1. respectively weighing 12.75g of pseudo-ginseng flower and leaf, 208.0g of momordica grosvenori and 1.25g of theanine, adding purified water with the amount about 500 times that of the pseudo-ginseng flower and leaf, and decocting for 30 min;
2. adding 142.8g of resistant dextrin, 2.1g of sodium erythorbate and 2.6g of sodium bicarbonate, and fixing the volume to 10000 ml;
3. hot spraying, spraying and sterilizing of beverage bottles: keeping the PE bottle at 85 ℃ for more than 15min, and keeping the PE bottle in a sterile state;
4. sterilizing and filtering the prepared solution twice with a 0.22 μm filter membrane, and filling the filtrate in a sterilized PE bottle.
Detection shows that each can of beverage contains 50mg of panax notoginseng saponins, 30mg of mogroside and 35mg of theanine.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. However, any simple modification, equivalent change and dosage form of the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention still fall within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A dietary supplement beverage is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 150000-500000 parts of water, 35-60 parts of panax notoginseng saponins, 15-30 parts of mogrosides, 30-55 parts of theanine, 3500-00 parts of water-soluble dietary fibers, 50-90 parts of color assisting agents and 50-90 parts of pH regulators.
2. A dietary supplement beverage as claimed in claim 1 comprising the following components in parts by weight: 200000-.
3. A dietary supplement beverage as claimed in claims 1 and 2, wherein said Panax notoginsenosides are commercially available food grade Panax notoginsenosides, or are derived from at least one of extracts of Notoginseng, stems and leaves of Notoginseng, and leaves of Notoginseng.
4. A dietary supplement beverage according to claims 1 and 2, wherein said mogrosides are commercially available food grade mogrosides or are derived from at least one of luo han guo, luo han guo extract.
5. A dietary supplement beverage according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that said theanine is commercially available food grade theanine or is derived from at least one of green tea, black tea, green tea extract, black tea extract.
6. A dietary supplement beverage according to claims 1 and 2 wherein said water soluble dietary fiber is at least one of polydextrose, low fat pectin, high fat pectin, apple pectin, grapefruit peel pectin, blueberry pectin, pineapple pectin, fructo-oligosaccharides, isomalto-oligosaccharides, lacto-oligosaccharides, xylo-oligosaccharides, soy oligosaccharides, agar powder, carboxymethyl cellulose, resistant dextrins.
7. A dietary supplement beverage as in claims 1 and 2 wherein said color enhancer is at least one of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium citrate, phytic acid, sodium erythorbate, and calcium lactate.
8. A dietary supplement beverage according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that said pH modifier is at least one of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate.
9. A method of preparing a dietary supplement beverage as claimed in claims 1 and 2, comprising the steps of:
weighing Notoginseng flower, Notoginseng stem and leaf or Notoginseng radix extract containing Notoginseng radix total saponin, fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii or fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii extract containing mogroside, green tea containing theanine, black tea, green tea extract, black tea extract, adding water, and decocting for 30 min;
secondly, centrifuging or filtering, adding water-soluble dietary fiber, a color assisting agent and a pH regulator into the filtrate according to the parts by weight, fully dissolving, and regulating the pH of the solution to 5-8;
filtering, and filling the filtrate in an aluminum tank or an iron tank;
fourthly, sterilization: sterilizing the filled aluminum can or iron can with 121 deg.C steam for 20-30min, or filtering with 0.22 μm microporous membrane, and aseptically filling with PE bottle.
