Abstract
The invention discloses a tail end mounting structure and a tail end mounting method of a partition wall, wherein the tail end mounting structure of the partition wall comprises a built wall body and the partition wall, the partition wall comprises a vertical keel, a tail end keel, a decorative plate and a filling material, the tail end keel is fixed on the built wall body and comprises a main keel and clamping strips which are detachably mounted, the two clamping strips are respectively arranged at two ends of the main keel in a first direction and respectively form a mounting groove with the main keel, one ends of the two decorative plates are provided with first clamping pieces and form a clamping part with the first clamping pieces, the clamping parts are connected with the vertical keel in a clamping mode, and the other ends of the decorative plates are inserted into the mounting grooves. The tail end mounting structure and the mounting method of the partition wall provided by the invention can avoid surface leveling, coating processes and more nailing operations.
Description
Technical Field

In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the rear end mounting structure of the partition wall provided by the present application further includes a rubber rod 5, the rubber rod 5 is disposed in the mounting groove 23 and is sandwiched between the plate body 31 and the groove bottom 231 of the mounting groove 23;
the second card 212 and the third card 213 extend away from the built wall 200 by a length L, and the fourth card 215 and the fifth card 216 extend away from the built wall by a length D, wherein D < L.
It should be noted that, in the installation structure of the rear end of the partition wall of the present application, as in the embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8, the structure of one installation groove 23 of the main keel 21 may be modified into a form of clamping the rubber rod 5 between one end of the plate body 31 and the bottom 231 of the installation groove 23; the structure of the upper and lower mounting grooves 23 of the main keel 21 can be modified into a form of clamping the rubber rod 5 between one end of the plate body 31 and the bottom 231 of the mounting groove 23, so that two rubber rods 5 are required to be arranged to be clamped between one end of the plate body 31 and the bottom 231 of the mounting groove 23. The rubber rod 5 can play a role in sealing and sound insulation, and can prevent the plate body 31 from moving transversely at the same time, so that the plate body 31 is prevented from falling off.
In fig. 7 and 8, the length L of the third catch plate 213 and the length D of the fifth catch plate 216 are marked such that D < L, in order to clamp the rubber rod 5 between one end of the plate body 31 and the bottom 231 of the installation groove 23. Similarly, in order to arrange the rubber rod 5 in the other mounting groove 23, the length L of the second catch plate 212 should be larger than the length D of the fourth catch plate 215.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, the tail end mounting structure of the partition wall provided by the present application further includes an adhesive tape 6, where the adhesive tape 6 is disposed on the snap-in strip 22 and sandwiched between the snap-in strip 22 and the plate body 31;
be equipped with adhesive tape fixed slot 225 on first flat board 221, adhesive tape fixed slot 225 sets up to major arc shape, is equipped with columniform fixed column 61 on the adhesive tape 6, and fixed column 61 sets up in adhesive tape fixed slot 225.
Specifically, a rubber strip 6 is provided between the snap-in strip 22 and the plate body 31 to more firmly press-fix the decorative plate 3.
In some exemplary embodiments, the main keel 21 further comprises a reinforcing rib 2110, the reinforcing rib 2110 is parallel to the second base plate 211, one end of the reinforcing rib 2110 is connected to the second clamping plate 212, and the other end is connected to the third clamping plate 213.
Specifically, the reinforcing ribs 2110 have the effect of increasing the structural strength of the main runner 21, and the reinforcing ribs 2110 also serve to abut against the filler material 4.
An embodiment of the present application provides an installation method, applied to a tail end installation structure of a partition wall according to the above exemplary embodiment, including:
s1, fixing the vertical keel 1, taking a vertical keel 1, moving to a preset position, and fixing the vertical keel 1 with the upper floor and the lower floor;
s2, fixing the main keel 21 on the built wall 200 through a screw or an expansion bolt, and corresponding to the vertical keel 1;
s3, installing the decorative plate 3 on one side, firstly inserting the inserting groove 34 at one end of the decorative plate 3 into the first clamping plate 12 on the vertical keel 1, meanwhile, pushing the other end of the decorative plate 3 against the second clamping plate 212, then inserting a rubber rod 5 between the plate body 31 and the second bottom plate 211, and then inserting a clamping strip 22 to limit the decorative plate 3;
s4, installing the filling material 4, and inserting the filling material 4 between the mullion 1 and the main joist 21;
s5, installing the decorative plate 3 on the other side, firstly inserting the inserting groove 34 at one end of the decorative plate 3 into the first clamping plate 12 on the vertical keel 1, meanwhile, the other end of the decorative plate 3 is propped against the third clamping plate 213, then inserting a rubber rod 5 between the plate body 31 and the second bottom plate 211, and then inserting a clamping strip 22 to limit the decorative plate 3.
