Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a construction method for quickly plugging an outer wall hole by prefabricated members.
Background
In the construction process of building engineering, leakage of an outer wall is often caused by non-compaction of plugging of screw holes of the outer wall. The traditional external wall screw hole plugging mainly adopts the following two modes: a cement mortar plug is adopted, firstly, an inner sleeve of a wall is punched out, then a foaming agent is sprayed into a wall hole, and finally, the wall hole is plugged by cement mortar, the operation controllability of the method is not strong, the cement mortar plug depth cannot meet the specified requirement, the filling is not compact, and the mortar filling depth completely depends on the operation of workers; the other is to seal the screw hole by using a cork or a rubber plug, and although the problem of compactness can be solved, the cork or the rubber plug material is easy to age, and the aged sealing material generates leakage channels, so that leakage of an outer wall is caused. Therefore, how to improve the plugging quality of the outer wall hole and the durability, in particular to the plugging construction of the full cast-in-situ outer wall hole, is a difficult problem which is always considered by the person skilled in the art.

The invention aims at: the invention provides a construction method for quickly plugging an outer wall hole by prefabricated members, which solves the problem of leakage of the existing outer wall.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme:
a construction method for quickly plugging an outer wall hole by prefabricated members comprises the following steps:
step (1), pretreating a wall hole in a wall body;
splicing and inserting prefabricated parts into the wall hole, wherein the prefabricated parts comprise at least two spliced blocks, the outer side surfaces of the spliced blocks are matched with the inner wall of the wall hole, and grouting holes are formed in the inner side surfaces of the spliced blocks through splicing block holes which are penetrated on one side;
step (3), plugging the grouting joint into the port of the grouting hole, and externally supporting the grouting joint to enable the outer side surface of the spliced block to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the wall hole;
step (4), connecting the grouting joint with a grouting pipe, and injecting mortar into the grouting holes for filling;
step (5), filling the assembly gaps in the wall holes by the mortar until the mortar flows out from the end parts;
and (6) pulling out the grouting joint after the mortar is initially set.
Further, in the step (1), a conical groove is formed in an inner port of the wall hole by using the rotary file, and in the step (2), the conical end at the inner end of the splicing block is matched with the conical groove, so that the prefabricated member has pretightening force.
Further, the prefabricated member comprises two pieces of split blocks.
Furthermore, the wall hole and the prefabricated member are all circular in cross section.
Further, in the step (2), the inner end and the outer end of the prefabricated member are respectively flush with the inner end face and the outer end face of the wall body.
Further, the grouting joint comprises a conical head and a fastening head, wherein the conical head is used for being inserted into the grouting hole, and the fastening head is used for being connected with the grouting pipe.
Further, in the step (3), a spacer is coated on the grouting joint, and then the grouting joint is plugged into the port of the grouting hole.
Further, in the step (3), after the grouting joint is plugged into the port of the grouting hole, the grouting joint is knocked inwards, so that the grouting joint is outwards supported.
In the step (4), mortar with high primary expansibility is adopted.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the prefabricated concrete member is used for sealing an outer wall hole by combining a grouting technology, so that compactness is guaranteed, durability is improved, and tension is applied in advance in the construction process, so that the prefabricated concrete member is in closer contact with a main structure, and leakage is avoided.

Detailed Description
The following non-limiting examples illustrate the invention.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, a construction method for rapidly plugging an external wall hole by a prefabricated member comprises the following steps:
and (1) pretreating the wall hole 2 on the wall body 1, ensuring that no sundries exist at the wall hole 2, not affecting the subsequent normal construction, and simultaneously utilizing the rotary file to open a conical groove at the inner end of the wall hole 2.
Step (2), splicing the prefabricated members 3 and inserting the prefabricated members into the wall holes 2, wherein the wall holes 2 and the prefabricated members 3 are circular in cross section, and the cylindrical prefabricated members 3 are utilized to plug the cylindrical wall holes 2, so that shape matching is guaranteed.
The prefabricated member 3 comprises two blocks 32, the outer side surfaces of the blocks 32 are matched with the inner wall of the wall hole 2, namely, the blocks are arc-shaped, and the inner side surfaces of the blocks 32 form grouting holes through block holes 31 which are communicated on one side so as to facilitate the follow-up grouting of the wall hole 2.
The taper end of the inner end of the splicing block 32 is matched with the taper of the taper groove, so that the prefabricated part 3 has pretightening force. The inner end and the outer end of the prefabricated member 3 are respectively flush with the inner end face and the outer end face of the wall body 1, so that the prefabricated member 3 is not higher than or lower than the wall body 1, and the overall attractiveness is ensured.
Step (3), the grouting joint 4 comprises a conical head 41 and a fastening head 42, a spacer is coated on the conical head 41 of the grouting joint 4, then the conical head 41 of the grouting joint 4 is plugged into a port of a grouting hole, the grouting joint 4 is knocked inwards, the grouting joint 4 is outwards supported, the outer side surface of the splice 32 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the wall hole 2, and certain tension is applied to the two splice 32 in advance.
And (4) connecting a fastening head 42 of the grouting joint 4 with a grouting pipe, wherein annular protrusions are arranged on the outer side of the fastening head 42, the grouting pipe is fixedly sleeved on the fastening head 42, mortar is injected into grouting holes for filling, and the mortar adopts primary expansion mortar higher than that of the wall body 1.
And (5) filling assembly gaps in the wall hole 2 by using mortar, wherein the assembly gaps comprise gaps between the assembly blocks 32 and the inner wall of the wall hole 2, and meanwhile, the mortar also has an external supporting effect, so that the assembly blocks 32 are attached to the inner wall of the wall hole 2 until the mortar flows out from the end part. The other end of the splicing block hole 31 on the splicing block 32 is not penetrated, so that the grouting pressure is ensured, and meanwhile, the outflow of mortar is avoided.
And (6) after the mortar is initially set, pulling out the grouting joint 4 for recycling.
