It should be noted that the compression amplitude of the first elastic element 141 in the first compression state is larger than that in the second compression state. The installation of the push rod member 140 on the opening side of the first cover member 120 is the same as the installation on the first frame 110, and the detailed operation principle will not be described in detail.
It can be understood that the side wall of the first mounting hole is formed with a first limiting portion 143, the top rod 142 is formed with a second limiting portion 144, and in the extended state, the second limiting portion 144 abuts against the first limiting portion 143; in the retracted state, the second stopper portion 144 is separated from the first stopper portion 143. The first and second position-limiting portions 143 and 144 are provided to prevent the first elastic member 141 from completely ejecting the top rod 142 out of the first mounting hole.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first limiting portion 143 is a first latch tongue disposed on the side wall of the push rod 142, and the first latch tongue is integrally formed with the push rod 142. The side wall of the first mounting hole is provided with a sliding groove 145 extending along the depth direction of the first mounting hole, and the first clamping tongue is in sliding fit with the corresponding sliding groove 145. Through sliding fit of the first latch tongue and the corresponding sliding groove 145, the ejector rod 142 can be limited besides guiding the ejector rod 142, so that the ejector rod 142 can only reciprocate within a predetermined range along the depth direction of the first mounting hole and cannot axially rotate. The second limiting portion 144 is a groove wall of one end of the sliding groove 145 far away from the bottom wall of the first mounting hole, and in the extended state, the first latch is abutted against the groove wall of one end of the sliding groove 145 far away from the bottom wall of the first mounting hole, so as to limit the push rod 142.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, four strip-shaped separation grooves 146 extending along the depth direction of the first mounting hole are formed on the top bar 142, and two first locking tongues are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the top bar 142. Two sides of each first clamping tongue are respectively provided with one strip-shaped separating groove 146, and only one end of each first clamping tongue is connected with the side wall of the push rod 142, so that the first clamping tongue has certain elasticity in the radial direction of the push rod 142, and the push rod 142 is convenient to mount and dismount.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the bottom wall of the first mounting hole is provided with a first positioning column 147, and the first end of the first elastic element 141 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the first positioning column 147. By providing the first positioning column 147, the first elastic member 141 can be positioned, and the first end of the first elastic member 141 is prevented from being displaced during the extrusion process.
It is understood that fig. 5 illustrates one of the schematic cross-sectional structural diagrams of the locking member 150 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 illustrates a schematic perspective structural diagram of the button 151 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 illustrates the second schematic cross-sectional structural diagram of the locking member 150 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, the top cover assembly further includes the locking member 150, the locking member 150 is adapted to be switched between a locking state and an unlocking state, in the locking state, the first top cover member 120 is locked to the first frame body 110 by the locking member 150; in the unlocked state, the locking member 150 releases the lock of the first cover member 120.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the locking member 150 includes a button 151, a second elastic member 153 and a second latch 154, a side wall of the first frame 110 is provided with a second mounting hole, a side of the first frame 110 facing the first cover member 120 is provided with a through hole communicating with the second mounting hole, and the through hole is used for the second latch 154 to enter and exit the second mounting hole.
The button 151 is disposed in the second mounting hole, the button 151 is provided with a third limiting portion 152, and the third limiting portion 152 is used for being matched with the second clamping tongue 154 in a clamping manner. The second elastic member 153 is disposed in the second mounting hole, a first end of the second elastic member 153 abuts against a bottom wall of the second mounting hole, a second end of the second elastic member 153 abuts against the button 151, and the second latch 154 is disposed on the opening side of the first cover member 120. In the locked state, the button 151 retracts into the second mounting hole, and the second latch 154 is clamped to the third limiting portion 152; in the extended state, the button 151 extends out of the second mounting hole, and the second latch 154 is separated from the third position-limiting part 152.
Fig. 10 illustrates an exploded view of the top cover member according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 12 illustrates an assembled relationship between the first sealing member and the side of the opening according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 13 illustrates an assembled relationship between the first sealing member and the side of the opening according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, 10, 12 and 13, the first cover member includes a first housing 122, a second housing 123 and a first sealing member 124, the second housing 123 is disposed at a first side of the first housing 122, and the second housing 123 is opened toward a side of the first housing 122. The first sealing member 124 is formed with at least two sealing surfaces, the first sealing member 124 is disposed on the first side of the first housing 122, and the side edge of the opening is in sealing engagement with the sealing surface of the first sealing member 124; alternatively, the first sealing member 124 is disposed at the side of the opening, and the first side of the first housing 122 is in sealing engagement with the sealing surface of the first sealing member 124.