The mounting method provided by the present application is applied to the tail end mounting structure of the partition wall according to the above exemplary embodiment, and therefore, the mounting method has structural features and advantages of the tail end mounting structure of the partition wall according to the above exemplary embodiment, which are not described herein again.

Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or to implicitly indicate the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and can, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or they may be connected internally or in any other suitable relationship, unless expressly stated otherwise. Claims (10)
1. A tail end mounting structure of a partition wall comprises a built wall body (200) and the partition wall (100), wherein the partition wall (100) is arranged between an upper floor and a lower floor, and one end of the partition wall is connected with the built wall body (200), and the tail end mounting structure is characterized in that the partition wall (100) comprises vertical keels (1), tail end keels (2), decorative plates (3) and filling materials (4);
the vertical keel (1) is vertically arranged and is arranged at a distance from the built wall (200), and the upper end and the lower end of the vertical keel (1) are respectively connected with an upper floor plate and a lower floor plate;
the tail end keel (2) is vertically arranged and fixed on the built wall body (200), the tail end keel (2) comprises a main keel (21) and two clamping strips (22) which are detachably mounted, the two clamping strips (22) are respectively arranged at two ends of the main keel (21) in the first direction and are surrounded with the main keel (21) to form a mounting groove (23);
the decorative plate (3) is provided with two decorative plates, any one decorative plate (3) comprises a plate body (31) and a first clamping piece (32), one end of the decorative plate (3) is provided with the first clamping piece (32) and forms a clamping part (33) with the first clamping piece (32) in an enclosing mode, the clamping part (33) is connected with the vertical keel (1) in a clamping mode, and the other end of the decorative plate (3) is inserted into the mounting groove (23);
the filling material (4) is arranged between the two decorative plates (3).
2. The tail end mounting structure of the partition wall according to claim 1, wherein the mullion (1) comprises a first bottom plate (11) and two first clamping plates (12), and the two first clamping plates (12) are parallel and respectively arranged at two ends of the first bottom plate (11) in the first direction and form an I shape;
the first clamping piece (32) is arranged on one side, facing the filling material (4), of the plate body (31), one end, close to the mullion (1), of the first clamping piece (32) is arranged to be spaced from the plate body (31), and an inserting groove (34) with a notch facing the mullion (1) is formed;
one end of the first clamping plate (12) is inserted into the insertion groove (34).
3. The tail end mounting structure of a partition wall as claimed in claim 2, wherein the main keel (21) comprises a second bottom plate (211), a second clamping plate (212) and a third clamping plate (213), the second bottom plate (211) is arranged to be attached to and fixed with the built wall (200), the second bottom plate (211) is provided with two limiting grooves (214) on one side facing away from the built wall (200), and the two limiting grooves (214) are respectively arranged at two ends of the second bottom plate (211) in the first direction;
the second clamping plate (212) and the third clamping plate (213) are both arranged on one side, facing away from the built wall body (200), of the second bottom plate (211) and are both arranged between the two limiting grooves (214), the second clamping plate (212) is close to one limiting groove (214), and the third clamping plate (213) is close to the other limiting groove (214);
the two clamping strips (22) are correspondingly spliced with the two limiting grooves (214) one by one, one is formed between the clamping strips (22) and the second clamping plate (212) as one mounting groove (23), and the other is formed between the clamping strips (22) and the third clamping plate (213) as the other mounting groove (23).
