Specifically, a plurality of the top bracing pieces 322 are supported on the same top bracing piece mounting plate 323, the top bracing piece mounting plate 323 can move up and down, when the top bracing is needed, the top bracing piece mounting plate 323 drives the top bracing pieces 322 move to the first position, and when the top bracing pieces 322 are in the first position, the inductor body 100 positioned thereon can be just clamped by the clamping opening. When the winding is required, the top brace mounting plate 323 moves down to a second position in which the top brace 322 does not interfere with the rotation of the clamp 35.
Further, the two sides of the clamp mounting block 34 along the first direction are respectively provided with a first tension spring 324, the upper end of the first tension spring 324 is connected with the clamp mounting block 34, the lower end of the first tension spring is connected with the top support block mounting plate 323, and the first tension spring 324 is always in a stretched state, so that the top support block 322 can always abut against the clamp opening of the clamp 35 when not receiving external force.
The material moving frame 31 is provided with a pull plate 331 at a position corresponding to the winding station or the spot welding station, a first hook 332 is arranged on the upper side of the pull plate 331, a pulling groove 330 is arranged on the lower side of the top support block mounting plate 323, the first hook 332 is positioned right above the pulling groove 330 in use, when the top support block 322 needs to be moved downwards, the pull plate 331 drives the first hook 332 to move downwards, and the first hook 332 drives the pulling groove 330 to move downwards. And, the hook portion of the first hook 332 horizontally extends in the first direction, the pulling groove 330 also horizontally extends in the first direction and both sides of the pulling groove 330 in the first direction communicate with the outside, and the hook portion of the first hook 332 can be inserted into the pulling groove 330 from one of both sides of the pulling groove 330 in the first direction. The pull plate 331 is driven by a combination of a motor and a screw-nut pair to move up and down.
A first sensor 333 is provided at a position on the material moving frame 31 corresponding to the pull plate 331, and a detection plate 334 is provided on the pull plate 331, and when the detection plate 334 moves up and down following the pull plate 331, the first sensor 333 can detect whether the detection plate 334 moves to a predetermined position.
Further, the winding machine further comprises a correcting mechanism 7, the correcting mechanism 7 is arranged on the frame 8 and corresponds to a position where the feeding mechanism 1 feeds the inductor body 100 onto the clamp 35, and the correcting mechanism 7 is used for correcting the position of the inductor body 100 on the clamp 35, which is fed onto the clamp 35 by the feeding mechanism 1. The straightening mechanism 7 comprises a plurality of push rods 71 which are arranged along the first direction, the number of the push rods 71 is the same as that of the clamps 35, the distance between the axes of the adjacent push rods 71 is equal to the distance between the rotating axes of the adjacent clamps 35, and meanwhile the push rods 71 can move back and forth along the second direction. When the inductor body 100 needs to be fed onto the clamp 35, the clamp 35 is aligned with the push rods 71 one by one in the second direction, the clamping opening is opened, the feeding mechanism 1 places the inductor body 100 onto the clamp 35, and the push rods 71 move towards the direction of the clamp 35 and push against the inductor body 100 so that the inductor body 100 can be placed at the bottom of the clamping opening, and further the inductor body 100 can be placed in place; after the correction is completed, the pusher 71 is retracted.
Specifically, the straightening mechanism 7 includes a straightening frame 76 disposed on the frame 8, and a push rod mounting block 72 disposed on the straightening frame 76 and capable of moving back and forth along the second direction, and the push rod 71 is disposed on the push rod mounting block 72. The push rod mounting block 72 is driven by a lead screw nut pair 74 and a straightening motor 75.
The wire feeding mechanism 4 comprises a wire feeding frame 41 arranged at a wire winding station on the frame 8, a first XYZ sliding table assembly supported on the wire feeding frame 41, and a plurality of sets of wire feeding pipes 43 arranged on the first XYZ sliding table assembly, wherein the plurality of sets of wire feeding pipes 43 are arranged along the first direction, each set of wire feeding pipes 43 is provided with two vertically arranged wire feeding pipes 43, and the distance between the two wire feeding pipes 43 in different sets is the same.
