The invention discloses an elastic cushion for forming a rubber bag, which comprises an elastic material, metal supports and a steel wire, wherein the elastic material comprises an upper layer and a lower layer, counter bores are arranged on the two layers of elastic materials, the metal supports are arranged in the counter bores, the metal supports in the upper layer of elastic material are connected with the metal supports in the lower layer of elastic material through riveting or threads, holes are formed in the connecting positions, and the steel wire penetrates through the holes to be connected with the adjacent metal supports. In the forming process of the rubber bag, the requirement of large bending angle of flanging parts can be met, enough rigid support can be provided for the plate in the forming process, the surface quality of the part is improved, the resilience is reduced, the resilience caused by the compression of an elastic material can be effectively inhibited, more uniform pressure is provided for the surface of the plate, the surface bulging phenomenon of the plate is effectively inhibited, the unloaded part can obtain higher surface quality and forming precision, the arrangement mode of supports can be set according to the shape of the part, and the rubber bag can be repeatedly used.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an elastic cushion for forming a rubber bag, which is used for flanging and forming the rubber bag.
Background
The metal sheet metal part has extensive application in the aerospace field, and compared with the traditional mould manual forming, the rubber bag forming has great advantages in the aspect of manufacturing flanging type metal sheet parts. The rubber bag forming is a soft mould forming method which uses the rubber bag as an elastic loading carrier and uses liquid as a pressure transmission medium to form a metal plate along with a rigid mould.
The rubber bag is mainly applied to flanging and forming of plate frame parts. In order to protect the rubber bag during forming, an elastic pad, generally made of polyurethane or natural rubber, needs to be added between the flanging part and the bag, so that the elastic pad is compressed to absorb partial strain energy during forming, the forming force of the part is insufficient, and the rebound phenomenon is serious. Meanwhile, the elastic cushion is not uniformly deformed when being compressed, so that the pressure applied to different parts of the plate by the elastic cushion is inconsistent, the local bulge of the plate is easily caused, and the flatness is influenced. And the larger the thickness of the elastic pad is, the more obvious the influence on the forming result is.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and mainly provides an elastic cushion consisting of an elastic material and a metal support contained in the elastic material aiming at the flanging and forming of a rubber bag, wherein the rubber bag transmits pressure to the elastic cushion in the forming process, the metal support in the elastic cushion can reduce the deformation of the elastic material and exert more uniform loading force on a plate, so that the surface quality and the forming precision are improved; meanwhile, the elastic cushion can be designed into different support arrangement modes according to the shape and the size of the flanging part, meets the requirement of a bending angle, can return to a flat state after being unloaded, and can be repeatedly used.