4. A rear end mounting structure for a partition wall as claimed in claim 3, wherein the main keel (21) further comprises a fourth clamping plate (215), a fifth clamping plate (216), a sixth clamping plate (217) and a seventh clamping plate (218) which are parallel to each other, and two of the fourth clamping plate (215) and the fifth clamping plate (216) are respectively arranged at two ends of the second bottom plate (211) in the first direction;
the sixth clamping plate (217) is arranged close to the fourth clamping plate (215), and the limiting groove (214) is formed between the fourth clamping plate (215) and the sixth clamping plate (217);
the seventh card (218) is disposed adjacent to the fifth card (216), and another limiting groove (214) is formed between the fifth card (216) and the seventh card (218).
5. The rear end mounting structure of a partition according to claim 4, wherein a snap structure (24) is provided between the snap-in strip (22) and the limiting groove (214) to prevent the snap-in strip (22) from coming out of the limiting groove (214).
6. The rear end mounting structure of a partition wall according to claim 5, wherein the snap-in strip (22) comprises a first flat plate (221) and a second flat plate (222) which are parallel, one end of the first flat plate (221) and one end of the second flat plate (222) are connected through a connecting plate (223);
one end of the first flat plate (221) far away from the connecting plate (223) and one end of the second flat plate (222) far away from the connecting plate (223) are inserted into the limiting groove (214);
the buckle structure (24) comprises a first protrusion (224) arranged on the first flat plate (221) and a second protrusion (219) arranged in the limiting groove (214), the second protrusion (219) is arranged at the notch of the limiting groove (214), the first protrusion (224) is arranged at one end, away from the connecting plate (223), of the first flat plate (221), and the first protrusion (224) abuts against the second protrusion (219) to form a buckle.
7. The tail end mounting structure of a partition wall according to claim 5, further comprising a rubber rod (5), wherein the rubber rod (5) is arranged in the mounting groove (23) and is clamped between the plate body (31) and the groove bottom (231) of the mounting groove (23);
the extension lengths of the second clamping board (212) and the third clamping board (213) facing away from the built wall (200) are both L, and the extension lengths of the fourth clamping board (215) and the fifth clamping board (216) facing away from the built wall are set to be D, wherein D < L.
8. The tail end mounting structure of the partition wall according to claim 6, further comprising an adhesive tape (6), wherein the adhesive tape (6) is arranged on the snap-in strip (22) and clamped between the snap-in strip (22) and the plate body (31);
be equipped with adhesive tape fixed slot (225) on first flat board (221), adhesive tape fixed slot (225) set up to major arc shape, be equipped with columniform fixed column (61) on adhesive tape (6), fixed column (61) set up in adhesive tape fixed slot (225).

The rear end mounting structure of a partition according to claim 4, wherein the main keel (21) further comprises a reinforcing rib (2110), the reinforcing rib (2110) is parallel to the second bottom plate (211), one end of the reinforcing rib (2110) is connected with the second clamping plate (212), and the other end is connected with the third clamping plate (213).
10. An installation method applied to the rear end installation structure of the partition wall as claimed in claim 7, comprising:
step 1, fixing a vertical keel (1), moving the vertical keel (1) to a preset position, and fixing the vertical keel with an upper floor plate and a lower floor plate;
step 2, fixing the main keel (21) on the built wall (200) through a screw or an expansion bolt, and corresponding to the vertical keel (1);
step 3, installing the decorative plate (3) on one side, firstly inserting the inserting groove (34) at one end of the decorative plate (3) into the first clamping plate (12) on the vertical keel (1), meanwhile, pushing the other end of the decorative plate (3) against the second clamping plate (212), then inserting a rubber rod (5) between the plate body (31) and the second bottom plate (211), and then inserting a clamping strip (22) to limit the decorative plate (3);
step 4, installing a filling material, and filling the filling material (4) between the vertical keel (1) and the main keel (21);
and 5, installing the decorative plate (3) on the other side, inserting the inserting groove (34) at one end of the decorative plate (3) into the first clamping plate (12) on the vertical keel (1), simultaneously abutting the other end of the decorative plate (3) against the third clamping plate (213), then inserting a rubber rod (5) between the plate body (31) and the second bottom plate (211), and then inserting a clamping strip (22) to limit the decorative plate (3).
