Specifically, all historical orders of a target merchant are searched in a historical order database, and historical order information such as queuing or equipotential time, package fee, additional purchasing fee and the like contained in the historical orders is obtained; and calculating estimated queuing waiting time of the distribution resources, estimated purchasing additional cost and other estimated purchasing information according to the historical order information. The pre-estimated purchasing additional cost is mainly influenced by external factors such as the pre-estimated queuing waiting time, the real-time weather condition and the like; for example, the estimated queuing waiting time corresponds to different estimated purchasing additional fees in different intervals, and the estimated purchasing additional fees synchronously increase along with the estimated queuing waiting time; in severe weather, the estimated purchasing additional cost is increased compared with the additional cost in sunny weather; the calculation of the specific additional cost can be set according to actual conditions. The following is a specific example: when the estimated queuing waiting time is in the interval of 15-30 minutes, the corresponding estimated purchasing additional cost is 2 yuan; when the estimated queuing waiting time is within the interval of 31-60 minutes, the corresponding estimated purchasing additional cost is 5 yuan; in severe weather, the estimated purchasing additional cost is 2 times of the estimated purchasing additional cost in sunny weather.
The estimated purchasing information is calculated from the historical order information of the target merchant, so that various information of the purchasing order is reflected really, accurately and comprehensively.
Step 408, feeding back target commodity information, target merchant information and estimated purchasing information to the user; and when receiving the confirmation information fed back by the user, determining the target purchasing information.
Specifically, target commodity information and target merchant information are fed back to the user for the user to confirm the information, so that the accuracy of information confirmation is effectively improved; as illustrated in step 103, the user may perform operations to confirm or modify the target merchandise information and the target merchant information. Meanwhile, the estimated purchasing information is fed back to the user, so that the user can know all information of the purchasing order more comprehensively, know the waiting time and the additional cost in advance, avoid poor experience of the user caused by estimation errors of purchasing time and the additional cost, and effectively improve the user experience; after receiving the information fed back by the user, determining the target commodity information and the target merchant information confirmed or modified by the user as target purchasing information and providing the target commodity distribution resource for the target commodity distribution, so that the target commodity distribution is efficiently completed by the distribution resource according to guidance fed back by the user, the condition that the user is possibly frequently called due to uncertain user requirements of the distribution resource is avoided, and the disturbance degree to the user is reduced; meanwhile, the estimated purchasing information is also determined as target purchasing information and is provided for the distribution resources, so that the distribution resources are prepared in advance for the waiting time.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the system have the advantages that historical orders of target merchants are searched in the historical order database; according to the historical order, the estimated purchasing information such as the estimated queuing waiting time, the estimated purchasing additional cost and the like is calculated, and various information of the purchasing order is reflected truly and comprehensively, so that the user can know the waiting time and the additional cost in advance, the user experience is effectively improved, and poor experience caused by estimation errors of the purchasing time and the additional cost is avoided.
A fourth embodiment of the present invention relates to an information confirmation apparatus, as shown in fig. 5, including: an acquisition module 501, a first determination module 502 and a second determination module 503.
An obtaining module 501, configured to obtain target commodity information and attribute information of a distribution resource that distributes the target commodity;
a first determining module 502, configured to determine target merchant information according to the target commodity information and the attribute information of the distribution resource;
the second determining module 503 determines the target purchasing information according to the target commodity information and the target merchant information.
In one example, the attribute information of the distributed resource acquired by the acquiring module 501 includes: a real-time location of the delivered resource, or a destination of a current order for the delivered resource.
In one example, the first determining module 502 is configured to attempt to find a candidate merchant in a historical order database according to the target product information, where the candidate merchant is a merchant in a historical order that includes the target product; if the candidate merchants are found and the number of the candidate merchants is more than 1, acquiring merchant information of the candidate merchants, wherein the merchant information at least comprises merchant addresses; identifying the candidate commercial tenant closest to the real-time position of the distribution resource according to the real-time position of the distribution resource and the commercial tenant address of the candidate commercial tenant; or, according to the destination of the current order of the distribution resource and the merchant address of the candidate merchant, identifying the candidate merchant closest to the destination of the current order of the distribution resource; and taking the candidate merchant with the closest distance as a target merchant, and determining the merchant information of the candidate merchant with the closest distance as the target merchant information.