Further, a wire feeding box 42 is provided on the output end of the first XYZ slide table assembly, a plurality of wire feeding shafts 44 are rotatably provided on the wire feeding box 42, the plurality of wire feeding shafts 44 are arranged along the first direction, the distance of the axes of the adjacent wire feeding shafts 44 is equal to the distance of the rotation axes of the adjacent jigs 35, two wire feeding pipes 43 in each set are provided on the wire feeding shafts 44 and the upper end surfaces of the wire feeding pipes 43 are aligned with the upper end surfaces of the wire feeding shafts 44, and the lower ends of the wire feeding pipes 43 pass out from the lower ends of the wire feeding shafts 44. The two feed tubes 43 of each group are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of rotation of the corresponding feed spool 44. The two feed tubes 43 of each group are located on a first vertical plane, the first vertical planes of the different groups always being parallel or coplanar to each other, a plurality of said feed shafts 44 being able to rotate synchronously. When the wire winding, the copper line penetrates from the upper end of sending spool 43, and the lower extreme is worn out, needs to fix the end of a thread of copper line lower extreme before carrying out the wire winding to can wind two copper lines or a copper line simultaneously, when winding a copper line, only need wear out one copper line from two send spool 43, when winding two copper lines, wear out two copper lines from two send spool 43. Since the inductor body 100 has various types and sizes, the pitch of two copper wires wound around the inductor body 100 may be different when two copper wires are wound at the same time, and thus, the adjustment may be performed by rotating the wire feeding shaft 44. Specifically, before winding, the end of a copper wire needs to be fixed, and since the end of a copper wire is fixed, when two copper wires passing through the same wire feeding shaft 44 are driven by the wire feeding shaft 44 to rotate, the distance between the end of a wire and the lower end of the wire feeding pipe 43 changes, and the rotating angle of the wire feeding shaft 44 can be determined according to the size of the inductor body 100.
Specifically, each wire feeding shaft 44 is provided with a wire feeding belt pulley 45, a plurality of wire feeding belt pulleys 45 are in transmission connection by using the same wire feeding belt 46, the wire feeding box 42 is further provided with a wire feeding motor 47, a wire feeding driving belt pulley 451 is arranged on an output shaft of the wire feeding motor 47, the wire feeding driving belt pulley 451 and the wire feeding belt pulley 45 are in transmission connection through the wire feeding belt 46, and the rotation of the wire feeding shaft 44 can be controlled by the wire feeding motor 47.
The first XYZ sliding table assembly comprises two lifting blocks 411 arranged on two sides of a wire feeding frame 41 in the first direction and two wire feeding modules 410 respectively arranged at the top ends of the lifting blocks 411, the two lifting blocks 411 can move up and down relative to the wire feeding frame 41, the output ends of the two wire feeding modules 410 can move back and forth in the second direction, and the wire feeding box 42 is supported on the output ends of the two wire feeding modules 410 and can move back and forth in the first direction relative to the wire feeding modules 410. Specifically, the lifting block 411 is driven to move up and down in a manner that a motor is matched with a screw nut pair, and the wire feeding box 42 is driven to move along the first direction in a manner that the motor is matched with the screw nut pair.
The wire feeding mechanism 4 further comprises a wire clamping mechanism 418, and the wire clamping mechanism 418 is used for clamping a wire end of the copper wire. The wire clamping mechanism 418 comprises a wire clamping frame 419 arranged on one side of the wire feeding frame 41 facing the clamp 35 and a plurality of wire clamps 420 arranged on the wire clamping frame 419, wherein the number of the wire clamps 420 is the same as that of the clamp 35, and the distance between the axes of the adjacent wire clamps 420 is equal to that of the rotation axes of the adjacent clamp 35. Before the start of winding, the end of the copper wire fed out from the wire feeding tube 43 needs to be manually clamped to the wire clamp 420, and the end of the copper wire can be automatically clamped to the wire clamp 420 by moving the wire feeding tube 43 at the time of subsequent winding.
