能源管理是对能源的生产、分配、转换和消耗的全过程进行科学的计划、组织、检查、控制和监督工作的总称。内容包括:制定正确的能源开发政策和节能政策,不断完善能源规划、能源法规,能源控制***,安排好工业能源、生活能源的生产与经营;加强能源设备管理,及时对锅炉、工业窑炉,各类电器等进行技术改造和更新,提高能源利用率,实行能源定额管理,计算出能源的有效消耗及工艺性损耗的指标,层层核定各项能源消耗定额,并通过经济责任制度和奖惩制度把能源消耗定额落实到车间、班组和个人,督促企业达到耗能先进水平,定期检查耗能大的重点企业,重点项目和重点设备,不断对能源有效利用程度进行技术分析,建立健全能源管理制度,形成专业管理与群众管理相结合的能源管理网,教育职工树立节能意识,并不断加强对能源消耗的计量监督、标准监督和统计监督,而其中能源就包括很多不同之类,位于其中的天然气是较为安全的燃气之一,它不含一氧化碳,也比空气轻,一旦泄漏,立即会向上扩散,不易积聚形成***性气体,安全性较其他燃体而言相对较高。采用天然气作为能源,可减少煤和石油的用量,因而大大改善环境污染问题,天然气作为一种清洁能源,能减少二氧化硫和粉尘排放量近100%,减少二氧化碳排放量60%和氮氧化合物排放量50%,并有助于减少酸雨形成,减缓地球温室效应,从根本上改善环境质量;现有的基于能源管理的故障实时控制***及控制方法在使用时存在一定的弊端,现有结构在对于天然气能源的管理使用上存在一定弊端,面对装置异常高温,存储机构压力异常或输出天然气量不受控制。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供基于能源管理的故障实时控制***及控制方法,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
基于能源管理的故障实时控制***及控制方法,包括防泄漏架,所述防泄漏架的底端表面固定安装有承载架,所述承载架的上端表面靠近另一端边缘处固定安装有水冷箱,所述防泄漏架的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有连接阀,所述承载架的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有支架,所述支架的上端设置有联动架,所述联动架的下端设置有存储罐,所述存储罐的表面连接有分流罐;
所述分流罐的一侧表面靠近上端边缘处固定安装有第一支管,所述第一支管的表面固定安装有第一传输阀,所述分流罐的一侧表面位于第一支管的下端固定安装有第二支管,所述第二支管的表面固定安装有第二传输阀,所述分流罐的上端表面固定连接有连接盖,所述连接盖的上端表面靠近中部处固定安装有第一驱动臂;
所述第一驱动臂的另一端表面转动连接有第二驱动臂,所述第二驱动臂的表面固定安装有臂安装架,所述第二驱动臂的外侧表面固定安装有驱动气缸。
优选的,所述防泄漏架的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有观察窗,所述防泄漏架内部的顶端表面固定安装有温度计,所述防泄漏架内部的顶端表面位于温度计的一侧固定安装有天然气感应器。
优选的,所述承载架的内侧表面焊接固定有承载板,所述承载架的底端表面位于四角边缘处固定安装有万向轮,所述承载板的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有定位座。
优选的,所述水冷箱的一端表面等距固定安装有水冷管,所述水冷箱的内部固定安装有储水箱,所述储水箱的一端表面等距固定安装有循环泵,所述循环泵与水冷管固定连接,所述水冷箱的另一端表面位于中部处固定安装有挡板,所述挡板的表面位于中部处固定安装有散热风机。
优选的,所述连接阀的底端表面固定安装有伸缩管,所述伸缩管的另一端表面固定安装有电控限流阀。
优选的,所述支架的上端表面位于中部处固定安装有套座,所述套座的表面嵌入连接有螺杆,所述支架的上端表面位于套座的两侧固定安装有辅助支杆,所述螺杆的另一端固定连接有控制电机。
优选的,所述联动架的表面靠近一端边缘处开设有螺槽,所述联动架的表面位于螺槽的两侧开设有支杆槽,所述联动架的表面靠近另一端边缘处固定安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的底端表面固定安装有搅拌桨,所述联动架的底端表面靠近另一端边缘处固定安装有密封盖。
优选的,所述存储罐的侧表面靠近中部处固定安装有加料阀,所述存储罐的侧表面位于加料阀的一侧对称固定安装有连通管。
优选的,所述存储罐的内侧表面固定安装有压力计。
本发明还公开了基于能源管理的故障实时控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、通过加料阀往存储罐中注入一定量的天然气之后,根据压力计的数值变化,一旦发现异常,可打开第一支管表面的阀体,使一部分天然气分流进入分流罐中,以减少存储罐的压力;
