Abstract
The invention provides a tripod convenient for adjusting the unfolding angle of a supporting leg, which comprises a pin joint part arranged on a base and provided with a shaft hole, and a U-shaped part arranged at the upper end of the supporting leg, wherein the U-shaped part comprises a left ear plate and a right ear plate which are both provided with the shaft hole, the pin joint part is embedded between the two ear plates of the U-shaped part and connected through a rotating shaft, and the left end face and the right end face of the pin joint part are both provided with end teeth or friction plates; the left pressure spring and the left locking piece with the shaft hole are arranged between the pivoting part and the left lug plate, the right pressure spring and the right locking piece with the shaft hole are arranged between the pivoting part and the right lug plate, the left locking piece and the right locking piece are respectively inserted into the shaft holes of the left lug plate and the right lug plate and can only move axially but not rotate, the tail end of the guide shaft of the left locking piece is screwed with an adjusting nut, the adjusting nut is arranged at the left end of the rotating shaft through the shaft hole and is limited by a clamping spring, the right end of the rotating shaft is provided with an eccentric cam, and the eccentric cam can push the right locking piece to move leftwards along the rotating shaft, so that the right locking piece is matched with the right end of the pivoting part through end teeth or friction plates.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a support for supporting photographic, photographic or mapping equipment, in particular to a tripod convenient for adjusting the unfolding angle of a supporting leg.
Background
Tripod is commonly used to provide support for photographic, video or surveying equipment, and during the shooting process, the support angle of each support leg often needs to be adjusted according to different terrains. In the prior art, most tripods realize angle adjustment by gear clamping, and the number of gears is generally two or three, so that the support angle of the support foot is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tripod which is convenient for adjusting the unfolding angle of a supporting leg, and the tripod can enable the supporting leg to provide supporting force when being unfolded to various angles or even any angle.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the tripod comprises supporting legs, a base and a connecting mechanism for hinging the supporting legs with the base, wherein the connecting mechanism comprises a pivoting part which is arranged on the base and provided with a shaft hole, and a U-shaped part which is arranged at the upper end of the supporting legs, the U-shaped part comprises a left lug plate and a right lug plate which are all provided with the shaft hole, the pivoting part is embedded between the two lug plates of the U-shaped part and connected through a rotating shaft, and the left end face and the right end face of the pivoting part are both provided with end teeth or friction plates; the left pressure spring and the left locking piece with a shaft hole are arranged between the pin joint part and the left ear plate, the right pressure spring and the right locking piece with a shaft hole are arranged between the pin joint part and the right ear plate, the left locking piece and the right locking piece are both composed of a disc part and a guide shaft, an end tooth or a friction plate is arranged on the right end face of the disc part of the left locking piece, at least one section of the guide shaft is provided with an external thread, the guide shaft of the left locking piece is inserted into the shaft hole of the left ear plate, the guide shaft can only axially move in the shaft hole but can not rotate, the tail end of the guide shaft is screwed with an adjusting nut, and the adjusting nut is installed at the left end of the rotating shaft through the shaft hole and limited by a clamp spring, and can force the left locking piece to axially move along the rotating shaft when the adjusting nut is screwed; the left end face of the right locking piece disc part is provided with end teeth or friction plates, the right locking piece is inserted into the shaft hole of the right ear plate through a guide shaft, and the guide shaft can only axially move in the shaft hole but cannot rotate; the rotating shaft sequentially penetrates through the left locking piece shaft hole, the left pressure spring, the pivoting part shaft hole, the right pressure spring and the right locking piece shaft hole from left to right, the right end of the rotating shaft is provided with an eccentric cam, and the eccentric cam can push the right locking piece to move leftwards along the rotating shaft, so that end teeth or friction plates on the disc part of the right locking piece are meshed or contacted with right end teeth or friction plates of the pivoting part.
In one embodiment, the left locking piece guide shaft has a D-shaped cross section, and the shape of the left lug plate shaft hole is also adaptively D-shaped.
In one embodiment, the cross section of the right locking piece guide shaft is D-shaped or polygonal, and the shape of the right ear plate shaft hole is also D-shaped or polygonal correspondingly.