In one example, the first determining module 502 is configured to, when the candidate merchants are found and the number of the candidate merchants is equal to 1, obtain merchant information of the candidate merchants, where the merchant information at least includes a merchant address; and taking the candidate commercial tenant as a target commercial tenant, and determining the commercial tenant information of the candidate commercial tenant as the target commercial tenant information.
In an example, the first determining module 502 is configured to send the target commodity information and the attribute information of the distribution resource to an operator when the candidate merchant is not found, so that the operator manually finds a target merchant and determines target merchant information.
In one example, the second determining module 503 is configured to search the historical order database for the historical order of the target merchant; calculating estimated purchasing information according to the historical order, wherein the estimated purchasing information at least comprises one or any combination of the following information: and (4) estimating the queuing waiting time and estimating the purchasing additional cost.
In one example, the second determining module 503 is configured to feed back the target commodity information, the target merchant information, and the pre-estimated purchasing information to the user; after receiving confirmation information fed back by a user, determining the target purchasing information; the target purchasing information comprises the target commodity information, the target merchant information and the estimated purchasing information.
In one example, the obtaining module 501 is configured to receive initial purchasing information input by a user; and intelligently identifying the initial purchasing information to obtain target commodity information.
In one example, the initial purchasing information received by the obtaining module 501 specifically includes one or a combination of the following: text information input by a user and picture information uploaded by the user.
In an example, the obtaining module 501 is configured to perform character recognition on the text information to obtain target commodity information when the initial purchasing information is specifically the text information; when the initial purchasing information is the picture information, carrying out image recognition on the picture information to obtain target commodity information: when the initial purchasing information comprises the text information and the picture information, the text information and the picture information are intelligently identified respectively, if the commodity information obtained by identifying the text information is inconsistent with the commodity information obtained by identifying the picture information, the two inconsistent commodity information is fed back to the user, and the commodity information confirmed by the feedback of the user is used as the target commodity information.
It should be noted that this embodiment is an example of the apparatus corresponding to the first to third embodiments, and may be implemented in cooperation with the first to third embodiments. The related technical details mentioned in the first to third embodiments are still valid in this embodiment, and are not described herein again in order to reduce repetition. Accordingly, the related-art details mentioned in the present embodiment can also be applied to the first to third embodiments.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, one logical unit may be one physical unit, may be a part of one physical unit, and may also be implemented by a combination of multiple physical units. In addition, in order to highlight the innovative part of the present invention, elements that are not so closely related to solving the technical problems proposed by the present invention are not introduced in the present embodiment, but this does not indicate that other elements are not present in the present embodiment.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention relates to an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, including at least one processor 601; and a memory 602 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 601; and a communication component 603 communicatively coupled to the information confirmation device, the communication component 603 receiving and transmitting data under control of the processor 601; wherein the memory 602 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 601, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor 601 to implement:
acquiring target commodity information and attribute information of distribution resources for distributing the target commodity;
determining target merchant information according to the target commodity information and the attribute information of the distribution resources;
and determining target purchasing information according to the target commodity information and the target merchant information.
Specifically, the electronic device includes: one or more processors 601 and a memory 602, one processor 601 being taken as an example in fig. 6. The processor 601 and the memory 602 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 6 illustrates the connection by the bus as an example. The memory 602, which is a computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store computer software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules. The processor 601 executes various functional applications and data processing of the device by running computer software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 602, that is, implements the above-described information confirmation method.
The memory 602 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store a list of options, etc. Further, the memory 602 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 602 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 601, which may be connected to an external device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
One or more modules are stored in the memory 602 and, when executed by the one or more processors 601, perform the method of information validation in any of the method embodiments described above.
The product can execute the method provided by the embodiment of the application, has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method, and can refer to the method provided by the embodiment of the application without detailed technical details in the embodiment.
In the embodiment, after a user performs purchase ordering, target commodity information that the user needs to purchase and attribute information of distribution resources for distributing the target commodity are acquired; according to the target commodity information and the attribute information of the distribution resources, the target merchant information is determined, and accurate target purchasing information is finally obtained, so that recommended target merchant information is provided for the distribution resources, the distribution resources do not need to spend time by themselves to screen and judge suitable purchasing target merchants, the time consumed by the distribution resources in the purchasing process is saved, and the purchasing service efficiency is effectively improved.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program. The computer program realizes the above-mentioned information confirmation method embodiments when executed by a processor.
