The novel multifunctional pedestal comprises a pedestal support, wherein support fixing holes are formed in the surface of the pedestal support in a penetrating mode, stiffening ribs are arranged on the upper surface of the pedestal support at intervals, a fixing cylinder is loaded on the upper portion of each stiffening rib, each fixing cylinder comprises a lower cylinder body and an upper cylinder body, extension-type connecting pieces are arranged on two sides of each lower cylinder body and two sides of each upper cylinder body respectively, and cylinder fixing holes are formed in the surfaces of the extension-type connecting pieces. The invention adopts a two-sided drawknot type design, the inner diameter of the fixed cylinder is the same as the outer diameter of the pump pipe so as to be reliably fixed, the bolts are adopted to connect the extension type connecting pieces at the two sides of the lower cylinder body and the upper cylinder body so as to fix the pump pipe at the turning position, the stability of the pump pipe at the turning position is improved, the risk of explosion at the weak position caused by the vibration of the pump pipe due to the infirm fixation is avoided, and the whole device is detachable and can be recycled.

Background
In the concrete pouring process of the high-rise building, a ground pump guide pipe is adopted for conveying concrete, the guide pipe needs to penetrate through the ground to move upwards in a floor until the guide pipe reaches the ground for pouring, and a bent pump pipe needs to be used when the guide pipe at the first floor moves upwards.