At least two sealing surfaces are formed on the first sealing element 124, and at least two sealing structures can be formed by sealing and matching the side edge of the opening or the first side of the first shell 122 with the sealing surface of the first sealing element 124, so that even if one sealing structure fails, other sealing structures still can play a role in sealing, the sealing performance of the first top cover component is effectively improved, and the problem of short circuit of the display panel and the electric control board is avoided. Because at least two sealing surfaces are formed by one sealing element, compared with the sealing by a plurality of sealing elements, the number of the sealing elements is effectively reduced, and the structure of the first top cover component is simplified.
It is understood that the first cover member 120 is connected to the first frame body 110 by the flexible member 112, and the first cover member 120 is adapted to be switched between an open state and a closed state; in the open position, the first cover member 120 is positioned above the second cover member and is at an angle less than a predetermined angle to the second cover member.
It can be understood that the first casing 122 is a rectangular plate-shaped structure, the first casing 122 is provided with a mounting opening, the second side of the first casing 122 is an opening side of the first cover member, the first side of the first casing 122 is opposite to the second side of the first casing 122, one end of the flexible member 112 is connected to the first side of the first casing 122, and the other end of the flexible member 112 is connected to the first frame 110. The first housing 122 is adapted to be switched between an open state and a closed state. The flexible member 112 is a pulling rope, and the flexible member 112 is used for connecting the first shell 122 with the first frame 110, so that the first shell 122 can be opened through a large angle, and the water softening equipment is convenient to install, maintain and debug.
It can be understood that a plurality of first position-limiting members 121 are disposed on a first side of the first casing 122, the first frame 110 has a plurality of positioning holes corresponding to the first position-limiting members 121, and when the first casing 122 is in a closed state, the first position-limiting members 121 are embedded into the corresponding positioning holes and abut against edges of the positioning holes. Since the first stoppers 121 limit the position in the Z-axis direction (the thickness direction of the first housing 122), the first housing 122 cannot move in the Z-axis direction. Similarly, a plurality of second position-limiting members are disposed on the first side of the first housing 122, and the first frame 110 has a plurality of positioning holes corresponding to the second position-limiting members, and when the first housing 122 is in a closed state, the second position-limiting members are embedded into the corresponding positioning holes and abut against the edges of the positioning holes. The second limiting member is used for limiting the first housing 122 in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction (the X-axis and the Y-axis are both located on the plane where the first housing 122 is located), so as to prevent the gap between the first housing 122 and the first frame 110 from increasing due to the movement of the first housing 122 in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction in the closed state, thereby improving the aesthetic property of the first cover member.
It can be understood that a plurality of fasteners are arranged at intervals on the first side of the first casing 122, a plurality of latch tongues corresponding to the fasteners are arranged on the side of the second casing 123, and the latch tongues are in one-to-one corresponding clamping connection with the fasteners. The second housing 123 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted by matching the latch with the fastener. In order to further strengthen the connection between the second casing 123 and the first casing 122, a plurality of screw holes are spaced at the side of the second casing 123, and the second casing 123 is connected to the second casing 123 through screws in the screw holes. The second housing 123 is fixed by matching a screw with a fastener, so that the second housing 123 and the first sealing member 124 are tightly attached, and the sealing performance between the second housing 123 and the first housing 122 is improved.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 1 and 10, the second housing 123 is formed at the inside thereof with a receiving cavity for mounting the display module. The display component comprises a control circuit board and a display screen, and the control circuit board is electrically connected with the display screen. The first housing 122 is provided with a mounting opening, the size of the mounting opening is smaller than the size of the opening, and the display screen is embedded in the mounting opening.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 10, the first side of the first housing 122 is provided with a positioning member 125, and the first sealing member 124 is disposed in the positioning member 125. The positioning member 125 is used to fix the first sealing member 124. The positioning element 125 is disposed around the periphery of the installation opening, the positioning element 125 has the same shape as the opening, and the positioning element 125 may be circular or square, and is specifically determined according to the shape of the opening.
