used as the origin, the root neck of the longan tree 10 is expanded in a direction away from the root neck of the longan tree 10, the ground within the line from the root neck of the longan tree 10 to the edge of the first area 21 is used as the second area 22, and the distance between the edge of the second area 22 and the edge of the first area 21 is more than 1m, such as 1 m-2 m. The second region 22 thus defined has a smaller amount of sunlight, and can provide a more excellent shade area for the germination and growth of chinese careless flower seedlings. The distance between the edge of the first region 21 and the edge of the second region 22 shown in fig. 2 and 3 is D, D being between 1m and 2m, the diameter of the second region 22 being 2R, the diameter of the first region 21 being 2R, D being the difference between R and R.
(3) Weeding, soil turning and leveling treatment are carried out on the second area 22, and a nursery area 23 is obtained.
In step (3), the second area 22 is subjected to weeding, and before weeding, the non-decomposed branches and leaves can be collected under the trunk of the longan tree and stacked. Weeding is beneficial to leveling and managing the second area 22 on one hand, and on the other hand, the influence of weeds on the propagation of Chinese carefree flower seedlings can be effectively avoided. After weeding, the soil is turned and leveled in the area where the grass is removed, so that the soil is loose and sowing is facilitated. The soil in the second area 22 is detected before weeding, after weeding or after turning soil and leveling, so that the pH value is 5.6-7.0, the effective phosphorus concentration is 20 mg/kg-50 mg/kg, the effective zinc concentration is 0-5 mg/kg, the ammonium nitrate nitrogen content is 5 mg/kg-20 mg/kg, the humus content is 20 g/kg-50 g/kg, the mass ratio of the humic acid carbon to the humic acid carbon is 0.65-0.75 and the water content is 11% -15% in the surface soil of the nursery area 23. If the listed conditions are not met, the longan tree can be abandoned, and the longan tree with proper conditions can be found. Of course, it is also possible to detect whether the surface soil of the area surrounded by the orthographic projection of the longan tree 10 on the ground satisfies the condition, and if the condition is not satisfied, the first area 21 may not be divided or selected. For the detection of surface soil surrounded by the orthographic projection of the longan tree 10, sampling can be carried out according to GB/T36197-2018 soil quality soil sampling technical guidelines. The soil meeting the conditions belongs to the high-phosphorus high-zinc low-nitrogen weak acidic soil, is favorable for promoting the increase of the humus content, the water content and the total air gap of the soil, forms a permeable moisture-preserving air-permeable soil environment, is favorable for the growth of rhizobium tropical rhizobia, promotes the growth and development of root systems of Chinese indian flowers, and is suitable for the germination of Chinese indian flower seeds and the growth of seedlings.
After the treatment of step (3), it further comprises forming a drain channel around the longan tree 10 at any position between the edge of the nursery area 23 and the edge of the first area 21. By designing the drain channel 24 around the longan tree 10 to facilitate the timely flow and discharge of water for subsequent watering or raining, soil hardening in the nursery area 23 is effectively prevented. In some embodiments, the drain channel 24 has a width of between 5cm and 15cm and a depth of between 15cm and 25 cm. In some alternative embodiments, radial branch channels are formed in the nursery area 23 centering on the trunk of the longan tree 10, and the branch channels are connected with the drainage channels 24, so that drainage is better performed to prevent soil hardening in the nursery area 23. In some embodiments, the method further comprises controlling the shortest distance between the branches of the longan tree 10 and the nursery area 23 to be 1.0 m-1.5 m, and if the longan tree 10 grows out and grows downwards in the process of cultivating and breeding the Chinese carefree flower seedlings, pruning treatment should be performed timely.
(4) Sterilizing the Chinese russian flower seeds to obtain the seeds to be sown 30.
In the step (4), the Chinese ruscus aculeatus seeds come from natural mature seeds of the Chinese ruscus aculeatus.
Referring to fig. 6 or 7, natural mature seeds of chinese careless flowers can be obtained as follows:
Arranging a collecting net 50 under the Chinese russian flowers 40, keeping a distance between the collecting net 50 and the ground, and transferring the seeds to a sterilizing liquid in time for soaking for 5-10 min when the seeds of the Chinese russian flowers naturally mature and naturally fall into the collecting net 50; and then airing in a shade and ventilated place without direct light. In some embodiments, the bactericidal liquid comprises 300-400 times the liquid of 25% carbendazim wettable powder (25% carbendazim wettable powder is a trade name, wherein 25% represents the mass concentration of its active ingredient). In the south China, the Chinese careless flowers 40 are generally ripe in the period from July to August, so that the collecting net 50 is laid under the Chinese careless flowers 40 at the bottom of July or at the beginning of July, then the collecting net 50 is checked every 2-4 days, if mature seeds naturally fall into the collecting net 50, the mature seeds are transferred in time, and if the mature seeds are leaves or other sundries, the mature seeds are cleaned in time so as to avoid rotting and fermenting to breed bacteria or fungi, or slugs, snails and the like are introduced. The judgment of the mature seeds can be judged by the colors of the fruits, pods and seeds of the Chinese indian flowers, the colors of the fruits, pods and seeds of the Chinese indian flowers are green in the immature state, the colors of the fruits, pods and seeds of the Chinese indian flowers are all green in the mature state, the colors of the fruits, pods and seeds of the Chinese indian flowers are changed into brown in the mature state, and if the fruits, pods and seeds of the Chinese indian flowers naturally mature into the collecting net 50, the pods crack and the seeds fall, and if the pods do not crack, the seeds of the Chinese indian flowers are poorer in maturity and discarded.
