According to the scheme disclosed by the invention, a special stabilizing system is adopted, so that the phenomena of flocculent precipitate and lumps caused by sterilization of liquid dairy products and meat are solved, the homogenization of soup is realized, and the simultaneous intake of meat protein and milk protein by dogs and cats can be met. And meanwhile, the convenience of feeding of consumers is increased. Meanwhile, the intake of calcium is enhanced, and the calcium-enriched noodles are suitable for being supplemented and eaten in the whole life stage.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to pet food, in particular to wet pet food using milk products and meat products as raw materials and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Among pet food materials, nutritionally complete dairy products naturally become an indispensable part of the diet. In particular, goat milk is receiving more attention as an emerging milk source. The milk product with rich nutrition and various food therapy and health care functions becomes a target selected by consumers for favorites.
Related pet foods at the present stage are wet food products which are processed by a high temperature sterilization technology using meat and water as main raw materials. And the liquid pet drink is prepared by taking cow milk and goat milk as main raw materials through a pasteurization mode.
The prior art can not realize the effective combination of wet grain products and liquid dairy products, which is characterized in that the wet grain products only take meat as a main raw material, the soup is clear or turbid but mainly takes deep color, and after the liquid milk is added, flocculent precipitate and lumps can appear in the processing process due to the poor heat stability of the liquid milk, and homogeneous soup can not be formed. Resulting in poor appearance and poor acceptance by consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wet pet food using milk products and meat products as raw materials and a novel technical scheme of a manufacturing method thereof.
According to the first aspect of the invention, the wet pet food using the milk product and the meat product as raw materials comprises the following components in percentage: 10-50% of high-quality meat cubes, 10-50% of whole milk, 5IU-500IU of vitamin E, 0.1-2.5% of stabilizer, 0.01-3% of taurine, 30-60% of water, 0.1-3% of cellulose and 0.1-2% of oligosaccharide.
Optionally, the stabilizing agent is selected from one or more of gellan gum, guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan and seaweed meal.
Optionally, the oligosaccharide is selected from one or more of fructooligosaccharide, mannooligosaccharide and chicory root powder.
Optionally, the whole milk is selected from whole goat milk or whole cow milk.
Optionally, the high quality meat chunk is selected from one or more of chicken breast, duck, goose, cattle, sheep, fish, rabbit, pigeon and venison.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of making a wet pet food using a dairy product and a meat product as raw materials, comprising:
step S1, weighing the raw materials and the auxiliary materials according to the percentage: 10-50% of high-quality meat cubes, 10-50% of whole milk, 5IU-500IU of vitamin E, 0.1-2.5% of stabilizer, 0.01-3% of taurine, 30-60% of water, 0.1-3% of cellulose and 0.1-2% of oligosaccharide;
step S2, raw material processing: cutting high-quality meat cubes into diced meat by using a meat cutting machine to obtain diced meat for later use;
step S3, beating: putting the whole milk, the stabilizer, taurine and vitamin E into water, and stirring to obtain juice;
step S4, emulsification: putting the juice into an emulsifying machine for high-speed emulsification;
step S5, mixing: mixing the emulsified juice with the diced meat;
step S6, canning: and (3) sealing the mixed juice and diced meat, and then sending the canned mixture into a sterilization device for sterilization, and quickly cooling after the sterilization is finished.
Optionally, the rotation speed of stirring in the pulping is 2000-3500 r/min; the stirring time in the pulping is 30s-5 min.
Optionally, the mixing is performed by using a stirrer, and the stirring speed of the stirrer is 100-500 r/min; the stirring time in the mixing is 30s-5 min.
Optionally, the sterilization temperature is 80-200 ℃; the sterilization time is 10-100 min.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the following beneficial effects are achieved:
a special stabilizing system is adopted, the phenomena of flocculent precipitate and lumps caused by sterilization of liquid dairy products and meat are solved, the homogenization of soup is realized, and the simultaneous intake of meat protein and milk protein by dogs and cats can be met. And simultaneously, the convenience of feeding of consumers is increased. Meanwhile, the intake of calcium is enhanced, and the calcium-enriched noodles are suitable for being supplemented and eaten in the whole life stage.

step S6, canning: and (3) sealing the mixed juice and diced meat, and then sending the mixture into a sterilization device for sterilization, wherein the sterilization temperature is 80-200 ℃, the sterilization time is 10-100min, and the sterilization is rapidly cooled after the sterilization is finished.
In conclusion, the invention adopts a special stabilizing system, solves the problems of flocculent precipitate and lumps caused by sterilization of liquid dairy products and meat, realizes homogenization of soup, and can meet the requirement of simultaneous ingestion of meat protein and milk protein by dogs and cats. And meanwhile, the convenience of feeding of consumers is increased. Meanwhile, the intake of calcium is enhanced, and the calcium-enriched noodles are suitable for being supplemented and eaten in the whole life stage.