Fastener 420 includes first clamping piece 422 and second clamping piece 423, the cross-section of first clamping piece 422 is fan-shaped, second clamping piece 423 at least with the cross-section of first clamping piece 422 complex part is fan-shaped, and the fan-shaped angle sum of first clamping piece 422's fan-shaped angle and second clamping piece 423's fan-shaped angle is less than 360 degrees to guarantee that second clamping piece 423 can be relative first clamping piece 422 rotates, and the end of a thread of copper line is by the centre gripping between first clamping piece 422 and second clamping piece 423, can realize pressing from both sides tight or loosen the end of a thread through rotatory second clamping piece 423. The circle center of the sector of the first clamping piece 422 and the circle center of the sector of the second clamping piece 423 are located on the rotation axis of the second clamping piece 423.
Further, the lower ends of the second clamping pieces 423 penetrate through the wire clamping frame 419, a driving connecting rod 427 is arranged at the lower end of each second clamping piece 423, and all the driving connecting rods 427 are parallel to each other. A driving plate 426 is arranged on the lower surface of the wire clamping frame 419, the driving plate 426 can move back and forth along the first direction, each driving link 427 is hinged with the driving plate 426, and when the driving plate 426 moves along the first direction, the driving plate 426 can drive all the driving links 427 to synchronously rotate so as to synchronously open or clamp the plurality of wire clamps 420. The drive plate 426 is driven by a cylinder. Preferably, a second return spring 428 is provided below the driving plate 426 at a position corresponding to each of the driving links 427, one end of the second return spring 428 is connected to the driving link 427, and the other end is connected to the driving plate 426, and the second return spring 428 always has a tendency to rotate the second jaw 423 in a clamping direction.
The wire clamping mechanism 418 further comprises a wire shaking plate 421 arranged above the wire clamping frame 419, the wire shaking plate 421 can move up and down, and the second clamping piece 423 penetrates through the wire shaking plate 421 and can move up and down relative to the second clamping piece 423. A fixing sleeve 424 is arranged on the upper surface of the wire shaking plate 421 and at a position corresponding to each wire clamp 420, the fixing cylinder 424 is sleeved on the first clamping piece 422 and the second clamping piece 423, the first clamping piece 422 is fixedly connected with the fixing cylinder 424, the height of the upper end of the first clamping piece 422 is lower than that of the upper end of the first clamping piece 422, the second clamping piece 423 is movably connected with the fixing cylinder 424, and the highest position of the upward movement of the wire shaking plate 421 is configured to enable the height of the upper end of the fixing cylinder 424 to be higher than that of the second clamping piece 423, so that a wire head in the wire clamp 420 can be ejected out. The lowest position of the downward movement of the line-shaking plate 421 is configured such that the upper end of the fixed cylinder 424 is lower than the upper end of the second jaw 423. Preferably, both ends of the thread shaking plate 421 are driven by the thread shaking cylinders 425, respectively, and in order to ensure that the thread ends can be shaken out completely, the thread shaking cylinders 425 may be shaken continuously for a plurality of times.
Further, the thread feeding mechanism 4 further includes a plurality of suction pipes 417 provided in the thread feeding frame 41, and the air inlets of the plurality of suction pipes 417 correspond to one thread clamp 420, respectively, and the thread end that is shaken out from the thread clamp 420 can be sucked by the suction pipes 417. The stub here is the waste material, and after accomplishing the wire winding, spot welding mechanism 5 can carry out spot welding, with spot welding point department, the copper line is scalded absolutely, and the stub of centre gripping on fastener 420 this moment just no longer needs, through shaking, trembles out the waste material from fastener 420, then is siphoned away by inhaling line pipe 417.