S2、当检测到装置温度过高时,可分别启动驱动电机,使其带动搅拌桨搅动散热,同时启用水冷箱,使其表面的水冷管进行水冷循环,从而使装置温度下降;
S3、在输出端检测到天然气输送量过大时,可远程控制电控限流阀,
使其控制天然气的输出量。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中,天然气作为一种清洁能源,能减少二氧化硫和粉尘排放量近100%,减少二氧化碳排放量60%和氮氧化合物排放量50%,通过设置的***装置结构,在应对天然气能源存储输送过程中所产生的故障,诸如装置温度过高、天然气输送量异常和存储罐体压力过大等问题,都可以及时得到检测,并方便进行及时处理,操作步骤包括当检测到装置温度过高时,可分别启动驱动电机,使其带动搅拌桨搅动散热,同时启用水冷箱,使其表面的水冷管进行水冷循环,从而使装置温度下降,当检测到装置温度过高时,可分别启动驱动电机,使其带动搅拌桨搅动散热,同时启用水冷箱,使其表面的水冷管进行水冷循环,从而使装置温度下降,在输出端检测到天然气输送量过大时,可远程控制电控限流阀,使其控制天然气的输出量。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-10所示,基于能源管理的故障实时控制***及控制方法,包括防泄漏架1,防泄漏架1的底端表面固定安装有承载架2,承载架2的上端表面靠近另一端边缘处固定安装有水冷箱3,防泄漏架1的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有连接阀4,承载架2的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有支架5,支架5的上端设置有联动架6,联动架6的下端设置有存储罐7,存储罐7的表面连接有分流罐8;
分流罐8的一侧表面靠近上端边缘处固定安装有第一支管801,第一支管801的表面固定安装有第一传输阀,分流罐8的一侧表面位于第一支管801的下端固定安装有第二支管802,第二支管802的表面固定安装有第二传输阀,分流罐8的上端表面固定连接有连接盖803,连接盖803的上端表面靠近中部处固定安装有第一驱动臂804;
第一驱动臂804的另一端表面转动连接有第二驱动臂8041,第二驱动臂8041的表面固定安装有臂安装架8042,第二驱动臂8041的外侧表面固定安装有驱动气缸8043;
防泄漏架1的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有观察窗101,防泄漏架1内部的顶端表面固定安装有温度计,防泄漏架1内部的顶端表面位于温度计的一侧固定安装有天然气感应器;
承载架2的内侧表面焊接固定有承载板201,承载架2的底端表面位于四角边缘处固定安装有万向轮202,承载板201的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有定位座203;
水冷箱3的一端表面等距固定安装有水冷管301,水冷箱3的内部固定安装有储水箱,储水箱的一端表面等距固定安装有循环泵,循环泵与水冷管301固定连接,水冷箱3的另一端表面位于中部处固定安装有挡板,挡板的表面位于中部处固定安装有散热风机;
连接阀4的底端表面固定安装有伸缩管401,伸缩管401的另一端表面固定安装有电控限流阀402;
支架5的上端表面位于中部处固定安装有套座501,套座501的表面嵌入连接有螺杆502,支架5的上端表面位于套座501的两侧固定安装有辅助支杆503,螺杆502的另一端固定连接有控制电机504;
联动架6的表面靠近一端边缘处开设有螺槽,联动架6的表面位于螺槽的两侧开设有支杆槽,联动架6的表面靠近另一端边缘处固定安装有驱动电机601,驱动电机601的底端表面固定安装有搅拌桨603,联动架6的底端表面靠近另一端边缘处固定安装有密封盖602;
存储罐7的侧表面靠近中部处固定安装有加料阀701,存储罐7的侧表面位于加料阀701的一侧对称固定安装有连通管702;
存储罐7的内侧表面固定安装有压力计。
本发明还公开了基于能源管理的故障实时控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、通过加料阀701往存储罐7中注入一定量的天然气之后,根据压力计的数值变化,一旦发现异常,可打开第一支管801表面的阀体,使一部分天然气分流进入分流罐8中,以减少存储罐7的压力;
S2、当检测到装置温度过高时,可分别启动驱动电机601,使其带动
搅拌桨603搅动散热,同时启用水冷箱3,使其表面的水冷管301进行水冷循环,从而使装置温度下降;
S3、在输出端检测到天然气输送量过大时,可远程控制电控限流阀402,使其控制天然气的输出量。
