Description

Tray and stack for full-automatic high-speed packaging production line
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of full-automatic packaging, in particular to a tray for a full-automatic high-speed packaging production line.
Background
The packaging materials of Chinese white spirit, such as wine bottles, wine caps and wine boxes, are generally complex in manufacturing process and exquisite in appearance, for example, the wine bottles comprise decoration firing, paint spraying, glaze firing and the like, but the accompanying problems are that the appearance is very delicate and expensive, and the packaging materials are extremely easy to damage in the transportation and white spirit packaging processes. To avoid this problem, the industry now makes the following:
and (3) transporting a packaging material: manually putting wine bottles into wine boxes in a packaging material factory, and putting the wine boxes into boxes for transportation;
packaging white spirit: manually taking out the wine bottles, and manually putting the wine bottles, the wine caps and the wine boxes of the packaging line into a conveying belt;
problems with this approach:
in China, the consumption of white spirit is remarkably improved in recent years, the capacity of white spirit packaging equipment is improved from a traditional 4000-6000 bottles/hour production line to requirements of a medium-speed 12000 bottles/hour production line and a high-speed 24000 bottles/hour production line, and the mode can obviously not be matched with the speed of the whole production line.
For adapting to a full-automatic high-speed packaging production line and improving the production efficiency, the packaging material needs to be automatically fed by a robot, so that the design of a packaging container (tray) needs to be matched with the full-automatic destacking robot at first, the stability in the whole transportation process can be ensured, and the packaging material (bottle, cover, box, handbag) is not damaged by abrasion, collision and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, in order to adapt to a full-automatic high-speed packaging production line and improve the production efficiency, the invention provides a tray and a stack, which are used for placing wine bottles or wine bottle caps, realizing long-distance transportation and company dumping of packaging materials (particularly wine bottles or wine bottle caps) from a packaging material factory to a wine factory, and matching with an intelligent robot on the production line to disassemble the whole stack, thereby realizing intelligent and high-speed production.
The tray is used for placing wine bottles or wine bottle caps and is provided with an accommodating cavity with an upper opening, and a plurality of upper opening limiting grooves used for limiting the wine bottles or the wine bottle caps are arranged at the bottom in the accommodating cavity.
The several is installed to the tray inner bottom and is located between the spacing recess of upper shed and vertical ascending fore-set, improves the intensity of tray through the fore-set, because mechanical stress and package material weight take place the tray and collapse core phenomenon (also be local deformation) when preventing that a plurality of trays from piling up, leads to tray and package material contact wear, also improves the stability when the tray piles up.
The upper guard plate and the lower guard plate of the tray are respectively provided with an upper limit part and a lower limit part which are convenient for the tray to be stacked up and down, and the lower limit part of the upper tray is butted with the upper limit part of the lower tray; the upper limiting part is formed by four inclined planes of an upper protective plate of the tray, and the lower limiting part is an inner inclined plane formed by four edges of a lower protective plate of the tray. The upper and lower trays are positioned and stacked by the contact of the upper and lower positioning parts, and the upper tray can be prevented from being directly pressed on the packaging material.
Furthermore, the outer wall of the tray is provided with a manipulator gripper groove, so that the tray can be conveniently butted with an intelligent manipulator during automatic unstacking.
When the tray is used for placing wine bottles, the upper opening limiting groove is used for placing wine bottles, the bottom of the tray is provided with a lower opening limiting groove corresponding to the upper opening limiting groove, and the lower opening limiting groove is communicated with the upper opening limiting groove. The wine bottle is positioned in the upper opening limiting groove, and the bottle bottom is prevented from being directly contacted with the tray groove through line contact of the waist line part of the bottle body, so that the positive effects of fixing the wine bottle and not wearing the bottle bottom are achieved; the lower opening limiting groove is used for placing a bottle opening of the lower-layer tray, the diameter distance of the lower opening limiting groove is larger than the diameter of the bottle opening, and if the bottle body jumps up and down, the groove does not collide with the fragile bottle opening and is in contact with the firm shoulder; the lower opening limiting groove also serves as a water outlet, so that water can be drained conveniently when the tray is cleaned.
The spacing between the upper opening limiting grooves is reasonable in design, so that the two wine bottles cannot be influenced mutually or the wine bottles are damaged due to collision; the upper opening limiting groove is reasonable in shape and depth design, the wine bottle can be fixed, and the phenomena of abrasion of a bottle body and a bottle label and bottle unstacking and clamping are avoided.
The cavity depth of holding is slightly higher than the beverage bottle body, guarantees that the beverage bottle bottleneck is not atress, and the tray piles up from top to bottom simultaneously, realizes sealedly (mainly through last spacing portion and lower spacing portion contact realization), prevents the pollution in transportation and the storage.
Work as when the tray is used for placing the beverage bottle lid, the spacing recess of upper shed is used for placing the beverage bottle lid, and the position line contact of cover in recess and the bottle lid, the cross strengthening rib has been seted up to the tray bottom, and this cross strengthening rib is corresponding to the spacing recess of upper shed (promptly at every beverage bottle lid centre position design cross strengthening rib) of piling up the tray of back below, can prevent to wrap the material because jolt in the transportation, jump out in the recess, take place to roll and lead to colliding with.
The invention also provides a wine bottle tray stack for the full-automatic high-speed packaging production line and a wine bottle cap tray stack for the full-automatic high-speed packaging production line, wherein the wine bottle tray stack comprises one or more trays for placing wine bottles, the trays for placing the wine bottles are butted on a stacking plate, and a stack cover is covered on the upper part of the tray at the top; the wine bottle cap tray stack comprises one or more trays for placing wine bottle caps, the trays for placing wine bottles are butted on the stacking plate, and the upper part of the tray at the top is covered with a stack cover. The tray stack can adapt to a full-automatic high-speed packaging production line through reasonable design, and the production efficiency is improved.
The invention has the following advantages:
the tray is reasonably designed, long-distance transportation and internal dumping of a company from a packaging material factory to a wine factory of packaging materials (wine bottles or wine bottle caps) can be realized, and the whole stack of intelligent robots on a production line is matched for disassembling, so that intelligent and high-speed production is realized;
meanwhile, the number of the packing materials of each layer of the pallet is high and is matched with the requirement of high-speed unstacking productivity; the structural design of the tray can be matched with a packing material unstacking robot clamp; can realize high-speed and automatic production.
The tray stack formed by the trays has strong protection capability on the packing materials, and the packing materials cannot be influenced badly (such as the appearance damages of collision, abrasion, damage, cracks and the like) in the long-distance transportation and multiple warehouse-dumping processes. The upper tray and the lower tray are protected and transported in a sealed way, so that a good anti-pollution effect can be achieved.
The pallet stacking type provided by the invention has strong stability, and allows multiple stacks to be stacked up and down in the transportation process, so that the transportation efficiency is improved; when single stack dumping and automatic conveying of a packaging line are carried out in a factory, stable transportation and no tilting are realized; meanwhile, the structure is compact, the space is saved, and the intelligent intensive elevated warehouse is adapted.