Preferably, two first wire hanging posts 354 are provided on the immovable portion 352 of the clamp 35. A wire hanging plate 429 is arranged on one side of the wire clamping frame 419, which faces the clamp 35, the wire hanging plate 429 extends along the first direction, a plurality of supporting columns 430 are arranged on the upper surface of the wire hanging plate 429, the plurality of supporting columns 430 are arranged along the first direction, the distance between the adjacent supporting columns 430 is equal to the distance between the adjacent wire clamps 420, and two second wire hanging columns 431 are arranged at the top of each supporting column 430. When winding, the one end of a thread is by the centre gripping in fastener 420, send spool 43 to move and walk around every copper line from the one side of keeping away from the nip of the first string of spool 354 that corresponds towards anchor clamps 35 direction, then send spool 43 to get back to the position department that corresponds the inductance body on the nip, anchor clamps 35 is rotatory this moment, because the copper line is hung on first string of spool 354, the copper line will follow anchor clamps 35 and rotate together, and send spool 43 irrotational, the copper line is just twined on the inductance body like this, after twining predetermined number of turns, send spool 43 to remove, hang two copper lines respectively on two second string of spool 431, press from both sides the copper line to fastener 420 at last. Then, the spot welding mechanism 5 spot-welds the copper wire between the inductor body 100 and the first hanging wire post 354 and between the inductor body 100 and the second hanging wire post 431 and welds the portions. The first material moving mechanism 3 drives the wound inductor to move to a blanking station for blanking.
The spot welding mechanism 5 comprises a spot welding frame 51 arranged at a spot welding station on the frame 8, and a plurality of groups of spot welding heads 52 arranged on the spot welding frame 51 through a second XYZ sliding table assembly, wherein the plurality of groups of spot welding heads 52 are arranged at equal intervals along the first direction, the distance between the spot welding heads 52 of adjacent groups is equal to the distance between the adjacent clamps 35, each group of spot welding heads 52 is provided with two spot welding heads, the two spot welding heads respectively correspond to two copper wires sent out from the same wire sending pipe 43, after winding is finished, the spot welding heads 52 synchronously move, firstly, the copper wires between the inductor body and the first wire hanging column 354 are subjected to spot welding and are welded, and the principle of spot welding is to melt the copper wires and solid tin on the inductor body through high temperature, and belongs to the prior art; the spot welding head 52 is then moved to spot weld and break the two copper wires between the inductor body 100 and the second hanging string 431. Meanwhile, after the copper wire is hung on the first wire hanging column 354 and before the clamp 35 rotates for winding, the spot welding head 52 needs to be moved to weld and break the copper wire positioned between the first wire hanging column 354 and the wire clamp 420 at a position close to the first wire hanging column 354, after the welding and breaking, the wire clamp 420 is loosened, the wire shaking plate 421 moves up and down, the waste material of the copper wire after the welding and breaking is shaken out, and the waste material is sucked away by the suction pipe 417, so that the interference of the copper wire positioned between the wire clamp 420 and the first wire hanging column 354 on the rotation of the clamp 35 during the winding can be avoided.
Further, a spot welding mounting frame 54 and a plurality of spot welding mounting plates 53 which are arranged on the spot welding mounting frame 54 in a vertically movable manner are arranged at the output end of the second XYZ slide table assembly, each group of spot welding heads 52 corresponds to one spot welding mounting plate 53, the upper ends of the spot welding mounting plates 53 are hung on the spot welding mounting frame 54 through third return springs 56, a plurality of spot welding cylinders 55 are arranged on the spot welding mounting frame 54, cylinder rods of the spot welding cylinders 55 extend downwards, each spot welding cylinder 55 corresponds to one group of spot welding heads 52, the spot welding mounting plates 33 can be pushed against in the process that each spot welding cylinder 55 extends downwards, and when the spot welding cylinders 55 retract, the spot welding heads 52 move upwards under the pulling of the third return springs 56. The spot welding cylinder 55 is a non-damping cylinder, which is a one-way extending cylinder, and the non-damping cylinder is used for controlling the acting force of the spot welding head 52 more easily.
The blanking mechanism 6 comprises a first blanking frame 61 arranged at a blanking station on the frame 8, and a plurality of blanking clamps 610 capable of moving back and forth in a vertical plane perpendicular to the first direction, the blanking clamps 610 are arranged along the first direction, the number of the blanking clamps 610 is equal to the number of the clamps 35, and the distance between the adjacent blanking clamps 610 is equal to the distance between the adjacent clamps 35, so that the inductors on the clamps 35 can be clamped up at the same time during blanking. The blanking clamps 610 are arranged on the blanking mounting plates 66, and each blanking clamp 610 comprises a second clamping block 68 immovably arranged on the blanking mounting plate 66 and a first clamping block 67 movably arranged on the blanking mounting plate 66, wherein the first clamping block 67 can clamp the inductor when moving towards the second clamping block 68, and the first clamping block 67 can release the inductor when moving away from the second clamping block 68. A second tension spring 69 is arranged between the first clamping block 67 and the second clamping block 68 of the same blanking clamp 610, and the second tension spring 69 is always in a stretched state so that the first clamping block 67 and the second clamping block 68 always have a trend of moving in opposite directions, that is, when no external force is applied, the blanking clamp 610 is in a clamped state. During blanking, the fixture 35 drives the wound inductor to move to a blanking station, the clamping opening of the fixture 35 is opened, and the blanking clamp 610 clamps the inductor. In practice, the blanking clamp 610 may clamp the inductor first, and then the opening of the clamp 35 is opened. After clamping, the blanking clamp moves upwards.
Further, a linkage rod 613 is arranged in the blanking mounting plate 66, the linkage rod 613 extends along a first direction and can move back and forth along the first direction relative to the blanking mounting plate 66, the first clamping block 67 is arranged on the linkage rod 613, and when the linkage rod 613 moves, the first clamping block 67 can be driven to move back and forth to loosen or clamp the blanking clamp 610. A release cylinder 614 is arranged at one end of the blanking mounting plate 66 along the first direction, a cylinder rod of the release cylinder 614 is in transmission connection with the linkage rod 613, and the linkage rod 613 can be driven to move back and forth by the extension and contraction of the cylinder rod of the release cylinder 614. The release cylinder 614 may also be a non-damped one-way cylinder, and only drives the linkage rod 613 when it needs to be released, and then pulls the first clamping block 67 back by the acting force of the second tension spring 69.
Further, the blanking mechanism 6 further comprises a second blanking frame 612 arranged at a blanking station on the frame 8 and a blanking plate 62 arranged on the second blanking frame 612 and capable of moving back and forth along the first direction, a plurality of blanking grooves 63 are arranged on the blanking plate 62, the number of the blanking grooves 63 is integral multiple of the number of the blanking clips 610, each blanking groove 63 extends along the second direction, the blanking grooves 63 are arranged at equal intervals along the first direction, the interval between every two adjacent blanking grooves 63 is equal to the distance between every two adjacent blanking clips 610 divided by the multiple of the number of the blanking grooves 63 and the blanking clips 610, when the blanking clips 610 are used for blanking, each blanking clip 610 can be respectively aligned with one blanking slot 63, an inductor can be placed on the corresponding blanking slot 63, by moving the blanking plate 62 in said first direction, it is possible to achieve that different blanking slots 63 are aligned with the blanking clamps 610. The blanking plate 62 is driven by a blanking module 611, and the moving direction of the output end of the blanking module 611 is parallel to the first direction. During blanking, after the blanking clips 610 clamp the inductors, the blanking clips are moved to be right above the blanking plates 62, the blanking plates 62 are moved to enable each blanking clip 610 to be aligned with one blanking slot 63, and then the blanking clips 610 are moved downwards to place the inductors into the corresponding blanking slots 63.
Further, the blanking mechanism 6 further includes a plurality of blanking push rods 64 disposed on a second blanking frame 612, the number of the blanking push rods 64 is the same as the number of the blanking clips 610, each blanking push rod 64 extends along the second direction, the plurality of blanking push rods 64 are arranged at equal intervals along the first direction, the distance between adjacent blanking push rods 64 is equal to the distance between adjacent blanking clips 610, each blanking push rod 64 can move back and forth along the second direction and can be inserted into the corresponding blanking slot 63 when moving back and forth, and an inductor just placed in the blanking slot 63 is pushed along the extending direction of the blanking slot 63 to make room for the next inductor to be blanked. The blanking push rod 64 is disposed on a side of the blanking plate 62 close to the jig 35 in the second direction. Each of the feeding push rods 64 is respectively pushed by a feeding cylinder 65 disposed on the second feeding frame 612.

1. An automatic inductance winding machine comprising:
a frame;
the feeding mechanism is arranged at the position, corresponding to the feeding station, of the rack and used for feeding the inductor body to be wound;
the first material moving mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for moving the inductor body fed by the feeding mechanism to the winding station and driving the inductor body positioned on the first material moving mechanism to rotate;
the wire feeding mechanism is arranged on the frame corresponding to the winding station and used for providing copper wires required by winding during winding;
the spot welding mechanism is arranged at a position, corresponding to the spot welding station, on the frame and used for performing spot welding on the inductor wound on the first material moving mechanism;
the blanking mechanism is arranged at a position, corresponding to the blanking station, on the rack and used for blanking the inductor subjected to spot welding on the first material moving mechanism; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the feeding station and the discharging station correspond to the same position, and the winding station and the spot welding station correspond to the same position.
2. The automatic winding machine of claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises:
the feeding support is arranged at the position, corresponding to the feeding station, on the rack;
the vibrating disc is arranged on the feeding support;
the vibration guide rail is arranged on the feeding support, a rail groove is formed in the upper surface of the vibration guide rail, one end of the rail groove is communicated with the discharging end of the vibration disc, the other end of the rail groove is blocked, and the vibration guide rail enters the rail groove from the inductance body fed by the vibration disc and stays at the other end of the rail groove;
the second material moving mechanism is arranged on the machine frame at a position corresponding to the feeding station and comprises a plurality of suction nozzles, the suction nozzles are arranged at equal intervals along a first direction and can move back and forth along the first direction, the first direction is a horizontal direction, and the suction nozzles can move up and down synchronously.
3. The automatic winding machine of claim 2, wherein the first material moving mechanism comprises:
the material moving frame is arranged on the rack;
the fixture comprises a plurality of fixtures, a plurality of suction nozzles and a plurality of clamps, wherein the fixtures are arranged on the material moving frame in a first direction, the number of the fixtures is the same as that of the suction nozzles, the distance between every two adjacent fixtures is equal to that of the adjacent suction nozzles, the clamping openings of the fixtures and the suction nozzles are located on the same vertical surface, the fixtures can move back and forth among the feeding station, the discharging station, the winding station and the spot welding station in the first direction, and the suction nozzles and the fixtures can be aligned one by one in the vertical direction through mutual movement.
4. The automatic winding machine of claim 3, wherein the first material moving mechanism further comprises:
the clamp mounting block is rotatably arranged on each clamp through a first rotating shaft, one end of each first rotating shaft, which is far away from the corresponding clamp, penetrates through the clamp mounting block, a first belt pulley is arranged at one end of each first rotating shaft, which is far away from the corresponding clamp, and the first belt pulleys are in transmission connection through the same first belt;
the clamp mounting block is arranged on the sliding plate;
the sliding rail is arranged at the top of the material moving frame, the sliding plate is slidably arranged on the sliding rail, the sliding rail extends along the first direction, and the length of the sliding rail can at least ensure that the clamp can move to a feeding station, a discharging station, a winding station and a spot welding station.

The automatic inductance winding machine according to claim 4, wherein the clamp comprises a clamp mounting plate arranged at one end of the first rotating shaft, a movable part rotatably arranged on the clamp mounting plate, and an immovable part fixed on the clamp mounting plate, the movable part and the immovable part are located on the same plane, a clamping opening for clamping the inductance body is formed at one end of the immovable part and one end of the movable part far away from the first rotating shaft, a first return spring is arranged at one end of the movable part and one end of the immovable part far away from the clamping opening, one end of the first return spring abuts against the immovable part, the other end of the first return spring abuts against the movable part, and the first return spring always has a tendency of rotating the movable part towards a direction of clamping the clamping opening.

The automatic inductance winding machine according to claim 5, wherein a guide inclined surface is provided at an end of each movable portion away from the nip, a push-pull roller is provided on the jig mounting block at a position corresponding to each guide inclined surface, the push-pull roller is rotatable along a vertical axis and can move back and forth along a rotation axis direction of the jig, when the push-pull roller moves toward the nip, a circumferential surface of the push-pull roller can push against the guide inclined surface to open the nip, and a push-pull rod is provided at a side of the jig mounting block facing away from the jig, the push-pull rod can simultaneously push all the push-pull rollers to move toward a direction in which the nip is opened.