工作原理:此***装置包括存储、排障和输送三个流程,通过管道和加料阀701对接,可使天然气输送到存储罐7中,当输送到罐体内部之后,可由其内部的压力计检测罐体的压力,正常情况将不启用分流罐进行分流分压,当压力超出设定值之后,可打开第一支管801表面的阀体,使得天然气从存储罐7往分流罐8单向输气,等气压回落,可再打开第二支管802表面的阀体,使得存储的天然气再回流进入到存储罐7中,而对于分流罐8的修理操作,可通过驱动气缸8043分别带动第一驱动臂804和第二驱动臂8041翻转转动,进而带动连接盖803翻转,从而可对跟流管8内部进行检修处理,而位于防泄漏架1内部的天然气感应装置,在检测到防泄漏架1内部空间中存在天然气泄漏的情况,可进行信号警报,同时将天然气输送到分流罐8中进行临时存放,而在装置出现异常高温时,首先启用驱动电机601,使搅拌桨603进行搅拌降温,同时位于存储罐7的外部,启动水冷箱3中的循环泵,使得冷水在水冷管301中往复循环,同时配合风机加速散热,使得罐体内外迅速降温,减少高温产生的***风险,同时在输送过程中,对于接收端的天然气输送量异常情况,可远程控制电控限流阀402,使得天然气输送降低,减少管体受压过大而破裂的风险。

1.基于能源管理的故障实时控制***,包括防泄漏架(1),其特征在于:所述防泄漏架(1)的底端表面固定安装有承载架(2),所述承载架(2)的上端表面靠近另一端边缘处固定安装有水冷箱(3),所述防泄漏架(1)的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有连接阀(4),所述承载架(2)的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有支架(5),所述支架(5)的上端设置有联动架(6),所述联动架(6)的下端设置有存储罐(7),所述存储罐(7)的表面连接有分流罐(8);
所述分流罐(8)的一侧表面靠近上端边缘处固定安装有第一支管(801),所述第一支管(801)的表面固定安装有第一传输阀,所述分流罐(8)的一侧表面位于第一支管(801)的下端固定安装有第二支管(802),所述第二支管(802)的表面固定安装有第二传输阀,所述分流罐(8)的上端表面固定连接有连接盖(803),所述连接盖(803)的上端表面靠近中部处固定安装有第一驱动臂(804);
所述第一驱动臂(804)的另一端表面转动连接有第二驱动臂(8041),所述第二驱动臂(8041)的表面固定安装有臂安装架(8042),所述第二驱动臂(8041)的外侧表面固定安装有驱动气缸(8043);
所述防泄漏架(1)的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有观察窗(101),所述防泄漏架(1)内部的顶端表面固定安装有温度计,所述防泄漏架(1)内部的顶端表面位于温度计的一侧固定安装有天然气感应器,所述承载架(2)的内侧表面焊接固定有承载板(201),所述承载架(2)的底端表面位于四角边缘处固定安装有万向轮(202),所述承载板(201)的上端表面靠近一端边缘处固定安装有定位座(203),所述水冷箱(3)的一端表面等距固定安装有水冷管(301),所述水冷箱(3)的内部固定安装有储水箱,所述储水箱的一端表面等距固定安装有循环泵,所述循环泵与水冷管(301)固定连接,所述水冷箱(3)的另一端表面位于中部处固定安装有挡板,所述挡板的表面位于中部处固定安装有散热风机;
所述连接阀(4)的底端表面固定安装有伸缩管(401),所述伸缩管(401)的另一端表面固定安装有电控限流阀(402),所述支架(5)的上端表面位于中部处固定安装有套座(501),所述套座(501)的表面嵌入连接有螺杆(502),所述支架(5)的上端表面位于套座(501)的两侧固定安装有辅助支杆(503),所述螺杆(502)的另一端固定连接有控制电机(504),所述存储罐(7)的侧表面靠近中部处固定安装有加料阀(701),所述存储罐(7)的侧表面位于加料阀(701)的一侧对称固定安装有连通管(702);
该基于能源管理的故障实时控制***的故障实时控制方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、通过加料阀(701)往存储罐(7)中注入一定量的天然气之后,根据压力计的数值变化,一旦发现异常,可打开第一支管(801)表面的阀体,使一部分天然气分流进入分流罐(8)中,以减少存储罐(7)的压力;
S2、当检测到装置温度过高时,可分别启动驱动电机(601),使其带动搅拌桨(603)搅动散热,同时启用水冷箱(3),使其表面的水冷管(301)进行水冷循环,从而使装置温度下降;
S3、在输出端检测到天然气输送量过大时,可远程控制电控限流阀(402),使其控制天然气的输出量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于能源管理的故障实时控制***,其特征在于:所述联动架(6)的表面靠近一端边缘处开设有螺槽,所述联动架(6)的表面位于螺槽的两侧开设有支杆槽,所述联动架(6)的表面靠近另一端边缘处固定安装有驱动电机(601),所述驱动电机(601)的底端表面固定安装有搅拌桨(603),所述联动架(6)的底端表面靠近另一端边缘处固定安装有密封盖(602)。
