After the pull ring slide block 66 is continuously pulled down, the sliding chute cutters 49 are pressed to translate and move downwards so that no gap exists between the two sliding chute cutters 49, and the cutting of the apple stalks is completed, and as the sliding chute cutters 49 are lower than the bottom of the chuck 47 and equal to lower than the top of the apples, the two sliding chute cutters 49 cut off the apple stalks at a position slightly lower than the top of the apples, so that the problem that the existing device cannot cut off the apple stalks below the top of the apples is solved.