It should be noted that the positioning element 125 may be disposed on the first side of the first casing 122, and may also be disposed on the side of the opening. When the positioning element 125 is disposed at the side of the opening, the first side of the first casing 122 is provided with a circle of ribs, and the shape of the ribs is the same as that of the positioning element 125.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 10, the positioning element 125 is a positioning slot disposed on the first side of the first casing 122, the positioning slot is integrally formed with the first casing 122, and the first sealing element 124 is clamped in the positioning slot. When the second housing 123 is in place, the first sealing member 124 is in sealing engagement with at least one of the slot walls and the slot bottom of the positioning slot in addition to the sides of the opening. Through locating first sealing member 124 card in the constant head tank, can make things convenient for the installation and the dismantlement of first sealing member 124 to the constant head tank can play limiting displacement to first sealing member 124 in the use, prevents that first sealing member 124 from influencing sealed effect because of taking place the displacement.
It should be noted here that the heights of the two groove walls of the positioning groove may be the same or different. The specific structural form of the positioning element 125 is not limited to a positioning slot, and the positioning element 125 may also be a circle of blocking sheet, the blocking sheet is surrounded on the periphery of the installation opening, and the blocking sheet and the first casing 122 are integrally formed. The first seal 124 is located on the inner side of the flap, i.e. the first seal 124 is located on the side of the flap facing the mounting opening. After the second housing 123 is mounted in place, the first sealing member 124 is in sealing engagement with the inner side of the blocking piece and the first side of the first housing 122, in addition to the side of the opening.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 13, the first sealing member 124 is clamped in the positioning groove, the first sealing member 124 is formed with two sealing surfaces, the first sealing member 124 includes a first sealing portion 126 and a second sealing portion 127, a side edge of the second sealing portion 127 is connected with a side edge of the first sealing portion 126, the second sealing portion 127 is perpendicular to the first sealing portion 126, and a cross section of the first sealing member 124 is L-shaped. The side of the first sealing portion 126 facing the side of the opening forms a first sealing surface 129, i.e. the left side of the first sealing portion 126 in fig. 13 forms the first sealing surface 129. The side of the second sealing portion 127 facing the side of the opening forms a second sealing surface 131, i.e. the upper surface of the second sealing portion 127 in fig. 13 forms the second sealing surface 131. When the second housing 123 is in place, the left side of the side presses against the first sealing surface 129 and sealingly engages the first sealing surface 129, and the right side of the first sealing portion 126 sealingly engages the wall of the groove. At the same time, the lower side surfaces press against the second sealing surface 131 and sealingly engage the second sealing surface 131, and the lower surface of the second sealing portion 127 sealingly engages the groove bottom. Because two sealing structures are formed, the sealing performance of the first top cover component is effectively improved.

Similarly, when the second housing 123 is in place, the rib presses against the first sealing surface 129 and sealingly engages the first sealing surface 129, and the side of the first sealing portion 126 facing away from the first sealing surface 129 sealingly engages the groove wall. At the same time, the rib also presses against the second sealing surface 131 and sealingly engages the second sealing surface 131, and the side of the second sealing portion 127 facing away from the second sealing surface 131 sealingly engages the groove bottom.
It will be appreciated that the first sealing surface 129 is a ramped surface, and the thickness of the first sealing portion 126 is progressively thicker along the direction of the first sealing portion 126 adjacent the second sealing portion 127. By providing the first sealing surface 129 as an inclined surface, the inclined surface can guide the side edge of the opening during the process of mounting the second housing 123, thereby facilitating the mounting of the side edge of the opening.
It will be appreciated that the sides of the opening facing the first sealing surface 129 are beveled and the sides of the opening facing away from the first sealing surface 129 are flat, with the sides of the opening being wedge-shaped in cross-section. When the open-ended side just imbeds the constant head tank, because the thickness of side is thinner, the side can imbed between the cell wall of first sealed face 129 and constant head tank very easily, along with the degree of depth increase of lateral wall embedding constant head tank, the thickness of side is thicker and thicker, and the side is inseparabler with the cooperation of first sealed face 129, has effectively improved first top cap component's leakproofness.

The side of the second sealing portion 127 facing the opening side forms a second sealing surface 131, i.e., the right side of the second sealing portion 127 forms the second sealing surface 131. The side of the third sealing portion 128 facing the opening side forms a third sealing surface 132, i.e. the upper surface of the third sealing portion 128 forms the third sealing surface 132. The first sealing surface 129 is in sealing engagement with the right side of the side edge, and the side of the first sealing portion 126 facing away from the first sealing surface 129 is in sealing engagement with the right side groove wall; the second sealing surface 131 is in sealing engagement with the left side of the side edge, and the side of the second sealing portion 127 facing away from the second sealing surface 131 is in sealing engagement with the left side groove wall. The third sealing surface 132 sealingly engages the lower surface of the side edge and the lower surface of the third sealing portion 128 sealingly engages the bottom of the groove.