The invention also provides a tripod, which comprises a base and three supporting feet, wherein the base and the supporting feet are connected by adopting the connecting mechanism.
The working principle and operation of the invention are described as follows:
1) Screwing the adjusting nut to enable the left locking piece to axially move to a required position according to requirements;
2) The handle of the eccentric cam is pulled to enable the eccentric cam to be in a pulling or pulling-out state, end teeth or friction plates on the left locking piece and the right locking piece can be meshed with left and right end teeth or friction plates of the pivoting part or separated from each other under the action of the left and right pressure springs, so that the connecting mechanism has the functions of locking and releasing, and further, the supporting legs can provide supporting force when being unfolded to various angles or even any angle.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a tripod for conveniently adjusting the unfolding angle of a supporting leg comprises a supporting leg 10, a base 20 and a connecting mechanism for hinging the supporting leg 10 with the base 20, wherein the connecting mechanism comprises a pivoting part 21 with a shaft hole arranged on the base 20 and a U-shaped part arranged at the upper end of the supporting leg 10, the U-shaped part comprises a left ear plate 11 and a right ear plate 12 which are all provided with shaft holes, the pivoting part 21 is embedded between the two ear plates of the U-shaped part and is connected through a rotating shaft 30, and the left end surface and the right end surface of the pivoting part 21 are both provided with end teeth or friction plates; a left compression spring and a left locking piece 40 with a shaft hole are arranged between the pivoting part 21 and the left ear plate 11, a right compression spring and a right locking piece 50 with a shaft hole are arranged between the pivoting part 21 and the right ear plate 12, the left locking piece 40 and the right locking piece 50 are both composed of a disc part and a guide shaft, the right end face of the disc part of the left locking piece 40 is provided with end teeth or friction plates, at least one section of the guide shaft is provided with external threads, the guide shaft of the left locking piece 40 is inserted into the shaft hole of the left ear plate 11, the guide shaft can only axially move but can not rotate in the shaft hole, the tail end of the guide shaft is screwed with an adjusting nut 60, the adjusting nut 60 is arranged at the left end of the rotating shaft 30 through the shaft hole and limited by a clamp spring, and when the adjusting nut 60 is screwed, the left locking piece 40 can be forced to axially move along the rotating shaft 30; the left end face of the disc part of the right locking piece 50 is provided with end teeth or friction plates, the right locking piece 50 is inserted into the shaft hole of the right ear plate 10 through a guide shaft, and the guide shaft can only axially move in the shaft hole but cannot rotate; the rotating shaft 30 sequentially passes through the shaft hole of the left locking piece 40, the left pressure spring, the shaft hole of the pivoting part 21, the right pressure spring and the shaft hole of the right locking piece 50 from left to right, the right end of the rotating shaft 30 is provided with the eccentric cam 70, and the eccentric cam 70 can push the right locking piece 50 to move leftwards along the rotating shaft, so that end teeth or friction plates on the disc part of the right locking piece 50 are meshed with or contacted with right end teeth or friction plates of the pivoting part 21.
In order to make the guide shaft axially movable in the shaft hole and not rotatable, the cross-sectional shape of the guide shaft of the left locking member 40 and the shape of the shaft hole of the left ear plate 11 are both set to be D-shaped, and the cross-sectional shape of the guide shaft of the right locking member 50 and the shape of the shaft hole of the right ear plate 12 are both set to be D-shaped or polygonal.
The working principle and operation of the invention are described as follows:
1) Turning the adjustment nut 60 to axially move the left locking member 40 to the desired position as desired;
2) Pulling the handle of the eccentric cam 70 makes the eccentric cam 70 in a pulling or pulling-open state, and can make the end teeth or friction plates on the left locking piece 40 and the right locking piece 50 respectively meshed with the left and right end teeth or friction plates of the pivoting part 21 or separated from each other under the action of the left and right compression springs, so that the connecting mechanism has the functions of locking and releasing, and further, the supporting legs can provide supporting force when being unfolded to various angles or even any angle.