In the case of collecting the seeds of the chinese careless flowers, the collecting net 50 may be hung under the chinese careless flowers 40 as shown in fig. 6 and spaced apart from the ground. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the collecting net 50 includes a supporting frame 51 and a net body 52 supported by the supporting frame 51, and the sterilizing agent 60 is placed on the supporting frame 51 to prevent bacteria from breeding from the supporting frame 60 to the net body 52, and the sterilizing agent 60 may be contained in a container or may be directly coated on the supporting frame 60. When the chinese careless flower seeds are collected according to the structure of the collecting net 50 shown in fig. 7, at least two collecting nets 50 are required, and the two collecting nets 50 are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the chinese careless flower 40 and are disposed side by side with each other. Of course, in some alternative embodiments, four collection screens 50 may be used, with four collection screens 50 surrounding the chinese carefree flower 40.
(5) The seed 30 to be sown is sown in the nursery area 23, the seed 30 to be sown is covered with soil of the nursery area 23, and the nursery area 23 is watered.
In the step (5), the seeds which are to be sown 30 and are subjected to the air drying treatment in the step (4) within 1-7 days should be sown, and the seeds which are subjected to the sterilization treatment should not be placed for too long, because the Chinese russian flower seeds are recalcitrant seeds and are not resistant to water loss, and the seeds need to enter a sprouting state soon after harvesting. In some embodiments, before sowing the seed to be sown in the nursery region 23, the seed to be sown 30 is further subjected to a seed coat laceration treatment to form scratches 31. By scratching the seed coat, water absorption of the seeds can be promoted, and germination is promoted. If the seed coat is not scratched, the component of the seed coat is a lipid component, so that the seed coat has hydrophobicity and a long natural water absorption process. If the water swelling time of the seeds is too long, the germination rate of the seeds is affected. In some embodiments, the seed coats are scored into a cross-shaped score 31 or an x-shaped score 31 when the seed coats are lacerated, and the abdominal line of the seed 30 to be sown should be avoided, which if lacerated affects the cracking of the seed 30 to be sown and increases the risk of microbial infection. When the seed 30 to be sown with the seed coat being scratched is placed in the nursery area 23, the scratch 31 is ensured to face away from the sky, water absorption of the seed is facilitated, and when the seed absorbs water, expands and germinates, the seed is cracked at the lower abdominal suture line; along with the elongation of the hypocotyl, the radicle is convenient to grow on the matrix, and meanwhile, the embryo is elongated to break the soil, so that the germination rate of the seeds is improved. Because the seeds can form a large expansion force to promote the seeds to split after absorbing water, and the cracks are difficult to widen secondarily due to the fading of resistance after splitting, the seeds are horizontally placed, radicle and embryo are simultaneously elongated and grow space, and the radicle and embryo are vertically placed, inverted or laterally placed, only elongated and grow space at one part of the radicle or embryo can be provided, and the germination rate is not improved.
In some embodiments, the spacing between two adjacent seeds 30 to be sown in the nursery area 23 is between 15cm and 30cm, so that weeding, fertilization and the like are convenient after the seeds 30 to be sown sprout and grow. In some embodiments, the thickness of the soil covering the seed 30 to be sown is 0.5 cm-1.5 cm, the covered soil is too thin, the seed moisture is easily evaporated, the moisture is not easily maintained, and the covered soil is too thick, the germination is not easily performed. At the time of sowing, it is necessary to reserve an area for fertilization of the longan tree 10.
The watering treatment should ensure that the watering amount is moderate, and the hardened soil is not formed.
(6) After the seeds germinate for one year, the temperature of the nursery area 23 is controlled to be more than 15 ℃ and the relative humidity is controlled to be more than 35%, and weeding, pest killing and watering treatments are timely carried out.
In the step (6), germination occurs 30-60 days after sowing, and if damage of snails and the like is found in the period, pest control treatment, such as application of Midada drugs and the like, should be immediately performed. And performing daily weeding, watering and conventional pest control. When the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, transparent nylon can be used for surrounding the periphery of the nursery area 23, the transparent nylon is between 90cm and 100cm in height, so that cold air can be shielded from direct blowing, the effects of heat preservation and moisture preservation can be achieved, and tender leaves are prevented from being frostbitten.
After the step (6), transplanting the sapling after the sapling grows to 1-2 m.
The seedlings can grow for 2-3 years and can grow to a height of 1-2 m, then transplanting treatment is carried out, for example, the seedlings are transplanted into a planting bag to become bag seedlings for standby, or the seedlings are directly transplanted to planting places in a ground planting mode, soil balls are kept as much as possible during transplanting, the damage to root systems is reduced, if propagation is carried out in China, the seedlings are transplanted in a period of 3-5 months, 3-5 months in China belong to spring and summer, and the seedling transplanting method is suitable for seedling transplanting growth. The longan tree is thinned in one year before the tree seedling is transplanted, so that the tree seedling is subjected to more sunlight irradiation and domestication, for example, when the tree seedling is transplanted in 3-5 months, the longan tree 10 is thinned in the period of 8-9 months in the last year, so that the light transmittance of the longan tree 10 can be increased, the effect of moderate temperature and light domestication of the tree seedling is achieved, and the survival rate of the tree seedling after the tree seedling is transplanted is improved.