That is, those skilled in the art can understand that all or part of the steps in the above embodiments of the information confirmation method may be implemented by a program instructing related hardware, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (13)

1. An information confirmation method, comprising:
acquiring target commodity information required to be bought by a user and attribute information of distribution resources for distributing the target commodity, wherein the attribute information of the distribution resources comprises real-time positions of the distribution resources, the target commodity information is obtained by identifying initial purchasing information input by the user, and the initial purchasing information comprises character information or picture information;
determining target merchant information according to the target commodity information and the attribute information of the distribution resources, specifically comprising: determining target merchant information according to the target commodity information and the real-time position of the distribution resource;
and determining target purchasing information according to the target commodity information and the target merchant information.
2. The information confirmation method according to claim 1, wherein the attribute information of the delivery resource further comprises: a destination of the current order for the delivery resource.
3. The information confirmation method according to claim 2, wherein the determining target merchant information based on the target commodity information and the attribute information of the delivery resource includes:
according to the target commodity information, candidate merchants are searched in a historical order database, wherein the candidate merchants are merchants containing the target commodity in the historical order;
if the candidate merchants are found and the number of the candidate merchants is more than 1, acquiring merchant information of the candidate merchants, wherein the merchant information at least comprises merchant addresses;
identifying the candidate commercial tenant closest to the real-time position of the distribution resource according to the real-time position of the distribution resource and the commercial tenant address of the candidate commercial tenant;
and taking the candidate merchant with the closest distance as a target merchant, and determining the merchant information of the candidate merchant with the closest distance as the target merchant information.
4. The information confirmation method according to claim 3, wherein the determining target merchant information based on the target commodity information and the attribute information of the delivery resource further comprises:
if the candidate merchants are found and the number of the candidate merchants is equal to 1, acquiring merchant information of the candidate merchants, wherein the merchant information at least comprises merchant addresses;
and taking the candidate merchant as a target merchant, and determining merchant information of the candidate merchant as the target merchant information.
5. The information confirmation method according to claim 3, wherein the determining target merchant information based on the target commodity information and the attribute information of the delivery resource further comprises:
and if the candidate commercial tenant is not found, sending the target commodity information and the attribute information of the distribution resource to an operator, so that the operator can manually find the target commercial tenant and determine the target commercial tenant information.
6. The information confirmation method according to any one of claims 3 to 5, further comprising, before the determining target purchasing information based on the target commodity information and the target merchant information:
searching the historical order of the target merchant in the historical order database;
calculating estimated purchasing information according to the historical order, wherein the estimated purchasing information at least comprises one or any combination of the following information: and (4) estimating the queuing waiting time and estimating the purchasing additional cost.
7. The information confirmation method according to claim 6, wherein the determining target purchasing information according to the target commodity information and the target merchant information includes:
feeding back the target commodity information, the target merchant information and the estimated purchasing information to a user;
after receiving confirmation information fed back by a user, determining the target purchasing information; the target purchasing information comprises the target commodity information, the target merchant information and the estimated purchasing information.
8. The information confirmation method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring target commodity information includes:
receiving initial purchasing information input by a user;
and intelligently identifying the initial purchasing information to obtain target commodity information.
9. The information confirmation method according to claim 8, wherein the initial purchasing information input by the user specifically includes one or a combination of the following: text information input by a user and picture information uploaded by the user.
10. The information confirmation method according to claim 9, wherein the intelligently identifying the initial purchasing information to obtain target commodity information specifically includes:
when the initial purchasing information is the text information, performing character recognition on the text information to obtain target commodity information;
when the initial purchasing information is the picture information, carrying out image recognition on the picture information to obtain target commodity information:
when the initial purchasing information comprises the text information and the picture information, intelligently identifying the text information and the picture information respectively, if the commodity information obtained by identifying the text information is inconsistent with the commodity information obtained by identifying the picture information, feeding back the two inconsistent commodity information to a user, and taking the commodity information confirmed by the feedback of the user as the target commodity information.
11. An information confirmation apparatus, comprising:
